  • inception of the arc does not occur on the fixed contact 2 but on the arcing electrode 55. Consequently the arc burns far away from the fixed contact, thereby avoiding or at least minimizing the problems of contact erosion due to the arc.
  • the Medium Voltage line switch contact arrangement of the present invention has a number of advantages with respect to the Medium Voltage line switches equipped with conventional contact arrangements. For instance, thanks to the particular shape and positioning of the fixed contact, prearcing time is considerably reduced, thereby reducing also the erosion phenomena on the fixed contact.

Claims (6)

  1. Mittelspannungsnetzschalter-Kontaktanordnung (1), umfassend einen festen Kontakt (2) und eine bewegliche Kontaktanordnung (3), die mit dem festen Kontakt (2) operativ verbindbar ist, wobei die bewegliche Kontaktanordnung (3) ein erstes (31) und ein zweites (32) im Wesentlichen flaches Blatt parallel zueinander aufweist, wobei die flachen Blätter (31, 32) schwenkbar auf einem Träger montiert und mit dem festen Kontakt (2) drehbar verbindbar sind;
    wobei der feste Kontakt (2) ein Kontaktelement mit einem im Wesentlichen flachen Körper (20) mit einer rechteckigen Form mit einer abgetrennten Ecke und einer ersten (21) und einer zweiten (22) Kontaktfläche umfasst, die durch eine Basis (23), die mit einem Kontakthalter (24) verbunden ist, und durch ein erstes (25), ein zweites (26), ein drittes (27) und ein viertes (28) Segment begrenzt sind,
    wobei das erste Segment (25) im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu dem dritten Segment (27) ist,
    wobei das zweite Segment (26) der beweglichen Kontaktanordnung (3) zugewandt ist, wenn die Blätter (31, 32) in der Nähe des im Wesentlichen flachen Körpers (20) sind, wobei das erste (25) und das vierte (28) Segment im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander und im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu dem dritten Segment (27) sind,
    wobei das dritte Segment (27) im Wesentlichen parallel zu der Basis (23) ist,
    wobei das zweite Segment (26) das erste Segment (25) mit dem dritten Segment (26) verbindet und zu dem vierten Segment (28) geneigt ist, so dass die Länge 1 des dritten Segments (27) kürzer ist als die Breite L des im Wesentlichen flachen Körpers (20), gemessen entsprechend dem Verbindungspunkt zwischen dem ersten (25) und dem zweiten (26) Segment,
    wobei der flache Körper abgerundete Ecken zwischen dem zweiten (26) und dritten (27) Segment und zwischen dem dritten (27) und vierten (28) Segment hat,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der flache Körper abgerundete Kanten hat, die durch das erste (25), zweite (26), dritte (27) und vierte (28) Segment definiert sind,
    wobei die Länge I des dritten Segments (27) zwischen 0,75L und 0,85L liegt, wobei l die Breite des im Wesentlichen flachen Körpers (20) ist,
    wobei der Abstand d zwischen dem dritten Segment (27) und dem Verbindungspunkt zwischen dem ersten (25) und dem zweiten (26) Segment zwischen 0,30D und 0,40D liegt, wobei D die Länge des im Wesentlichen flachen Körpers (20), gemessen von der Basis (23) zum dritten Segment (27), ist.
  2. Mittelspannungsnetzschalter-Kontaktanordnung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge I des dritten Segments (27) zwischen 0,77L und 0,83L liegt.
  3. Mittelspannungsnetzschalter-Kontaktanordnung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand d zwischen dem dritten Segment (27) und dem Verbindungspunkt zwischen dem ersten (25) und dem zweiten (26) Segment zwischen 0,33D und 0,38D liegt.
  4. Mittelspannungsnetzschalter-Kontaktanordnung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Lichtbogenkammer (5) umfasst, die ein Tragelement (51) umfasst, das an dem festen Kontakt (2) befestigt ist und sich in Richtung der beweglichen Kontaktanordnung (3) erstreckt, wobei die Lichtbogenkammer (5) ferner eine Vielzahl von Platten (52) umfasst, die ein erstes Ende (53), das mit dem Tragelement (51) operativ verbunden ist, und ein zweites Ende (54) aufweisen, das im Wesentlichen U-förmig ist und einen Durchgang für die ersten (31) und zweiten (32) flachen Blätter der beweglichen Kontaktanordnung (3) definiert.
  5. Mittelspannungsnetzschalter-Kontaktanordnung (1) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Lichtbogenelektrode (55) umfasst, die auf dem Tragelement (51) entsprechend dem Verbindungspunkt zwischen dem ersten (25) und dem zweiten (26) Segment angeordnet ist und in Richtung der beweglichen Kontaktanordnung (3) vorsteht.
  6. Mittelspannungsnetzschalter, umfassend eine Kontaktanordnung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche.
