Abstract

Cette invention concerne un pot (2) destiné à un produit cosmétique, ledit pot comprenant un corps de contenant non circulaire (4) et une fermeture à bouchon (14). Le corps de contenant (4) possède une extrémité fermée (6) définie par un panneau inférieur (8) et une extrémité ouverte définie par une bouche (12). Une surface extérieure du panneau inférieur (8) est dotée de pieds (66) disposés symétriquement et en forme de croissant qui font saillie. La fermeture à bouchon (14) inclut un accessoire (16) pouvant être logé autour de la bouche (12) et qui se trouve sur le corps de contenant (4). Un couvercle (18) est relié par charnière à l'accessoire (16) et défini par un panneau couvrant (20) présentant une surface supérieure bombée. Cette surface supérieure inclut une paire d'entailles en forme de croissant (24, 26) formées de manière symétrique l'une par rapport à l'autre le long de bords opposés du panneau couvrant (20). Ces entailles en forme de croissant (24, 26) permettent d'empiler les pots les uns sur les autres tout en assurant une bonne stabilité. Claims (11)

  1. Pot (12) pour produits cosmétiques comprenant :
    (i) un corps de récipient non circulaire (4) comportant une extrémité fermée (6) délimitée par une face de fond (8) et une extrémité ouverte délimitée par une embouchure (12), la face de fond (8) située sur une surface extérieure étant pourvue de pieds (66) saillants en forme de croissant symétriquement agencés ; et
    (ii) une fermeture à opercule (14), caractérisé en ce que la fermeture à opercule comprend :
    (a) un raccord (16) pouvant venir en prise autour de l'embouchure (12) et soutenu sur le corps de récipient (4) ; et
    (b) un couvercle (18) relié de façon articulée au raccord (16) et délimité par une face de couverture (20) ayant une surface supérieure en forme de dôme, la surface supérieure comprenant deux entailles en forme de croissant (24, 26) mutuellement symétriques formées le long de bords opposés de la face de couverture (20),
    les pieds saillants en forme de croissant symétriquement agencés étant façonnés pour venir en prise, lors d'un empilement sur un autre pot similaire, avec les entailles en forme de croissant de l'autre pot similaire.
  2. Pot selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les entailles en forme de croissant (24, 26) comprennent une section intermédiaire (28) flanquée, de part et d'autre, de sections terminales (30, 32), la section intermédiaire (28) présentant un rainurage plus profond dans la face de couverture (20) que les sections terminales (30, 32).
  3. Pot selon la revendication 2, dans lequel les sections terminales (30, 32) ont un fond en forme de V.
  4. Pot selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la face de couverture (20) est bordée par une collerette (34) faisant saillie vers le bas, la collerette (34) comportant une partie avant (36), une partie arrière (38) et deux parties latérales (40, 42) mutuellement opposées reliant les parties avant et arrière (36, 38).
  5. Pot selon la revendication 4, dans lequel les parties avant et arrière (36, 38) comportent des bords inférieurs de forme concave (44).
  6. Pot selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre un obturateur (46), faisant saillie vers le bas depuis une surface intérieure de la face de couverture (48), l'obturateur (46) étant intérieur aux parties avant, arrière et latérales de la collerette (36, 38, 40, 42) et juxtaposé de façon continue à ces dernières.
  7. Pot selon la revendication 6, dans lequel l'obturateur (46) comporte une section avant (50), une section arrière (52) et deux sections latérales (54, 56) mutuellement opposées reliant les sections avant et arrière (50, 52), les sections avant et arrière (50, 52) comportant des bords inférieurs de forme convexe (58).
  8. Pot selon la revendication 6 ou la revendication 7, dans lequel un joint de couvercle (60) entoure l'embouchure (12) et fait saillie vers le haut en direction du couvercle (18).
  9. Pot selon la revendication 8, dans lequel l'obturateur (46) dans une position fermée est placé à l'intérieur du joint de couvercle (60) et de façon accouplée avec ce dernier.
  10. Pot selon la revendication 8 ou la revendication 9, dans lequel le joint de couvercle (60) comporte, le long de son périmètre, un bourrelet d'étanchéité (62) faisant saillie vers l'extérieur, le bourrelet d'étanchéité (62) étant placé de façon accouplée avec un intérieur de la partie avant de la collerette (36) le long d'un bord inférieur de forme concave (44) de celle-ci.
  11. Pot selon la revendication 10, comprenant en outre une arête de soutien (64) sur le raccord (16) sous le bourrelet d'étanchéité (62), l'arête de soutien (64) présentant une courbure convexe pour venir en prise de façon accouplée avec les bords inférieurs de forme concave des parties avant et arrière de la collerette (36,38).
