- This invention relates to a container for extrudable material comprising a flexible bag, often referred to as a "chub" containing the extrudable material.
- Chubs are conventionally manufactured from flexible sheet synthetic plastics material formed, during the manufacturing process, into a continuous tube defining a longitudinal cavity filled with the extrudable material. For some applications a tuck is formed in the tube so as to define a second longitudinal cavity extending alongside the first, this second cavity being filled with a second extrudable material. On dispensation from the chub, these materials react, normally to produce a hardening effect, though in principle other chemical effects such as foaming would be possible. After filling, pairs of wire pieces are crimped around the tube at regular intervals and the tube is then cut between the crimps of each pair to form individual chubs each sealed at opposite ends.

Claims (13)
- Eine Methode zur Vorbereitung eines Behälters mit extrudierbarem Material (7,8), ausgehend von einem Mittel (2) zum Festlegen einer Auslassöffnung (3) für das Material, eines Verschlusses (10) für die Auslassöffnung (3) und eines flexiblen Beutels (6), der das extrudierbare Material (7,8) enthält und über ein Austrittsende verfügt, das durch eine Kräuselung (9) geschlossen ist; die Methode umfasst folgende Schritte:a. Durchführen des Austrittsendes und der Kräuselung (9) durch die Auslassöffnung (3), und gekennzeichnet durchb. nach Schritt a, eine Vermaschung von Verschluss (10) und Auslassöffnung (3), wobei das Zusammenspiel zwischen dem Verschluss (10) und der Auslassöffnung (3) dazu dient, das Austrittsende geschlossen zu halten.
- Eine Methode nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, nach Schritt b, die Kräuselung (9) entfernt wird, indem das Austrittsende des Beutels mit einem Messer (k) durchschnitten wird.
- Ein Methode nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschluss (10) ein Stöpsel ist.
- Ein Behälter für extrudierbares Material, bestehend aus:a. einem Mittel (2) zum Festlegen einer Auslassöffnung (3) für das Material;b. einem Verschluss (10) für die Auslassöffnung (3); undc. einem flexiblen Beutel (3), der das extrudierbare Material (7,8) enthält und über ein Austrittsende verfügt, das sich durch die Auslassöffnung (3) erstreckt, wobei der Teil des Austrittsendes, der außerhalb der Auslassöffnung (3) weiterläuft, durch eine Kräuselung (9) geschlossen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Austrittsende des flexiblen Beutels (6) durch ein Zusammenspiel zwischen dem Verschluss (10) und der Auslassöffnung (3) schließt und geschlossen gehalten wird.
- Ein Behälter (1) nach Anspruch 4, gekennzeichnet durch ein Auslöseglied (11) und zusätzliche Gewinde auf dem Auslöseglied und das Mittel (2), das die Auslassöffnung festlegt, wodurch das Auslöseglied (11) auf das Mittel (3) geschraubt werden kann, das die Auslassöffnung während der Montage festlegt und ein Mittel (11A, 10C) um das Auslöseglied (11) und den Verschluss (10) zusammenzuhalten, so dass das Aufschrauben des Löseglieds (11) zur Vorbereitung der Extrusion des Materials (7,8) dazu führt, dass der Verschluss (10) von der Auslassöffnung (3) getrennt wird.
- Ein Behälter nach Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet durch einen Rastermechanismus (11A, 10C), der einrastet, um das Auslöseglied (11) und den Verschluss (10) zu verriegeln, wenn das Auslöseglied (11) während der Montage auf das Mittel (2) geschraubt wird, das die Auslassöffnung festlegt.
- Ein Methode nach Anspruch 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschluss (10) ein Stöpsel ist.
- Ein Behälter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Austrittsende zwischen dem Stöpsel (10) und der Innenoberfläche der Ablassöffnung gehalten wird.
- Ein Behälter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stöpsel (10) aus zwei oder mehr Teilen besteht und dadurch, dass das Austrittsende zwischen den Teilen des Stöpsels (10) gehalten wird.
- Ein Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der flexible Beutel (6) über zwei Kammern für verschiedene extrudierbare Materialien (7,8) verfügt, die untereinander reagieren, wenn sie zusammengemischt werden, wobei jede Kammer ein offenes Ende hat, das sich in die Ablassöffnung (3) erstreckt, und durch den Verschluss (10) abgeklemmt und geschlossen wird.
- Ein Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10, gekennzeichnet durch ein Gehäuse (1), das eine röhrenförmige Stützkonstruktion für den flexiblen Beutel (6) festlegt.
- Ein Behälter nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (1) durch ein einziges Formteil aus synthetischem Kunststoffmaterial festgelegt ist.
- Ein Behälter nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (1) aus einem Papprohr besteht sowie einem Endstück (1A), das auf das Rohr passt und aus synthetischem Kunststoffmaterial geformt ist.
