Abstract
Offenbart ist zum Einen ein Kreisprozess in einem Flüssigkolbenwandler mit abwechselndem Heben und Senken eines Flüssigkolbens in einem Arbeitsraum (15), der an einer Unterseite einen Flüssigkeitsanschluss für eine Flüssigkeit des Flüssigkolbens und an einer Oberseite einen Hochdruckanschluss (12) für ein Gas unter einem Hochdruck und einen Niederdruckanschluss (11) für das Gas unter einem Niederdruck aufweist, wobei in dem Kreisprozess eine Strömungsarbeit an der Flüssigkeit in eine Druckänderung des Gases oder die Druckänderung in die Strömungsarbeit gewandelt wird. Zum Andern ist ein solcher Flüssigkolbenwandler offenbart.Disclosed is, on the one hand, a cyclic process in a liquid piston converter with alternating lifting and lowering of a liquid piston in a working space (15) having at one bottom a liquid connection for a liquid of the liquid piston and at a top a high pressure connection (12) for a gas under a high pressure and a low pressure port (11) for the gas under a low pressure, wherein in the cyclic process a fluid flow on the fluid is converted into a pressure change of the gas or the pressure change into the fluid flow. For another, such a liquid piston converter is disclosed.
Um die Betriebssicherheit des Flüssigkolbenwandlers zu verbessern wird vorgeschlagen, dass der Flüssigkolbenwandler auf Senken des Flüssigkolbens umgeschaltet wird, wenn beim Steigen des Flüssigkolbens die Flüssigkeit in dem Arbeitsraum (15) ein Drosselelement (35), das für das Gas durchlässig und für die Flüssigkeit im Wesentlichen undurchlässig ist, erreicht und ein Druck in der Flüssigkeit vor dem Drosselelement (35) ansteigt. Der hierzu vorgeschlagene Flüssigkolbenwandler weist ein Drosselelement (35) in dem Arbeitsraum (15) auf, das für das Gas durchlässig und für die Flüssigkeit im Wesentlichen undurchlässig ist, ein Sensorelement zum Erkennen eines Druckanstiegs in der Flüssigkeit vor dem Drosselelement (35) und ein mit dem Sensorelement verbundenes Schaltelement, das bei Erkennen des Druckanstiegs mittels des Sensors den Flüssigkolbenwandler vom Heben auf Senken des Flüssigkolbens umschaltet.
