In dem Laugenbehälter 4 ist eine drehbare Trommel 3 mit einer wenigstens annähernd horizontalen Drehachse 6 angeordnet. Die Trommel 3 ist mit einem Motor 5 antreibbar, so dass die Drehbewegung beim Waschen oder beim Schleudern bereitgestellt wird. Die Waschmaschine 1 umfasst ferner eine Erfassungseinrichtung 7 zur Erfassung der Position und/oder Lage und/oder der Bewegung des Laugenbehälters 4 relativ zum Gehäuse 2. In dem gezeigten Beispiel umfasst die Erfassungseinrichtung 7 einen Magnetfeldsensor 8, der ortsfest relativ zum Gehäuse 2 befestigt ist. Ein Magnet 9 ist im Wirkbereich des Sensors 8 angeordnet, der mittels der Hebelmechanik 11 bewegt werden kann, wobei die Bewegung von der Schwingung oder Positionsänderung des Laugenbehälters 4 verursacht wird. Die Hebelmechanik 11 besteht aus einem ersten Hebel 12, der mit dem ersten Gelenk 10 am Laugenbehälter 4 angekoppelt ist. Das erste Gelenk 10 ist hierbei als Drehgelenk ausgebildet, dessen Drehachse 17 senkrecht zur Laugenbehälterwand, hier der stirnseitigen Wand 21, steht. Am anderen Ende des ersten Hebels ist mittels des zweiten Gelenks 14, das hier als Kugelgelenk ausgebildet ist, ein zweiter Hebel 13 angekoppelt, dessen Ende mit dem dritten Gelenk 15 verbunden ist, das den Magneten trägt. Das dritte Gelenk 15 ist hier als Kugelgelenk ausgebildet, wobei das Hebelende die Kugel 15a bildet, auf der der Magnet 9 befestigt ist. Die Kugelpfanne 15b ist ortsfest zum Gehäuse an einem Träger 23 befestigt. Waschmaschine (1) mit einem Gehäuse (2), mit einem in dem Gehäuse (2) schwingend befestigten Laugenbehälter (4) mit einer darin drehbar angeordneten Trommel (3) mit einer wenigstens annähernd horizontalen Drehachse (6), die mittels eines Motors (5) antreibbar ist und einer Erfassungseinrichtung (7) zur Erfassung der Position und/oder der Lage des Laugenbehälters (4) in dem Gehäuse (2), die einen Magnetfeldsensor (8) mit einem korrespondierenden Magneten (9) umfasst, der dazu eingerichtet ist, die Flussdichte und die Richtung des vom Magneten (9) ausgehenden Magnetfeldes zu erfassen, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Magnetfeldsensor (8) im Wesentlichen fest dem Gehäuse (2) zugeordnet ist, wobei der dem Magnetfeldsensor (8) zugeordnete Magnet (9) in einem dem Sensor (8) zugeordneten Gelenk (15) angebracht ist, das mittels einer Hebelmechanik (11) mit dem Laugenbehälter (4) in Wirkverbindung steht, wobei die Hebelmechanik (11) dazu ausgebildet ist, eine Bewegung oder Positionsänderung des Laugenbehälters (4) auf den Magneten (9) zu übertragen.
