Definitions
- First takes advantage of potential energy of gravity ; an object riased above the ground, convert as kinetic energy when it falls back to the ground. Exactly the same as principle of my invention explained at b.m. time to time ; raised above the piston to top of the cylinder by air hoist and than when we released it suddenly, thus we obtain pressurized air in the cylinder with the assistance of gravity feed.
- Second is ; take advantage of gained / acquires power of pressurized air (pneumatic fluid power) has been discharged out.
- Compressed air is a clean energy source always ready to generate a mechanical power with assistance of drive train. And from the drive train stage we convert it to electricity by generator or other power requirements in various fields.
- a raised weight has potential energy. Energy stored by an object by virtue of its position.
- an object raised above the ground acquires potential energy equal to the work done against the force of gravity; the energy is released as kinetic energy when it falls back to the ground.
- the vital point of mv invention is ; the compressed air which we obtained in a large volumed container also use for install / set up the system / device, mean, to take up the piston to top of the cylinder by air hoist again and again, ( namely self acting). In other words piston reciprocating in cylinder regularly and uninterruptible.
- the pistons each has approx. 700-800 kg weight and the air hoists each of them has capacity roughly estimate 1-1 ,2 ton for to take up the piston easly.
- Those hoists are working with approx. 90 psi air pressure which we have continiouslv higher than 90 psi in cylinders at all times.
- the air hoist obtain the necessary compressed air from the cylinder due time to take up the piston
- each cylinder works individualy.
- the production period of cylinder is approx. 2 minutes and the installation / set up period of the cylinder is approx 1 minute.
- Installation of the cylinder mean ; to take up the piston to top of the cylinder by air hoist.
- H1 , H2 - Nosings stop the piston down level of cylinder M - Valves, only for absorbing the atmospheric free air (ambient air) during the piston taking up (rise above)
- N1 Switch for, release the air hoist whereat letting go to down of wire rope.
- N2 The shaft, for pushing the release switch (N1) when piston rising up to top of the cylinder.
- T - Pressure regulator pressure reducing valve
- PAGE 2 - Figure 2 - Item from 1 to 9 Air Turbine. Drive Train and Generator
- each piston goes sequentially in circuit estimate every 30 second and work 2 minutes and than out-of-service 1 minute time for installing (mean, take up the piston by air hoist to top level of the cylinder).
- this uninterruptible power station is superltive for islands and any where the electric energy cable not lay out.
- a very good example constract my power station to any pathless tract and to top of the pathless mountains by carrying the components dismantlement position with helicopter. And also in the middle of the desert if you want or north & south pole too.
- this power station for military purpose is also strategicaly very important. we can take advantage of this power station at such as the big passenger and cargo ships, military ships too, for obtain electric partially.
- the cylinders in system approx. rotate 1 time in 3 minutes therefore they require low maintenance.
- This cleanest power station need no any kind of fuel therefore nothing a little polutant waste materials come out from the system, mean, supports the preservation of natural environments at high level.
- My power station has no need to energy storage while it can run 24 hours a day in other words it is a uninterruptible power source.
- tripod / lifting jack made by steel with approx. 5 tone lifting capacity and 11 m height.
- the power station which is consist to (6) sixfold cylinders system, necessitate approx. 90 m square ground.
- Pistons may produce from casting iron or maybe from hard pvc, has approx. 2 m diameter and 1 m high.
- Piston rings produce the compressure ring from stainless steel and oil ring from the chrom material can be proper.
- Cylinder may calculate 9 m high, 2 m width and 3-4 mm wall thickness can be fit.
- valve line we furnish approx.10 pieces vacuum valve (page 2 figure 1 , item M) for sucking the atmospheric free air (ambient air) from outside of cylinder, during the piston take up by air hoist.
- P.S The lubrication subject of the system, programing it maybe more suitable during design and manufacturing of the power station.
- DC generator in this case we don't need (6 pieces) redresor group, the DC current we obtain from the DC generator add it to directly to conductive bar. And this current same as a.m. method convert with an inverter to frequency and voltage which are proper to network.
