Claims (20)
- Tête de formation (1, 25) pour la formation à sec d'une nappe fibreuse, la tête de formation (1, 25) étant positionnée au-dessus d'un fil de formation (8) à l'opposé d'une unité d'aspiration (7), caractérisée en ce que la tête de formation (1, 25) est divisée en au moins deux unités de distribution (2, 3, 4, 5, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31) montées de façon amovible dans la tête de formation (1, 25), les au moins deux unités de distribution étant disposées les unes sur les autres et chaque unité de distribution comprenant au moins un rouleau rotatif (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41) muni de pointes saillantes (12).
- Tête de formation (1, 25) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les unités de distribution de la tête de formation sont en communication les unes avec les autres de manière à ce que la(les) unité(s) de distribution supérieure(s) (2) puisse(nt) faire passer une matière fibreuse vers la(les) unité(s) de distribution se trouvant au-dessous (3, 4, 5).
- Tête de formation (1, 25) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les pointes (12) de l'au moins un rouleau rotatif (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41) dans au moins une des unités de distribution (2, 3, 4, 5, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31) couvrent environ 30 % à environ 80 %, de préférence environ 65 %, de la section transversale des unités de distribution (2, 3, 4, 5, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31) vue par rapport au fil de formation (8).
- Tête de formation (1, 25) selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les pointes (12) de l'au moins un rouleau rotatif (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41) dans au moins une des unités de distribution (2, 3, 4, 5, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31) couvrent essentiellement la totalité de la section transversale des unités de distribution (2, 3, 4, 5, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31) vue par rapport au fil de formation (8).
- Tête de formation (1, 25) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une unité de distribution (2, 3, 4, 5, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31) présente une section horizontale identique ou plus petite que celle de l'unité de distribution se trouvant au-dessous (2, 3, 4, 5, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31).
- Tête de formation (1, 25) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que l'au moins un rouleau (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41) dans au moins une des unités de distribution (2, 3, 4, 5, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30,3 1) est monté de façon amovible.
- Tête de formation (1, 25) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un rouleau rotatif (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41) possède une dimension et/ou une longueur différente de celle des autres rouleaux rotatifs dans un étage de distribution.
- Tête de formation (1, 25) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la tête de formation (1, 25) est munie d'un fond à plusieurs ouvertures.
- Tête de formation (1, 25) selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que le fond est une grille possédant plusieurs éléments de grille amovibles.
- Tête de formation (1, 25) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que l'au moins un rouleau (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41) dans au moins une unité de distribution (2, 3, 4, 5, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31) est placé avec l'axe longitudinal orienté essentiellement perpendiculairement au sens de déplacement du fil de formation (8).
- Tête de formation (1, 25) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que les rouleaux (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19) dans au moins une unité de distribution (2, 3, 4, 5, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31) sont placés avec leur axe longitudinal orienté de façon identique ou différente par rapport aux rouleaux (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41) dans une des autres unités de distribution (2, 3, 4, 5, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31).
- Tête de formation (1, 25) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que les rouleaux (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19) dans chaque unité de distribution (2, 3, 4, 5, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31) sont adaptés pour tourner autour de leur axe longitudinal à une vitesse de rotation identique ou différente.
- Tête de formation (1, 25) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisée en ce que les pointes (12) sont réparties de façon régulière le long de la circonférence du rouleau (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41).
- Tête de formation (1, 25) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisée en ce que les pointes (12) dans au moins une unité de distribution (2, 3, 4, 5, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31), dans le sens longitudinal du rouleau (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41), sont espacées, ce qui permet le passage entre celles-ci des pointes correspondantes (12) d'un rouleau adjacent (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41).
- Tête de formation (1, 25) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisée en ce que les pointes (12) des rouleaux (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41) sont constituées d'un matériau souple.
- Tête de formation (1, 25) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la tête de formation comprend quatre unités de distribution (2, 3, 4, 5, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31), placées en une succession commençant par l'unité de distribution la plus éloignée du fil de formation, dans laquelle- la première unité de distribution (2) comprend un rouleau rotatif (11),- la deuxième unité de distribution (3) comprend deux rouleaux rotatifs (12, 13),- la troisième unité de distribution (4) comprend un rouleau rotatif (14),- la quatrième unité de distribution (5) comprend plusieurs rouleaux rotatifs disposés dans un plan essentiellement horizontal (15, 16, 17, 18, 19).
- Tête de formation (1, 25) selon la revendication 16, caractérisée en ce que les pointes (12) des rouleaux rotatifs (11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19) dans la première, la deuxième et la quatrième unité de distribution (2, 3, 5) couvrent essentiellement la totalité de la section transversale des unités de distribution correspondantes vue dans un plan principalement horizontal.
- Installation pour la production d'une nappe fibreuse caractérisée en ce que l'installation comprend une tête de formation (1, 25) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 17.
- Méthode pour la production à sec d'une nappe fibreuse, utilisant la tête de formation (1, 25) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 17, et dans laquelle les au moins deux unités de distribution sont montées de façon amovible dans la tête de formation (1, 25) et disposées les unes sur les autres, caractérisée en ce que- de la matière fibreuse est ajoutée à l'unité de distribution (2, 26) la plus éloignée du fil de formation pour être transformée dans la tête de formation (1, 25),- la matière fibreuse passe d'une unité de distribution à la(aux) unité(s) de distribution se trouvant au-dessous (3, 4, 5, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31) et- en ce que la matière fibreuse est déposée sur le fil de formation (8) pour former la nappe fibreuse.
- Méthode selon la revendication 19, dans laquelle l'au moins une unité de distribution (2, 3, 4, 5, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31) est retirée de la tête de formation (1, 25), et une unité de distribution différente (2, 3, 4, 5, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31) est insérée à sa place.
