Abstract

Bei einem pneumatischen Stellungsregler (1) mit einem Arbeitsglied (3) und einer auf dieses wirkenden, zwei miteinander gekoppelte piezopneumatische Ventile (11, 12) umfassenden Ventileinheit (2) weist letztere einen Signaleingang (29) für ein elektrisches Steuersignal sowie einen an eine Druckgasversorgung anschließbaren Versorgungseingang (4), einen an das pneumatische Arbeitsglied (3) angeschlossenen Arbeitsausgang (5) und einen Entlüftungsausgang (6) für das Arbeitsmedium auf. Dabei weisen die Ventile (11, 12) jeweils ein Ventilgehäuse (31, 32) mit einem Aufnahmehohlraum (33, 34) und einen darin (31,32) dichtend einsetzbaren funktionsspezifischen Ventileinsatz (13, 14) mit einer durchströmten Schalteinheit (15, 16) auf. Der Ventilsitz (40, 41) und der mit diesem zusammenwirkende Ventilkörper (21, 22) sind an der Schalteinheit (15, 16) vorgesehen. In dem Ventilgehäuse (31,32) angeordnete Strömungskanäle (35, 36, 37) münden dergestalt in den zugeordneten Aufnahmehohlraum (33, 34), dass bei identischem Ventilgehäuse (31, 32) durch Austausch des Ventileinsatzes (13, 14) unterschiedliche Funktionscharakteristiken des betreffenden Ventils (11, 12) realisierbar sind.
