Abstract
Description
- La présente invention a pour but d'apporter des améliorations aux différents modèles d'échelles modulaires de toit pouvant exister en permettant de faciliter la mise en place de l'échelle, sans détériorer ni ladite échelle, ni les matériaux de couverture du toit.
- Se trouvent actuellement sur le marché, des échelles de toit tel que le brevet TUBESCA
FR 2 919 660 - Il existe de même un brevet STERNOTTE
BE 902871 - NERESSI
FR 2 893 966 - Le modèle décrit ci-dessous permet à l'utilisateur de mettre en place l'échelle par glissement en la poussant à partir de l'égout de toit. L'embout de cette échelle de toit permet de parvenir à un glissement continu et d'empêcher le blocage de l'extrémité de l'échelle contre les tranches de matériaux de couverture.
- Cette disposition permet également que l'élastomère de protection, disposée sur la partie inférieure de l'échelle reposant sur le toit qui permet de protéger les matériaux de couverture, ne puisse pas du fait de sa forme en relief par rapport aux montants, s'accrocher lors du glissement de l'échelle de toit et se déchirer.
- La présente invention est illustrée ci-dessous à l'aide d'un exemple de réalisation et en référence aux figures annexées.
- La
figure 1 représente une vue en perspective de l'échelle de toit composée de deux modules avec un troisième module séparé. - La
figure 2 représente en perspective le dessous d'une échelle de toit (côté toit). - La
figure 3 montre en vue de détail le dessous de la liaison entre deux modules. - La
figure 4 représente en vue de détail le dessous de l'extrémité supérieure de l'échelle de toit. - La
figure 5 montre une section d'un toit avec l'extrémité supérieure de l'échelle. - La
figure 6 représente une section au droit d'un échelon qui montre les différents éléments qui réalisent la liaison montant et échelon. - La
figure 7 représente un support d'enclume qui peut se fixer à n'importe quelle hauteur de l'échelle de toit. - La
figure 8 représente un support d'enclume vu par-dessous. - Selon la
figure 1 , l'échelle de toit est composée d'un ou plusieurs modules. Sur cette figure, l'échelle est composée d'un module de tête (1) d'un second module (2) assemblé au premier et un troisième module (3) représenté à côté de l'échelle assemblée. - Toujours selon la
figure 1 , les modules sont composés d'échelons (8) et de montants (7) (7') (7") (7"'). Les montants (7) (7') du module de tête (1) sont recouverts par des embouts (5) (5'). - La
figure 2 montre, selon une vue en perspective, le dessous d'une échelle avec le module de tête (1) et le second module (2) assemblés, ce qui permet de voir les profilés élastomères (4) (4'). Les profilés élastomères (4) (4') des montants (7) (7') du module de tête (1) sont pincés à l'extrémité haute de ce module de tête (1) par les embouts (5) (5') permettant ainsi de ne pas déchirer les profilés élastomères (4) (4') lors de la mise en place de l'échelle de toit. - Selon les
figures 1 ,2, 4 , les embouts (5) (5') sont fixés aux montants (7) (7') par des vis (9) (9'). - Selon les
figures 2, 4 ,5 , la forme biseautée (17) (17') des embouts (5) (5') permet le glissement de l'échelle sur le toit sans accrocher et détériorer le revêtement. - Selon les
figures 1 ,2, 3 , la liaison entre deux modules, ici le module de tête (1) et le second module (2) est réalisée par deux manchons de liaison (6) (6'). Ces manchons sont solidarisés au module (2) par des boulons (11) (11') qui traversent les manchons de liaison (6) (fi') et les montants (7") (7"'). Lors de l'assemblage du second module (2) avec le module de tête (1), les montants (7) (7') viennent s'insérer dans les manchons de liaison (6) (6') puis fixés par des goupilles (10) (10') qui traversent ces manchons de liaison (6) (6') et les montants (7) (7') permettant de créer une liaison entre le module de tête (1) et le second module (2). - Selon les
figures 2, 3 , les manchons de liaison (6) (6') sont composés d'emboutis (12) (12') qui recouvrent les profilés élastomères (4") (4"') du second module (2). - Selon la
figure 6 , le profilé élastomère (4) est glissé longitudinalement dans le montant (7) qui est lié à l'échelon (8) par un boulon (13) qui prend en sandwich une entretoise (15) et dont l'écrou (16) est situé dans l'échelon (8) par l'embout d'échelon (14). - Selon les
figures 7, 8 , un support d'enclume (18) vient se fixer sur l'un des montants (7) (7') (7") (7"') entre deux échelons (8) à l'aide de deux clips (19) (19') permettant ainsi au couvreur posant un revêtement en ardoise de couper son ardoise directement sur le toit en y plantant une enclume de couvreur (20).
Claims (4)
- Echelle modulaire de toit composée d'un module de tête (1) et d'un second module (2) et d'autant de modules que nécessaires, le module de tête (1) et le second module (2) utilisés pour l'exemple, sont composés de montants (7) (7') (7") (7"') et d'échelons (8) ; les montants (7) (7') (7") (7"') sont recouverts sur leur partie inférieure (face au toit) par des profilés élastomères (4) (4') (4") (4"') ; le second module (2) est lié au module de tête (1) par des manchons de liaison (6) (6') solidarisés aux montants (7") (7'") du second module (2) par des boulons (11) (11') traversant les manchons de liaison (6) (6') et les montants (7") (7"') ; les montants (7) (7') s'insérant dans les manchons de liaison (6) (6') et étant immobilisés par des goupilles (10) (10') qui traversent ces manchons de liaison (6) (6') et les montants (7) (7') caractérisée en ce que les montants (7) (7') du module de tête (1) sont recouverts d'embouts (5) (5') dont la forme biseautée (17) (17') permet à l'utilisateur de faire glisser l'échelle sur le toit pendant sa mise en place par un mouvement de bas en haut sans accrocher ni détériorer le revêtement dudit toit.
- Echelle modulaire de toit selon revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que les embouts (5) (5') viennent pincer et recouvrir les profilés élastomères (4) (4') ce qui permet à ceux-ci de ne pas s'accrocher, de ne pas se déchirer et de ne pas bloquer la montée lorsque l'utilisateur, lors de la mise en place de l'échelle, fait glisser celle-ci vers le faîtage du toit.
- Echelle modulaire de toit selon revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que les manchons de liaison (6) (6') sont composés d'emboutis (12) (12') qui recouvrent les profilés élastomères (4") (4"') du second module (2) permettant ainsi que ces profilés élastomères (4") (4"') ne viennent pas s'accrocher aux matériaux de couverture lors de la montée de l'échelle.
- Echelle modulaire de toit selon revendications 1 à 3 caractérisée en ce que l'utilisateur posant des revêtements en ardoise peut adapter sur un montant (7) (7') (7") (7"') de l'échelle, un support d'enclume (18) composé de deux clips (19) (19') lui permettant ainsi de couper son ardoise directement sur le toit en y plantant une enclume de couvreur (20)
