Claims (17)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Titanat-Nanostrukturen mittels einem alkali-hydrothermalen, vom Basismaterial enthaltenden Titan ausgehenden Verfahren, wobei die Vorrichtung mindestens einen, mittels einer Verschlusskappe (F) abzuschließenden abschließbaren und um eine Achse (T) drehbaren Behälter (1), ferner eine Mischvorrichtung enthält die innerhalb des Behälters (1) angeordnet ist, ferner Heizmittel (H) vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Mittellinie (k) der genannten Achse (T) eine den Behälter (1) durchdringende Linie bildet, und die genannte Mischvorrichtung durch mindestens einen im Inneren des Behälters (1) frei bewegbaren Stab gebildet ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittellinie (k) der genannten Achse (T) eine zur Symmetrieachse des Behälters (1) parallele Linie bildet.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Behälter (1) zylindrisch ausgeführt ist und die Mittellinie (k) der genannten Achse (T) zugleich die Symmetrieachse des Behälters (1) bildet.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittellinie (k) der genannten Achse (T) die kürzere Symmetrieachse des Behälters (1) bildet.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Hülse (P) der Außenfläche des Gefäßes (1) angeschlossen, und die Achse (T) lösbar mit der Hülse (P) verbunden ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Schraubverbindung die genannte lösbare Verbindung bildet.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1. bis 6., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zylindrische Stäbe (3) in dem Behälter (1) angeordnet sind.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Stäbe (3) unterschiedliche Abmessungen haben.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Stäbe (3) ungleich lang sind, und der Durchmesser eines Stabes (3), der länger ist als ein anderer Stab (3), den Durchmesser des anderen Stabes (3) nicht erreicht.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest die Oberflächen der Stäbe (3) aus Teflon (Polytetrafluorethylen) hergestellt sind.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizmittel (H) im Inneren des Behälters (1) angeordnet sind.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizmittel (H) außerhalb des Behälters (1) angeordnet sind.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizmittel (H) durch eine beheizte Kammer (K) gebildet sind und der Behälter (1) in der beheizten Kammer (K) angeordnet ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1. bis 13., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Deckschicht (2) die Innenfläche des Behälters (1) bildet.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Deckschicht (2) aus Teflon hergestellt ist.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1. bis 13., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Behälter (1) aus Teflon hergestellt ist.
  17. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1. bis 16., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Behälter (1) durch zwei Hülsen (P) entlang der Mittellinie (k) der Achse (T) gebildet ist und Achsen (T) mit beiden Hülsen (P) verbunden sind.
