Description

    Technical Field
  • The present invention relates to a device for mechanically locking a car-side door of an elevator at a position out of a landing area corresponding to an unlock area. The car-side door of the elevator is generally opened by a door driving device provided on a car of the elevator. For example, when the car stops between floors (outside the landing area) due to power failure and a passenger manually forces a door of the car open, there is a fear in that the passenger may fall down a hoistway. The car-door locking device for the elevator prevents the car-side door from being manually opened.
  • Background Art
  • As a conventional car-door locking device for an elevator, there is the one described in JP 2003-312968 A . In the conventional car-door locking device for the elevator, which is described in JP 2003-312968 A :
    1. (i) in a case where a passenger attempts to forcibly open a car door when a car stops at a landing position, as illustrated in FIG. 1, a door lock roller, which is fixed to the door and is going to move in a door-opening direction (to the right side), is brought into contact with an unlocking cam fixed to a landing door so as to be pressed. As a result, a first lever and a second lever are displaced to form an inverted "dogleg" shape to cancel an engaged state between a hook and a door lock; and
    2. (ii) in a case where the passenger attempts to forcibly open the car door when the car stops outside the landing (outside a landing area), the door is locked because the hook and the door lock are in the engaged state.

  • Disclosure of the Invention Problem to be solved by the Invention
  • In the aforementioned conventional car-door locking device for the elevator, however, a latch slightly turns in a direction (counterclockwise direction) opposite to a release direction (clockwise direction) . Therefore, a contact point is provided to the latch (according to EN regulations, an electric safety device, which allows the elevator to be operated only when the door is in a locked state, is requested to be provided. It is specified that components of the electric safety device are required to be reliably activated by a locking component. In general, a configuration is such that the contact point is provided to the latch and is brought into contact with a switch to allow energization only when the door is locked). If the switch is mounted so as to be de-energized when the door is unlocked, the contact point has a great stroke against the switch when the car door is locked. Therefore, it is difficult to design the switch.
  • The present invention provides a contact point to a latch to remarkably facilitate the mounting of a switch so as to de-energize the switch when the latch is released.
  • Means for solving the Problems
  • A car-door locking device for an elevator according to the present invention includes: a car switch fixed to a door hanger, the door hanger suspending a door of a car and moving horizontally; a car fixed latch fixed to any one of the car and a bracket fixed to the car; a car arm fixed to the door of the car through an intermediation of a first car shaft, the car arm being pressed against a landing vane fixed to a landing door to turn on the first car shaft when the door of the car is opened; and a car movable latch fixed to the door hanger through an intermediation of a second car shaft, the car movable latch de-energizing the car switch to inhibit an operation of the car and being released from the car fixed latch based on turning of the car movable latch on the second car shaft caused by the turning of the car arm.
  • Effects of the Invention
  • According to the present invention, there are provided: the car switch fixed to the door hanger, the door hunger suspending the door of the car and moving horizontally; the car fixed latch fixed to any one of the car and the bracket fixed to the car; the car arm fixed to the door of the car through an intermediation of the first car shaft, the car arm being pressed against the landing vane fixed to the landing door to turn on the first car shaft when the door of the car is opened; and the car movable latch fixed to the door hanger through an intermediation of the second car shaft, the car movable latch de-energizing the car switch to inhibit the operation of the car and being released from the car fixed latch based on turning of the car movable latch on the second car shaft caused by the turning of the car arm. Therefore, it becomes remarkably easy to mount the switch so that the switch is de-energized when the car movable latch is released.

  • Best Mode for carrying out the Invention First Embodiment
  • FIG. 2 is a front view illustrating an overall car-door locking device for an elevator according to the present invention. In general, center-opening type elevator doors consist of a first car door 1 and a second car door 2 as illustrated in FIG. 2. When the doors are opened, the first car door 1 first moves in a lefthand direction and the second car door 2 moves in a righthand direction to be opened. A first car door hanger 3 suspends the first car door 1, whereas a second car door hanger 4 suspends the second car door 2. The first car door hanger 3 and the second car door hanger 4 can move laterally along a guide rail 5. Hereinafter, the first car door 1 is described for convenience. Although the center-opening type elevator doors are described as an example in this embodiment, the present invention is not limited thereto and is also applied to a one-side opening type elevator door.
  • The car-door locking device is divided into three groups : (i) components mounted to the first car door 1 or the first car door hanger 3 on the car side; (ii) components mounted to a car or a bracket 28 fixed to the car; and (iii) components mounted to landing doors (described below). Hereinafter, the groups (i), (ii), and (iii) are described referring to FIGS. 2 and 3.
    1. (i) As the components mounted to the first car door 1 or the first car door hanger 3, there is a car movable latch 6. The car movable latch 6 is turnable on a second car shaft 100, and has one end in an L-like hook shape and the other end located at a first car hinge portion 7. The car movable latch 6 is provided with a car contact point 8 in the vicinity of a corner of the L-shape of the car movable latch 6, which is fixed so as to be brought into contact with a car switch 9 to allow energization only when the door is locked. The first car hinge portion 7 turnably hinges the other end of the car movable latch 6 and one end of a bar-shaped car transmission body 10. The other end of the car transmission body 10 is turnably provided by a second car hinge portion 12 corresponding to one end of a car arm 11. The other end of the arm is a first car shaft 13 consisting of a bearing or the like. The car arm 11 is provided onto the first car door 1 so as to be turnable on the first car shaft 13. A car roller 14 is provided on the car arm 11 above the first car shaft 13 and the second car hinge portion 12. When the first car door 1 is opened, the car roller 14 is brought into contact with a landing vane 34 fixed to a landing door described below so as to be pressed to turn on the first car shaft 13 clockwise.
  • One end of a first vane link 15 is fixed to a car supporting column on the door-pocket side, whereas the other end is hinged to one end of a second vane link 16. The other end of the second vane link 16 is hinged to a movable vane (described below) fixed to the car door at a third car shaft 17. When the first car door 1 is opened by power of a motor not shown, the second vane link 16 turns counterclockwise on the third car shaft 17.
  • As illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 4, a car movable vane 18 is provided on the right side of the car arm 11 so as to be in parallel to a hoistway. As viewed from the upper side of the hoistway, the car movable vane has a Π-shape with a head thereof fixed to the first car door 1. When the first car door 1 is opened, a structure is such that a distance between legs of the Π-shape is increased when the first car door 1 is opened and the distance between the legs is reduced when the first car door is closed.
  • The structure is described referring to FIG. 4. The car movable vane 18 includes a first parallel link 19 and a second parallel link 20. The first parallel link 19 and the second parallel link 20 are approximately parallel to the hoistway when the first car door 1 is in a closed state, and are oblique thereto when the first car door is in an open state. Moreover, the car movable vane 18 includes: a first vane plate 21 which is hinged to one end of the first parallel link 19 and one end of the second parallel link 20 through an intermediation of a fifth car shaft 26 and a sixth car shaft 27; and a second vane plate 22 which is hinged to the other end of the first parallel link 19 and the other and of the second parallel link 20. The first parallel link 19 includes a spindle 23, and is hinged to the second vane link through an intermediation of a third car shaft 17 with a cam follower 24 and a cam 25 interposed therebetween. The cam 25 is fixed to the second vane link 16 and is turnable on the third car shaft 17. The first parallel link 19 is provided so as to be turnable on the fifth car shaft 26, whereas the second parallel link 20 is provided so as to be turnable on the sixth car shaft 27. The cam follower 24 is hinged to the first parallel link 19 at a position so as to be held in contact with the cam 25. By the turning of the cam 25, the first parallel link 19 and the second parallel link 20 respectively turn on the fifth car shaft 26 and the sixth car shaft 27. The first vane plate 21 is fixed to one end of the first parallel link 19 and one end of the second parallel link 20 respectively through an intermediation of shafts D and E. The second vane plate 22 is fixed to the other end of the first parallel link 19 and the other end of the second parallel link 20 respectively through an intermediation of shafts F and G.
  • The first vane plate 21 and the second vane plate 22 are approximately parallel to each other regardless of an angle of each of the parallel links 19 and 20. When the car door is opened, the second vane link 16 turns counterclockwise on the third car shaft 17. Therefore, the cam 25 turns the first parallel link 19 and the second parallel link 20 clockwise respectively on the first car shaft 26 and the sixth car shaft 27 through an intermediation of the cam follower 24. At this time, a distance between the first vane plate 21 and the second vane plate 22 is increased. The cam 25 is designed so that the angles of the first parallel link 19 and the second parallel link 20 are not changed after the first car door 1 is opened to some degree to increase the distance between the first vane plate 21 and the second vane plate 22 until the first car door is fully opened. The cam follower 24 is pressed against the cam 25 by the spindle 23 so that the movements of the first parallel link 19 and the second parallel link 20 follow the turning of the cam 25.
    • (ii) As the components mounted to the car, there is a car bracket 28 as illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3. A car fixed latch 29 is fixed to the car bracket 28 so as to face the car movable latch 6. If the first car door 1 is opened without the turning of the car movable latch 6, the car movable latch 6 is brought into contact with the car fixed latch 29. When the contact point 8 is fixed to the car movable latch 6, the switch 9 is fixed to the first door hanger 3, and the car movable latch 6 is in a released position, the switch 9 is de-energized. Moreover, a circuit (not shown) is configured so as not to allow the elevator to be operated when the switch 9 is de-energized. For example, the configuration is such that the contact point 8 and the switch 9 are connected when the car movable latch 6 has a parallel relation to a car floor and that the contact point 8 and the switch 9 are not connected when the car movable latch 6 turns counterclockwise on the second car shaft 100. Specifically, the car switch 9 is de-energized by the car contact point 8 based on the turning of the car movable latch 6 on the second car shaft 100. According to EN regulations, an electric safety device, which allows the elevator to be operated only when the door is in a locked state, is requested to be provided. It is specified that components of the electric safety device are required to be reliably activated by a locking component while eliminating an intermediate structure. Therefore, the configuration is such that the latch is provided with the contact point which is brought in contact with the switch to allow energization only when the door is locked.
    • (iii) The components mounted to the landing doors are described. For the landing doors, the description of the parts common to those of the car doors is herein omitted. FIG. 5 is a front view illustrating the landing doors of the elevator according to the present invention. Center-opening type doors consist of a first landing door 30 and a second landing door 31. A first landing door hanger 32 suspends the first landing door 30, whereas a second landing door hanger 33 suspends the second landing door 31. Hereinafter, the first landing door 30 is described for convenience. Although the center-opening type doors are described as the doors of the elevator in this embodiment, the present invention is not limited thereto and is also applied to a one-side opening type door.
  • There is provided a landing vane 34 fixed to the first landing door 30. As viewed from FIG. 5, as illustrated in FIG. 2, the landing vane 34 is positioned on the door-opening side of the car roller 14 provided on the car arm 11. When the car doors and the landing doors are in a fully-closed state, the landing vane 34 and the car roller 14 are provided to have a sufficient gap therebetween so as not to be brought into contact with each other while the car is vertically moving. Moreover, the landing vane 34 has a vertically sufficiently elongated shape so that the landing vane 34 and the car roller 14 are brought into contact with each other when the doors are opened even if a car stop position is slightly displaced from a normal position.
  • There are provided a first landing engagement element 35 located on the right side of the car movable vane 18 and a second landing engagement element 36 located on the left side of the car movable vane 18 when the car is stopped at the landing. The first landing engagement element 35 is turnable on a first landing shaft 37. The first landing engagement element 35 is pressed as a result of the increased distance between the legs (of the II shape) of the car movable vane 18 illustrated in FIGS . 2 and 3 so as to turn clockwise on the first landing shaft 37. The other end of a landing arm 39, which has one end hinged to the first landing engagement element 35 and the other end hinged to a landing transmission body 38, is moved down by the clockwise turning of the landing engagement element 35 to pull down the landing transmission body 38.
  • Next, an operation of the car-door locking device is described referring to FIGS. 6 to 8. First, an operation performed when the door is opened in a case where the car stops at a landing floor or the vicinity thereof is described. As illustrated in FIGS. 6 and 7, when the first car door 1 starts opening, the first car door 1 is opened until the car roller 14 comes into contact with the landing vane 34 (for the amount of a play) although the first car door 1 is locked. Next, the car roller 14 is pressed toward the right by the landing vane 34, and hence, the car arm 11 turns clockwise on the first car shaft 13. Subsequently, the car transmission body 10 is moved downward so that the car movable latch 6 turns counterclockwise on the second car shaft 100. As a result, the car movable latch 6 is released from the fixed latch 29, whereas the contact point 8 and the switch 9 are separated away from each other.
  • When the first car door 1 is opened, the second vane link 16 turns counterclockwise on the third car shaft 17. As a result, the distance between the two legs of the n shape of the car movable vane 18 is increased to press the first landing engagement element 35 in the door-opening direction. Hence, the landing arm 39 turns clockwise on the first landing shaft 37. Moreover, when the first car door of the car is opened, the car movable vane 18 presses the landing arm 39 to release a landing movable latch 40 from a landing fixed latch 43 and to connect the first car door of the car and the first landing door to each other so as to open both the doors. Next, the landing transmission body 38 is moved downward to release the landing movable latch 40, while a landing contact point 41 and a landing switch 42 are separated away from each other.
  • The doors are further opened after the car movable latch 6 is released, and hence, the distance between the first vane plate 21 and the second vane plate 22 of the car movable vane 18 is increased to press the first landing engagement element 35 and the second landing engagement element 36 from the inner sides thereof. As a result, the first landing door 30 can be smoothly opened and closed.
  • Next, an operation performed when the first car door 1 is going to open in a case where the car stops at a position other than the landing floor and the vicinity thereof (outside a landing area) is described. Even when the car door starts opening, the car roller 14 and the landing vane 34 are not brought into contact with each other, and therefore, the car movable latch 6 does not turn. When the first car door 1 is further opened, the car movable latch 6 and the car fixed latch 29 are brought into contact with each other so as to be locked.
  • Industrial Applicability
  • The present invention relates to the device for mechanically locking the car door of the elevator at a position outside the landing area corresponding to the unlock area.

Claims (3)

  1. A car-door locking device for an elevator, characterised by comprising:
    a car switch (9) fixed to a door hanger (3), the door hanger (3) suspending a door (1) of a car and moving horizontally;
    a car fixed latch (29) fixed to any one of the car and a bracket fixed to the car;
    a car arm (11) fixed to the door (1) of the car via a first car shaft (13), the car arm (11) being pressed against a landing vane (34) fixed to a landing door (30) to turn on the first car shaft (13) when the door (1) of the car is opened; and
    a car movable latch (6) fixed to the door hanger (3) via a second car shaft (100), the car movable latch (6) die-energizing the car switch (9) to inhibit an operation of the car and being released from the car fixed latch (29) based on turning of the car movable latch (6) on the second car shaft (100) caused by the turning of the car arm (11).
  2. A car-door locking device according to claim 1, wherein the car movable latch (6) has a car contact (8), and
    the car contact (8) de-energizes the car switch (9) based on the turning of the car movable latch (6) on the second car shaft (100).
  3. A car-door locking device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a movable vane (18) is fixed to the car door (3), and
    when the car door (3) is opened, the movable vane (18) presses a landing arm (34) to release a landing movable latch (40) from a landing fixed latch (43) and to connect the door (3) of the car and the landing door (30) to each other.
