- slewing cranes are provided for stability with a base, which has a diameter increasing towards the bottom and an enlarged footprint.
- the footprint is formed by a horizontal stator plug, which is usually connected via large gusset plates with the crane column.
- the gusset plates and the mounting bolts protruding from the stator plate in the swivel area of the slewing crane create a constant risk of tripping.
- a base is arranged, which can be set variably on flat or almost flat, solid floor.
- the base is provided with an increase in footprint and provided with at least four adjustable support feet.
- the transportable column jib crane consists essentially of the vertical column, the upper end pivotally mounted boom with the hoist and arranged at the bottom of the column box-shaped base.
- the base is provided with a horizontal bottom plate, which is usually, but not exclusively, square.
- At the four corners of the bottom plate are horizontally pivotally mounted on vertical bearing support legs, at the free ends of vertical screws on the bottom pressure plates are arranged adjustable. The adjusting screws can represent a risk of tripping.
- an attachment of a column jib crane is disclosed without Stolperecken or stumbling edges on a finished concrete floor.

- the depth of the depression corresponds at least to the height of the nut including the height of a washer, a spring washer and a lock washer.
- the diameter of the recess is larger than the outer diameter of the socket wrench for the nuts.
- the recess is closed by a cap or plug to prevent contamination. This avoids that the threaded rods of the fixing dowels protrude with the nuts on the adapter plate and pose a risk of tripping and thus a security risk.
- the disadvantage of this design that the cross section of the adapter plate is weakened by the subsequent depression.
- the invention has for its object to provide for a vertical slewing crane column in the region of the base a structurally simple trip protection, with which the risk of stumbling can be eliminated as far as possible.
- a pedestal with stum protection for a vertical pivoting crane column wherein the pivoting crane column has a foot portion with a flange for attachment, which is fastened by means of fastening screws or anchor bolts and nuts in the ground.
- the stumble protection is ensured in the case of a vertical pivoting crane column in that the base in the region of the foot section has a circumferentially closed protective sheath with an inverted funnel-shaped shape corresponding to the geometry of the foot section, the protective sheath comprising a planar support surface lying on the ground and an upper, having the pivoting crane column enclosing end face.
- FIG. 1 a pillar jib crane is shown with a vertical pivoting crane column 1, which has horizontally a pivoting crane jib 2 with a hoist 3.

- the flange 5 is provided with mounting holes 9.
- the attachment of the slewing crane is done with the anchor bolts 6 and nuts 8.
- the anchor bolts 6 are fixed in the substrate 7.
- the substrate 7 is made of concrete, in which the anchor bolts 6 are cast in concrete or anchored in another suitable manner by cast-in fixing dowels with special grout. With the nuts 8, the flange 5 is screwed tight.
- the slewing crane column 1 is welded to the flange 5. To stiffen the welded joint are in FIG. 1 Junction plates 11 provided between the flange 5 and the pivoting crane column 1.
- the exposed gusset plates 11 can represent a constant risk of tripping by being arranged in the operating area of the slewing crane.
- the trip protection is a sock enclosing, circumferentially closed protective sheath in the shape of a truncated cone 12 with an inverted funnel-shaped shape.
- the truncated cone 12 is formed according to the geometry of the foot section 4, wherein the truncated cone 12 has a plane resting on the substrate 7 supporting surface 13 and an upper, the pivoting crane column 1 enclosing end face 14 in the narrow tapered region.
- the truncated cone 12 according to FIG. 1 is aligned coaxially with the longitudinal axis of the pivoting crane column 1 and has a conical or frusto-conical shape with a cone angle corresponding to the angle of the gusset plates 11. Due to the closed shape of the flange 5 and the nuts 8 are completely covered with the anchor bolts 6. A stumbling hazard is eliminated in this way.
- the truncated cone 12 can be made of a flat sheet metal blank from the settlement and rolled or formed into a hollow profile, which is welded to a lateral longitudinal seam at the edges. In this way, the frustoconical protective jacket can be mounted after the completion of the slewing crane column 1. Otherwise, the protective jacket can be produced from a rotationally symmetrical sheet-metal blank, for example by means of a pressure-forming mold. This requires the installation of the protective jacket before welding the flange 5 and the gusset plates 11. It is expedient that the end face 14 of the truncated cone 12 is slightly larger than the cross section of the pivoting crane column 1. The truncated cone 12 is thereby movable along the pivoting crane column 1 and can rest loosely on the substrate 7 with the support surface 13. When screwing the anchor bolts 6, the protective jacket can be raised.
- the protective sheath can also be fixed. In this case, it is expedient if the protective jacket is provided distributed on the circumference with apertures 15.
- the openings 15 according to FIG. 2 are arranged perpendicular to the central axes of the anchor bolts 6. The diameter depends on the outer diameter of the socket wrench for the nuts 8. In this way, the nuts 8 are accessible at all times. The risk of tripping is thereby also excluded.
- the protective jacket may have the inverted funnel shape of the truncated pyramid 16.
- the truncated pyramid 16 is particularly useful when the flange 5 is square or rectangular.
- the top open top surface of the truncated pyramid 16 is formed circular in the dimensions of the pivoting crane column 1.
- On the underside of the truncated pyramid 16 may have a circumferential curb 17. By means of the curb 17, the height of the truncated pyramid 16 can be kept low with respect to the protruding nuts 8.
- the side surfaces of the truncated pyramid 16 are flat, so that the side edges are easily produced by bending and bending a sheet metal blank by means of a bending device.
- the swivel crane 1 to increase the stability also have a conical base 18 feet. With the larger diameter foot base 18 can be dispensed with the same stability to the gusset plates 11. The risk of tripping reduced to the protruding nuts 8 of the anchor bolts 6, which are covered by a truncated cone 12 as a protective jacket. The height of the truncated cone 12 results from the diameter and the dimensions of the flange 5 and the nuts 8, which are included in the cone angle of the truncated cone 12.
- the height of the protective jacket can be reduced in a conical foot base 18 in that this in the form of a annular spherical section 19 is formed.
- the generatrix corresponding to a circle section corresponds to a quarter circle, resulting in a substantially lower height of the protective jacket relative to a truncated cone 12.
- the preparation can also be done with a sheet metal forming process. For example, by metal pressing, wherein a flat, circular punched part is pressed by means of a roller from all sides via a push mold.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a pedestal with trip protection for a vertical pivoting column, which has a foot portion with a flange for attachment, which is secured by means of anchor bolts and nuts in the underground.
In particular columns of slewing cranes are provided for stability with a base, which has a diameter increasing towards the bottom and an enlarged footprint. The footprint is formed by a horizontal stator plug, which is usually connected via large gusset plates with the crane column. The gusset plates and the mounting bolts protruding from the stator plate in the swivel area of the slewing crane create a constant risk of tripping.

The invention has for its object to provide for a vertical slewing crane column in the region of the base a structurally simple trip protection, with which the risk of stumbling can be eliminated as far as possible.
According to the concept of the invention, a pedestal with stum protection for a vertical pivoting crane column is provided, wherein the pivoting crane column has a foot portion with a flange for attachment, which is fastened by means of fastening screws or anchor bolts and nuts in the ground. According to the invention, the stumble protection is ensured in the case of a vertical pivoting crane column in that the base in the region of the foot section has a circumferentially closed protective sheath with an inverted funnel-shaped shape corresponding to the geometry of the foot section, the protective sheath comprising a planar support surface lying on the ground and an upper, having the pivoting crane column enclosing end face. By the Protective jacket, the nuts of the anchor bolts and the parts of the flange are completely covered. This avoids the risk of tripping.

The
