Claims (17)
- Cutlery holder, in particular cutlery rack, knife rack, cutlery drawer or cutlery insert, or washware holder, in particular cup support or glass holder, for a crockery rack of a dishwasher, wherein the surface of the cutlery holder or washware holder is coated, at least in one or more sub-regions, with a soft surface coating, characterized in that the soft surface coating is soft in relation to a primer coating of the cutlery holder or washware holder or softer than a basic plastics-material body of the cutlery holder or washware holder.
- Cutlery holder or washware holder according to Claim 1, characterized in that it is coated, at least in certain sub-regions, with a rubber-like material and/or a material with an increased coefficient of static friction.
- Cutlery holder or washware holder according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the modulus of the elasticity of the soft coating is, at most, a half or a third of the modulus of elasticity of the basic material (plastics material) or of the primer coating.
- Cutlery holder or washware holder according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized by a material construction which has a Shore A hardness of at most 95, preferably at most 70, and most preferably at most 55.
- Cutlery holder or washware holder according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the soft coating material is polyoxymethylene (POM), polypropylene, thermoplastic polymers (TPE) or ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber (EPDM), in particular a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE).
- Cutlery holder or washware holder according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the coating thickness ranges from 0.1 to 3 mm, preferably ranges from 0.2 to 1 mm.
- Cutlery holder or washware holder according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the soft surface coating is a sinter coating, a whirl-sinter coating, a powder coating, a dip coating, a spray coating or a lacquer coating or is applied by encapsulation by injection moulding, in particular using a TPE layer.
- Cutlery holder or washware holder according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the soft surface coating is applied to a primer coating of the cutlery holder or washware holder, in particular to a polyamide coating.
- Cutlery holder or washware holder according to one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the sub-regions are, or comprise, abutment regions for washware to be stored in the cutlery holder or washware holder.
- Cutlery holder, in particular cutlery rack, knife rack, cutlery drawer or cutlery insert, or washware holder, in particular cup support or glass holder, for a crockery rack of a dishwasher, wherein the surface of the cutlery holder or washware holder is coated, at least in one or more sub-regions, with a soft surface coating, in particular according to one or more of Claims 1 to 9, characterized in that at least one handle element of the cutlery holder or washware holder is coated, at least in part, with the soft surface coating, in particular a handle element for transporting, displacing, vertically adjusting and/or pivoting the cutlery holder or washware holder, which can be mounted in a dishwasher or a crockery rack.
- Cutlery holder according to one of Claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the basic structure of the cutlery holder is formed from plastics material or from a wire framework and the surface of the plastics material or of the wire framework is coated, at least in part, with the soft surface coating.
- Cutlery holder according to one of Claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the cutlery holder is a cutlery drawer which can be pulled out of the dishwasher chamber, a cutlery tray mounted in a pivotable manner on the crockery rack, a knife tray, in particular for accommodating large knives, a cutlery rack which can be removed from the crockery rack, or the like.
- Washware holder according to one of Claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the basic structure of the washware holder is formed by a wire framework or from a plastics material and the uncoated surface of the wire framework or the surface of the plastics material is coated, at least in part, with the soft surface coating.
- Washware holder according to one of Claims 1 to 10 or 13, characterized in that the washware holder is an element which is fastened in a permanent or re-releasable manner on the crockery rack, is mounted in a preferably pivotable manner on the crockery rack and, if required, can be pivoted into the loading chamber, said element being, in particular, a cup tray, a pivotable plate insert or a glass holder which has a soft coating at least in part.
- Cutlery holder of the washware holder according to one of Claims 1 to 14, comprising a basic structure, which is formed in particular from bent wire elements, a plastics injection moulding or a deep-drawn sheet-metal element, and additional elements, in particular latching elements, bearing elements or rollers, which are arranged on the basic structure and are likewise coated, at least in part, with the soft coating.
- Crockery rack for a dishwasher, comprising a cutlery holder and/or a washware holder according to one of Claims 1 to 15.
- Dishwasher having a cutlery holder and/or a washware holder according to one of Claims 1 to 15 or a crockery rack according to Claim 16.
