The housing or housing part (2) as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the housing or housing part (2) comprises a loudspeaker (16), which is switched on simultaneously with the display screen (4) and is preferably connected to the microprocessor (10) and/or to a radio receiving device.
  5. The housing or housing part (2) as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the housing or housing part (2) comprises locking means, and therefore it cannot be removed by the user from the sanitary product dispenser nor can the latter be opened.
  6. The housing or housing part (2) as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the display screen (4) is switched on by the microprocessor (10) when a user approaches the probe (15) to less than 6 m, preferably less than 4 m.
