Abstract

L'invention concerne un élément de versage à auto-ouverture et refermable, en matière synthétique, destiné à être appliqué sur un emballage de liquides, en particulier un emballage composite en carton et matière synthétique, et qui présente un élément de base (1) doté d'une bride de fixation (2), un élément de découpe (4) et un capuchon fileté (9), l'élément de découpe (4) étant disposé à l'intérieur de l'élément de base (1) de manière à pouvoir y tourner et étant relié fonctionnellement au capuchon fileté (9) de telle sorte que lorsque le capuchon fileté (9) est dévissé pour la première fois, une ouverture de versage est formée par l'élément de découpe (4) dans le matériau d'emballage. Pour permettre une fabrication particulièrement simple et donc économique et également obtenir un montage simple, l'invention prévoit de disposer l'élément de découpe (4) entièrement à l'intérieur de l'élément de base (1) dès sa fabrication dans l'outil de moulage par injection et de le maintenir à distance de l'élément de base (1) par plusieurs ponts de liaison (14).

Claims (17)

  1. Elément verseur auto-ouvrant et refermable, en matière plastique, destiné à être appliqué sur un emballage de liquides en matériau composite carton / matière synthétique, avec un élément de base (1), qui présente une bride de fixation (2), un élément tranchant (4) et un couvercle vissable (9), ledit élément tranchant (4) étant agencé en pivotement à l'intérieur de l'élément de base (1) et se trouvant en liaison active avec le couvercle vissable (9), sachant que, lors de la fabrication dans un moule pour injection, ledit élément tranchant (4) est déjà agencé entièrement à l'intérieur de l'élément de base (1) et est maintenu à distance dudit élément de base (1) par l'intermédiaire de plusieurs ponts de liaison (14), caractérisé en ce que l'élément tranchant (4) est en liaison active avec le couvercle vissable (9) de sorte que, lors du premier dévissage dudit couvercle vissable (9) une ouverture de versage est formée dans le matériau de d'emballage par ledit élément tranchant (4), qui exécute un mouvement de vissage à l'intérieur de l'emballage.
  2. Elément verseur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de base (1) présente plusieurs pattes de guidage (6), qui sont réparties sur sa paroi intérieure, en pente variable, et que l'élément tranchant (4) présente, sur sa paroi extérieure, plusieurs nervures de guidage, qui sont réparties de manière correspondante, de sorte qu'une rotation de l'élément tranchant (4) à l'intérieur de l'élément de base (1) s'effectue selon une ligne hélicoïdale d'abord raide et ensuite plate.
  3. Elément verseur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que, pour chaque patte de guidage (6) de l'élément de base (1), l'élément tranchant (4) présente une nervure de guidage supérieure (7) et une nervure de guidage inférieure (8) pour que l'élément tranchant (4) soit conduit de force au-dessus et au-dessous de la patte de guidage (6) respective.
  4. Elément verseur selon revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que les nervures de guidage radiales (7) sont agencées sur une voie circulaire concentrique, au moins partiellement, en formant simultanément des butées pour le couvercle vissable (9), et que des cames (10), qui font saillie à l'intérieur de l'élément de base (1), sont prévues en tant qu'éléments de transmission de force.
  5. Elément verseur selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de base (1) présente trois pattes de guidage (6) et l'élément tranchant (4) présente, de manière correspondante, trois groupes de nervure de guidage supérieure (7, 8).
  6. Elément verseur selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les pattes de guidage (6) présentent, à leur extrémité inférieure, un évidement (15) pour la réception des nervures de guidage supérieures (7), et que les nervures de guidage supérieures (7) sont amenées de force dans ces évidements (15) lors du premier vissage du couvercle vissable (9).
  7. Elément verseur selon l'une des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les ponts de liaison (14) sont disposés entre les nervures de guidage radiales de l'élément tranchant (4) et la paroi intérieure de l'élément de base (1).
  8. Elément verseur selon l'une des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les ponts de liaison (14) sont disposés entre les nervures de guidage radiales, inférieures (8) de l'élément tranchant (4) et la paroi intérieure de l'élément de base (1).
  9. Elément verseur selon l'une des revendications 3 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les nervure de guidage radiales, inférieures (8) sont disposées en pente et que l'inclinaison correspond sensiblement à la pente ascendante moyenne des pattes de guidage (6) de l'élément de base (1).
  10. Elément verseur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les ponts de liaison (14) sont rompus lors de la première ouverture par le consommateur.
  11. Elément verseur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les ponts de liaison sont rompus lors de l'enfoncement, respectivement du vissage du couvercle vissable sur l'élément de base.
  12. Elément verseur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle vissable (9) est fabriqué d'une pièce avec l'élément de base (1) et l'élément tranchant (4), au moyen d'au moins une patte de liaison (12).
  13. Elément verseur selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la patte de liaison (12) est simultanément prévue en tant que sceau d'origine, entre le couvercle vissable (9) et l'élément de base (1).
  14. Elément verseur selon revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce que la patte de liaison (12) est un point de rupture (13).
  15.
