Claims (13)

  1. Procédé d'utilisation de données déterminées saisies lors de la connexion, à un centre de commutation, d'un terminal de communication mobile d'un client d'un opérateur de réseau de communication mobile, en particulier pour l'établissement de prévisions de trafic, les données saisies comprenant au moins un identificateur numérique ayant rapport à la personne du client ainsi que le temps et le lieu de la connexion au centre de commutation,
    caractérisé en ce
    - que l'identificateur est utilisé au moins partiellement comme argument d'une fonction à sens unique pour calculer une valeur de fonction,
    - que la valeur de fonction est associée aux données à utiliser, en particulier aux temps et lieu de la connexion, et
    que les données à utiliser, y compris la valeur de fonction, mais sans l'identificateur, sont transmises à une unité utilisant les données,
    - audit identificateur étant ajoutés, selon des critères prédéterminés, des chiffres supplémentaires, et l'identificateur ainsi complété étant utilisé comme argument pour calculer la valeur de fonction, et
    - la fonction à sens unique utilisée et/ou une clé supplémentaire utilisée le cas échéant avec la fonction à sens unique et/ou, le cas échéant, les chiffres ajoutés à l'identificateur selon des critères prédéterminés étant changés à intervalles irréguliers.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le client dispose d'un module d'identification d'abonné qui est utilisé dans le terminal de communication et auquel est associé au moins un numéro d'identification d'abonné (IMSI), caractérisé en ce que le numéro d'identification d'abonné est utilisé en tant qu'identificateur à caractère personnel.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel un numéro d'identification spécifique au terminal est associé au terminal de communication, caractérisé en ce que ledit numéro d'identification spécifique au terminal est utilisé comme identificateur à caractère personnel.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le calcul de la valeur de fonction se fait du côté de l'opérateur de réseau de communication mobile.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le calcul de la valeur de fonction se fait du côté d'un agrégateur auquel sont transmises, par l'opérateur de réseau de communication mobile, les données à utiliser, y compris l'identificateur ayant rapport à la personne du client.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le calcul de la valeur de fonction se fait du côté de plusieurs agrégateurs, l'ensemble des agrégateurs calculant de la même manière la valeur de fonction.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que, avant d'être transmises à l'unité les utilisant, les données à utiliser sont évaluées de manière à savoir si et, si oui, à quelle vitesse et/ou dans quelle direction l'abonné mobile se déplace, dans lequel, de préférence, les données à utiliser ne sont transmises à l'unité les utilisant que lorsqu'on constate lors de l'évaluation que l'abonné mobile se déplace ou qu'un mouvement détecté auparavant a été terminé.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la fonction à sens unique est une fonction à sens unique faible ou forte et/ou une fonction à sens unique à trappe.
  9. Ensemble pour l'utilisation de données déterminées saisies lors de la connexion, à un centre de commutation (MSC), d'un terminal de communication mobile d'un client d'un opérateur de réseau de communication mobile, en particulier pour l'établissement de prévisions de trafic, les données saisies comprenant au moins un identificateur numérique ayant rapport à la personne du client ainsi que le temps et le lieu de la connexion au centre de commutation, comprenant
    - au moins un terminal de communication mobile (MS) qui, en se connectant à un centre de commutation, peut émettre un identificateur ayant rapport à la personne du client, et
    - un centre de commutation du service mobile (MSC),
    caractérisé en ce
    - que des moyens (SCP; AGG) de calcul de la valeur de fonction d'une fonction à sens unique sont prévus qui utilisent au moins partiellement l'identificateur comme argument de la fonction à sens unique,
    - que des moyens d'association de la valeur de fonction aux données à utiliser, en particulier aux temps et lieu de la connexion au centre de commutation sont prévus, et
    que des moyens de transmission des données à utiliser, y compris la valeur de fonction, mais sans l'identificateur, à une unité utilisant les données (USER) sont prévus,
    - des chiffres supplémentaires étant ajoutés audit identificateur, selon des critères prédéterminés, par lesdits moyens de calcul de la valeur de fonction, et l'identificateur ainsi complété étant utilisé comme argument pour calculer la valeur de fonction, et
    - la fonction à sens unique utilisée et/ou une clé supplémentaire utilisée le cas échéant avec la fonction à sens unique et/ou, le cas échéant, les chiffres ajoutés à l'identificateur selon des critères prédéterminés étant changés à intervalles irréguliers.
  10. Ensemble selon la revendication 9, dans lequel un module d'identification d'abonné (SIM) est prévu qui est utilisé dans le terminal de communication (MS) et auquel est associé au moins un numéro d'identification d'abonné, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens (SCP; AGG) de calcul de la valeur de fonction utilisent le numéro d'identification d'abonné en tant qu'identificateur à caractère personnel.
  11. Ensemble selon la revendication 9, dans lequel un numéro d'identification spécifique au terminal est associé au terminal de communication (MS), caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens (SCP; AGG) de calcul de la valeur de fonction utilisent le numéro d'identification spécifique au terminal comme identificateur à caractère personnel.
  12. Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'un agrégateur (AGG) est prévu auquel sont transmises, par l'opérateur de réseau de communication mobile, les données à utiliser, y compris l'identificateur ayant rapport à la personne du client, et qui se charge du calcul de la valeur de fonction.
  13. Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisé en ce que des moyens (SCP; AGG) sont prévus afin d'évaluer les données à utiliser, avant d'être transmises à l'unité les utilisant (USER), de manière à savoir si et, si oui, à quelle vitesse et/ou dans quelle direction l'abonné mobile se déplace.
