Claims (15)

  1. Oscillation fitness platform for transmitting and generating mechanical and rhythmic oscillations to the human body, which rests on an oscillating plate (1), comprising the oscillating plate and an oscillating system (3) coupled to the oscillating plate with at least one unbalanced mass (4) and a damping system on the base side, characterised in that the damping system comprises a closed air ring, the oscillating plate (1) moving by means of the oscillating system (3) on the closed air ring (6) in a circular, pendulum-like and oscillating manner and the air ring (6), as a rotationally symmetrical body, carrying a jumping mat (5) spanning its interior, on which the oscillating plate (1) is fixed.
  2. Oscillation fitness platform according to claim 1, characterised in that the jumping mat (5) is fastened on the upper periphery of the air ring (6) and in that the oscillating plate (1) is connected to the jumping mat at a radial spacing from the fastening of the jumping mat on the air ring.
  3. Oscillation fitness platform according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the oscillating plate (1) is fastened to the jumping mat in a clamping and exchangeable manner.
  4. Oscillation fitness platform according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the resilience of the oscillating plate can be adjusted by the air pressure in the air ring.
  5. Oscillation fitness platform according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the air ring has an adhesive-coated surface on the lower side for use in damp spaces.
  6. Oscillation fitness platform according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the oscillating plate (1) has rhythm-controlled and frequency-controlled oscillations.
  7. Oscillation fitness platform according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the oscillating plate (1) transmits sound and acoustic noise by means of a loudspeaker (2).
  8. Oscillation fitness platform according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the oscillating plate (1) produces oscillations of different strength from the edge to the centre.
  9. Oscillation fitness platform according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that that the walking and jumping movements are cushioned by the air ring (6).
  10. Oscillation fitness platform according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that mains-free battery operation is possible.
  11. Oscillation fitness platform according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the jumping mat (5) is water-permeable.
  12. Oscillation fitness platform according to any one of claims 1 to 11, characterised in that a change in the oscillation of the oscillating system (3) takes place by means of acoustic signals.
  13. Oscillation fitness platform according to any one of claims 1 to 12 characterised in that the oscillating frequency and the sound are adjusted by hand by means of a regulator.
  14. Oscillation fitness platform according to any one of claims 1 to 13, characterised in that the oscillating frequency and the sound are automatically adjusted by a sound controller.
  15. Oscillation fitness platform according to any one of claims 1 to 14, characterised in that an MP3 player, a CD player or a similar music playing device can be connected as the music source for the loudspeaker (2).
