Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Verbrennungsanlage mit Nassentschlacker und ein Verfahren zum Austrag von Verbrennungsrückständen aus Verbrennungsanlagen mit Nassentschlacker, mit welchen die Wärmeverluste im Bereich des Nassentschlackers einer Verbrennungsanlage reduziert werden, um somit die Anlageneffizienz zu erhöhen. Die erfindungsgemäße Verbrennungsanlage mit Nassentschlacker umfasst eine flexible Wärmedämmschicht (13), die eine Vielzahl von Schwimmkörpern (12) umfasst. Die Schwimmkörper (12) bedecken die Wasseroberfläche des Nassentschlackers und grenzen das Wasserbad (7) somit gegen den Brennraum (8) ab. Die Schwimmkörper (12) reflektieren die Wärmestrahlung in den Brennraum (8) zurück, sodass die Wärmeverluste minimiert werden. Die Wärmedämmschicht (13) verhindert aber nicht den Austrag der Verbrennungsrückstände, wie z.B. Schlacken oder Asche. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Verbrennungsanlage mit Nassentschlacker, insbesondere hinsichtlich des Wärmeaustrags aus dem Brennraum (8) in das Wasserbad (7).
