Abstract

L'invention concerne un module interface (4) caractérisé en ce qu'il est formé extérieurement d'une face inférieure (8) en forme de calotte concave apte à être placée dans une cuvette sphérique convexe (3) d'une plaque support de récipient prévue sur le dessus d'un appareil de cuisson par exemple d'un réchaud ou d'une table de cuisson à plusieurs foyers, et d'une face supérieure plane (9) en forme de plaque circulaire ou autre, la calotte (8) et la plaque (9) étant solidaires l'une de l'autre.
Le module comporte préférentiellement un élément chauffant (10) raccordé électriquement à une bobine d'induction sphérique (11) dont les spires sont enroulées au contact ou au voisinage de la calotte (8) et à l'intérieur de celle-ci.
