Abstract

L'invention concerne un gazéifieur destiné à produire un gaz de synthèse à partir d'une charge très variable de combustibles résiduels et naturels, ce gazéifieur comprenant un four d'induction, une chambre de réaction à bain de fusion et à laitier montée sur la partie supérieure du four d'induction, une ouverture reliant de manière fluidique le métal fondu et le laitier avec l'intérieur du four d'induction et le fond interne de la chambre de réaction. La chambre de réaction contient également des zones de réaction et de régulation se trouvant sur le métal fondu et le laitier, et un couvercle sur la partie supérieure de la chambre de réaction pour fermer la chambre de réaction et récupérer la chaleur et le gaz combustible qui y sont produits.
