Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kältegerät nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Ein solches Gerät ist z.B. aus der US-A-2 724 630 bekannt. Für eine verbesserte Bedienungsfreundlichkeit und eine verbesserte Übersichtlichkeit im Innenraum des Kältegeräts ist es bekannt, Auszugssysteme, beispielsweise für ausziehbare Kühlgutablagen oder ausziehbare Kühlgutfächer zu verwenden. Derartige Auszugssysteme werden in der Regel mit schaumseitig an einem Innenbehälter befindlichen und eingeschäumten Hinterlegteilen verschraubt. Es ist daher Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ein Kältegerät, insbesondere ein Haushaltskältegerät, anzugeben, welches besonders einfach hergestellt werden kann und montagefreundlich und eine einfache Reinigbarkeit des Innenraums ermöglicht.
Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst durch das Kältegerät wie in dem unabhängigen Anspruch angegeben.
Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen und Weiterbildungen, welche jeweils einzeln angewandt oder in geeigneter Weise beliebig miteinander kombiniert werden können, sind Gegenstand der abhängigen Ansprüche sowie werden in der folgenden Beschreibung näher erläutert.

Mit Hilfe des verriegelbaren Spiels, bzw. Schnellverschlusses kann die Auszugsschiene auf einfache Weise an dem Innenbehälter montiert werden. Sie kann in einer weiteren Ausgestaltung in vorteilhafter Weise hierdurch auch auf einfache Weise von dem Innenbehälter gelöst werden. Eine Lösbarkeit der Auszugsschiene vereinfacht die Reinigbarkeit des Innenraums des Kältegeräts.
Die Auszugsschiene kann zweiteilig oder mehrteilig ausgestaltet sein. Sie kann teleskopierbar sein und mindestens drei Teile umfassen. Die Auszugsschiene umfasst beispielsweise ein Festschienenteil und ein Lösschienenteil, welche relativ zueinander verschiebbar sind und gegebenenfalls durch Kugeln oder Walzen gelagert sind. Die Auszugsschiene kann zusätzlich oder alternativ auch ein geeignetes Gleitlager umfassen.
Die Auszugsschiene ist in einer Ausgestaltung mit dem Schnellverschluss vom Innenbehälter lösbar. Die Auszugsschiene kann eine Kühlgutablage tragen sowie andere Schubladen oder Ausziehfächer des Kältegeräts.
Eine Kühlgutablage dient zur Aufnahme von Kühlgut und ist in der Regel für Gewichte von mindestens bis zu 10 kg, beispielsweise von mindestens bis zu 20 kg ausgelegt. Die Kühlgutablage kann einen Gitterrost oder Glasplatten umfassen.
In einer Ausgestaltung ist das Verriegelungsteil mit dem Befestigungselement lösbar verbunden. Auch kann das Verriegelungsteil am Festschienenteil lösbar befestigbar sein, wobei insbesondere das Verriegelungsteil am Festschienenteil verrastbar und insbesondere dadurch form- und/oder kraftschlüssig ist.
In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung sind die Befestigungselemente als Vorsprünge, insbesondere zapfenartige Vorsprünge, ausgebildet, wobei insbesondere die Vorsprünge mit wenigstens einem Hinterschnitt versehen sind, mit dem das Verriegelungsteil zusammenwirken vermag. Hierbei kann der Hinterschnitt als Kerbe oder als Ringnut ausgebildet sein.
In einer Ausgestaltung ist am Innenbehälter ein Vorsprung, insbesondere ein Bolzen vorgesehen, welcher mit der Auszugsschiene in Eingriff gelangt. Beispielsweise wird die Auszugsschiene mit einem Bolzen und einer Bohrung zentriert. Die Auszugsschiene kann anschließend durch einen Schieber gegen unbeabsichtigtes Lösen gesichert werden. Durch den Eingriff von Vorsprung und Auszugsschiene wird ein sicherer Halt der Auszugsschiene am Innenbehälter des Kältegeräts gewährleistet.
In einer Weiterbildung weist die Auszugsschiene ein Verriegelungsteil zur Verriegelung der Auszugsschiene an dem Vorsprung auf. Mit Hilfe des Verriegelungsteils wird die Auszugsschiene an dem Vorsprung verriegelt, d.h. gegen unbeabsichtigtes Lösen gesichert. Das Verriegelungsteil stellt insbesondere sicher, dass sich der Eingriff zwischen Vorsprung und Auszugsschiene nicht von selbst oder unbeabsichtigt löst. Erfindungsgemäß ist das Verriegelungsteil verschiebbar oder schwenkbar. Beispielsweise verhindert das Verriegelungsteil eine Bewegung der Auszugsschiene relativ zum Vorsprung entgegen einer Montagerichtung der Auszugsschiene am Vorsprung, indem das Verriegelungsteil die umgekehrte Richtung, d.h. die Bewegung der Auszugsschiene entgegen der Montagerichtung, blockiert. Die Montagerichtung kann beispielsweise horizontal oder vertikal sein.
In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung weist das Verriegelungsteil ein Rastelement zum Einrasten des Verriegelungsteils auf. Durch das Rastelement wird weiterhin sichergestellt, dass das Verriegelungsteil sich nicht löst und somit den Eingriff zwischen Vorsprung und Auszugsschiene freigibt. Durch das Rastelement wird das Verriegelungsteil erst dann freigegeben, wenn eine gewisse minimale Kraft oder ein minimales Drehmoment überwunden wird. Das Rastelement kann durch ein oder mehrere Federelemente und entsprechende Aufnahmen gebildet sein. Beispielsweise ist das Rastelement als Klippelement ausgestaltet.
In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung weist die Auszugsschiene eine verriegelnde Vorsprungsaufnahme, insbesondere eine Schlüssellochöffnung, zur Verriegelung und Befestigung der Auszugsschiene am Vorsprung durch Verschieben der Auszugsschiene relativ zum Vorsprung auf. Mit Hilfe der verriegelnden Vorsprungsaufnahme wird somit eine zumindest teilweise selbst verriegelnde Befestigung der Auszugsschiene am Vorsprung des Innenbehälters ermöglicht. Vorteilhafterweise ist die Öffnung im Festschienenteil als in Bewegungsrichtung des Lösschienenteils angeordnete Schlüssellochöffnung zur verriegelnden Befestigung der Auszugsschiene am als Vorsprung ausgebildeten Befestigungselement durch Verschieben der Auszugsschiene relativ zum Vorsprung ausgebildet.
Die verriegelnde Vorsprungsaufnahme kann beispielsweise durch eine Schlüssellochöffnung gebildet sein, welche horizontal oder vertikal ausgerichtet sein kann. Hier ist es zweckmäßig, ein Verschieben der Auszugsschiene in entgegen gesetzter Richtung durch das Verriegelungsteil zu verhindern.
Weiterhin kann das Verriegelungsteil als Halteplatte mit einem Arretierungsteil zum Fixieren des insbesondere als Vorsprung ausgebildeten Befestigungselements relativ zur Öffnung ausgebildet sein, wobei insbesondere die Halteplatte als Flachprofil mit einem als Rasthaken dienenden Arretierungsteil ausgebildet ist, der mit einer Öffnung im Festschienenteil verrastbar ist. Hierbei ist insbesondere der Rasthaken innerhalb des Flachprofils freigeschnitten.
Das Arretierungsteil kann aus Kunststoffspritzguss gebildet sein.
In einer Ausgestaltung ist das Verriegelungsteil in eine Aufnahme des Festschienenteils quer zur Bewegungsrichtung des Lösschienenteil form- und/oder kraftschlüssig einfügbar.

Das Verriegelungsteil 10 weist eine Verriegelungsaufnahme 35 auf, welche hinter einen an dem Vorsprung 9 ausgebildeten Hinterschnitt 36 hintergreift und somit ein Loslösen der Befestigungsschiene 7 von dem den Hinterschnitt 36 aufweisenden Vorsprung 9 verhindert.
Fig. 10 zeigt den Schnellverschluss 8 in geschlossener Stellung. Hierbei wurde das Verriegelungsteil 10 in horizontaler Richtung im Vergleich zu Fig. 9 nach links verschoben. Das Verriegelungsteil 10 rastet durch ein Rastelement 11 in der geschlossenen Stellung ein. Fig. 11 zeigt den Schnellverschluss 8 in verriegelter Stellung von hinten mit dem eingerasteten Rastelement 11, welches in einer Rastelementaufnahme 34 eingreift.
Fig. 12 zeigt das Verriegelungsteil 10 in perspektivischer Ansicht.
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kältegerät 1, insbesondere Haushaltskältegerät, mit einem wärmeisolierten Gehäuse, das ein Außengehäuse 2, eine Wärmeisolationsschicht 15 und einen Behälterwände aufweisenden Innenbehälter 3 mit einem Innenraum 4 zur Aufnahme von Kühlgut 5 umfasst, wobei zumindest an einer der Behälterwände 30 mindestens eine Auszugsschiene 7 mit einem Festschienenteil 31 und wenigstens einem Lösschienenteil 32 angeordnet ist, das zum Befestigen einer ausziehbaren Kühlgutablage 6 dient, wobei das Festschienenteil 31 mit Öffnungen 12 versehen ist, in die an der Behälterwand 30 vorgesehene Befestigungselemente 9 mit Spiel einbringbar sind, von denen zumindest eines durch ein Verriegelungsteil 10 zumindest spielfrei in Bewegungsrichtung des Lösschienenteils 32 mit dem Festschienenteil 31 verbunden ist, wobei das Verriegelungsteil 10 verschiebbar oder schwenkbar ist, und zeichnet sich durch eine besonders einfache Montage und einfache Herstellbarkeit sowie einfache Reinigbarkeit aus.

Claims (16)

  1. Refrigerator (1), in particular a household refrigerator, with a thermally insulated housing comprising an outer housing (2), a thermal insulation layer (15) and an inner container (3) having container walls and with an internal space (4) for holding refrigerated items (5), wherein
    at least one pull-out rail (7) with a fixed rail part (31) and at least one loose rail part (32) is disposed at least at one of the container walls (30) and serves for fastening a refrigerated items storage shelf (6) that can be pulled out, wherein
    the fixed rail part (31) is provided with openings (12) into which fastening members (9) can be introduced,
    wherein fastening members (9) are provided at said container wall (30), which can be inserted with play into the openings (12) of the fixed rail part (31), characterised in that the refrigerator has at least one displaceable or pivotable locking part (10), by way of which one of the fastening members (9) is connected to the fixed rail part (31) without play at least in the direction of motion of the loose rail part (32).
  2. Refrigerator (1) according to claim 1, wherein the locking part (10) is detachably connected to the fastening member (9).
  3. Refrigerator (1) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the locking part (10) is detachably fastenable to the fixed rail part (31).
  4. Refrigerator (1) according to claim 3, wherein the locking part (10) is lockable at the fixed rail part (31) and, in particular, thereby has a positive and/or non-positive fit.
  5. Refrigerator (1) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the fastening members (9) are formed as projections, in particular pin-like projections.
  6. Refrigerator (1) according to claim 5, wherein the projections are provided with at least one undercut (36) enabling cooperation with the locking part (10).
  7. Refrigerator (1) according to claim 6, wherein the undercut (36) is formed as a notch or as an annular groove.
  8. Refrigerator (1) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the openings in the fixed rail part (31) are formed as a keyhole openings (12) disposed in the direction of motion of the loose rail part (32) for the purpose of lockingly fastening the pull-out rail (7) at the fastening member (9), which is formed as a projection, by displacing the pull-out rail (7) relative to the projection (9).
  9. Refrigerator (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the locking part (10) is formed as a retaining plate with a stop part (13) for fixing the fastening member (9), which is formed in particular as a projection, relative to the opening (12).
  10. Refrigerator (1) according to claim 9, wherein the retaining plate is formed as a flat profiled part with a stop part (13) serving as a catch hook that can be locked with an opening in the fixed rail part (13).
  11. Refrigerator (1) according to claim 10, wherein the catch hook is cut free within the flat profiled part.
  12. Refrigerator (1) according to claim 10 or claim 11, wherein the stop part (13) is formed from a plastic injection moulding.
  13. Refrigerator (1) according to one of claims 9 to 12, wherein the locking part (10) can be inserted with a positive and/or non-positive fit into a socket in the fixed rail part (31) transverse to the direction of motion of the loose rail part (32).
  14. Refrigerator (1) according to one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the locking part (10) is pivotably fastened at the pull-out rail (7) and in particular has a stop part (13) that, by being pivoted against the projections, can be brought into engagement with them.
  15. Refrigerator (1) according to claim 5, wherein the engagement between the projection and pull-out rail is secured by the locking part, which can be displaced in the horizontal direction, wherein the locking part (10) has a locking socket (35) that engages from behind with an undercut (36) formed at the projection (9) and thus prevents the fastening rail (7) from detaching from the projection (9) having the undercut (36), and wherein the locking part (10) catches in a closed position by means of a catch member (11) which engages in a catch member socket (34).
  16. Refrigerator (1) according to one of claims 5 to 15, wherein the pull-out rail (7) has the locking part (10) for locking the pull-out rail (7) at the projection.
