Abstract
Eine hydraulische Anordnung (12) umfasst eine Hydraulikpumpe (21) und wenigstens einen ersten, zweiten und dritten von der Hydraulikpumpe (21) über jeweilige Lastdruckleitungen (43, 46, 48, 52, 54) bedarfsgesteuert versorgten Verbraucher (30, 32, 34), wobei jeder Verbraucher (30, 32, 34) durch wenigstens ein Steuerventil (36, 38, 40) über eine eigene Versorgungsleitung (24, 26, 28) hydraulisch parallel mit der Hydraulikpumpe (21) verbunden ist und dem ersten Verbraucher (30) eine Versorgungspriorität erster Stufe, dem zweiten Verbraucher (32) eine der ersten Stufe untergeordnete Versorgungspriorität zweiter Stufe und dem dritten Verbraucher (34) eine der zweiten Stufe untergeordnete Versorgungspriorität dritter Stufe zugeordnet ist. Um eine kostengünstige Prioritätssicherung für die hydraulischen Verbraucher (30, 32, 34) zu schaffen wird vorgeschlagen, dass zur Steuerung der Versorgungsprioritätsstufen die Versorgungsleitungen (26, 28) des zweiten und dritten Verbrauchers (32, 34) über eine Verbindungsleitung (60) verbunden sind und zwischen der Hydraulikpumpe (21) und der Verbindungsleitung (60) in der Versorgungsleitung (28) zum dritten Verbraucher (34) ein lastdruckgesteuertes Prioritätsventil (66) und in der Versorgungsleitung (26) zum zweiten Verbraucher (32) Volumenstrom reduzierende Mittel (58) angeordnet sind, wobei ferner die Verbindungsleitung (60) Mittel (62) aufweist, die einen Volumenstrom von der zweiten Versorgungsleitung (26) in Richtung der dritten Versorgungsleitung (28) sperren. A hydraulic arrangement (12) comprises a hydraulic pump (21) and at least first, second and third consumers (30, 32, 34) supplied as required by the hydraulic pump (21) via respective load pressure lines (43, 46, 48, 52, 54) in which each consumer (30, 32, 34) is hydraulically connected in parallel to the hydraulic pump (21) by at least one control valve (36, 38, 40) via its own supply line (24, 26, 28) and to the first consumer (30). a first-level supply priority, the second consumer (32) having a second-level second-order supply priority associated with the second consumer, and the third-level third-level supply priority associated with the third consumer (34). In order to provide a cost-effective priority assurance for the hydraulic consumers (30, 32, 34), it is proposed that the supply lines (26, 28) of the second and third consumers (32, 34) are connected via a connecting line (60) to control the supply priority levels and between the hydraulic pump (21) and the connecting line (60) in the supply line (28) to the third load (34) a load pressure controlled priority valve (66) and in the supply line (26) to the second consumer (32) volume flow reducing means (58) Furthermore, the connecting line (60) has means (62) which block a volume flow from the second supply line (26) in the direction of the third supply line (28).
