L’invention concerne un système de fermeture et d’ouverture automatique (1) comprenant au moins un ensemble de distribution (5) d'eau d'infusion sous pression, ladite chambre porte-filtre (3) et ledit ensemble de distribution (5) coopérant mutuellement par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un mécanisme de fermeture et d'ouverture automatique (4) entraîné de manière à être ouvert et/ou fermé, en interposant au moins une cinématique de fermeture et d’ouverture (7), au moyen d'au moins un moteur de commande (9).
