Abstract

The summary of my invention / hypothesis to set forth a theory is, with the assistance of gravity power of heavyweight piston(object), pressurize the air in a cylinder. With this process we convert the mechanical power and movement to the pneumatic fluid power. In the mean time the compressed air which we obtain in cylinders we also provided the required air of hoist to installing / set up the system (raise above the piston) again and again. Namely; self acting. This clean and abundant energy sorce (uninterruptible power station) is totally pollution free with no concerns about fuel even no need for any volatile chemicals, too. The pneumatic fluid power in other words compressed air which we obtain in cylinders, we transfer it directly to specific designed air turbines and so again we convert pneumatic fluid power to mechanical power and movement again. And finaly, the mechanical power we obtained with the assistance of best fit drive train to rotate the rotor of generator and thus, produce electric. From on air turbine stage; we can use this mechanical power and movement in many other fields as well. But the only single handicap of my power station, because it has a large volume. But, on the other hand, in all other respects, in terms of usefulness it is superlative. As a common knowledge in our world continiously increasing electricity requirements. When we use my clean power station (energy source) is best-mode and can solve the electric energy problem. When we replace my power station with all current electric power plants, in this case we stops forever damaging to environment. Some well-wisher proposition : I am in hope / desire, the noncontributory of any fuel, cleanest, no any harmfull emission to atmospher, endless-loop, no need energy storage and uninterruptible power station (invention / theory) will be good news of our tremendous world, which it will break the neck of a task of energy problem and partly global warming too.

The title off the invention :
" SELF ACTING. ENDLESS LOOP, CLEAN - UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER STATION "
Important explanation :
Such-as predictable for this kind of invention to manufacture a prototype and test it, is quite hard and also because of the cost is almost impossible for any individual. On the other hand to do this kind of physical proof has risk because of the large volume of power station hard to keep it secretiveness.
This invention is ; with the result of my few simple experimental test, the disclosure and drawings are arranged theoretically and calculated approximately.
P.S : The aspect ratio of darwings is not proportinate to mesurements / dimensions which
I disclosure at my text time to time. Because there was a difficulty to squeezing / fit them into a DIN A4 paper.
The whole drawings and descriptions are for describe that my invention workable in principle.
During realization and preparing the technical project for prototype and manufacturing phase, any part any equipment of power station's ; measurements, dimensions, ratios and selecting the necessary materials in-no-case affect negatively the main principle of my invention. They can only effect capacity and efficiency of power station.
We can change the cylinder-piston dimensions and the weight of piston, the capacity and velocity of air hoist, RPM of air turbine, at the selection of drive train and generator according to desire capacity or requested HP of power station. Before effectuate my invention, in other words before moving into stage one of manufacturing its first commercial units, for confirming the reliability, mechanical enginering works properly on comprehensive procedures which measure the performance of torque, rpm's of the air turbines, and other functions etc. are necessary and also measurements / dimensions and ratio of power station to get the optimum theoretical point for preparing the technical project of prototype.

My invention based on 2 different phsysics rules / law in other words well known scientific method.

For example, an object raised above the ground acquires potential energy equal to the work done against the force of gravity; the energy is released as kinetic energy when it falls back to the ground.
Principle : Take advantage of the weight of objects (gravity power), we pressurize the air in a container and thus, convert the (potential energy) mechanical power and movement to the pneumatic fluid power.
We transfer the compressed air by air hose to the air turbine which we obtain in a container. And the pneumatic fluid power converted again to mechanical power and movement with assistance of " specific designed air turbines". From the air turbine shaft with adaptable transmission component / drive train we transfer the power where ever we wants.
The vital point of mv invention is ; the compressed air which we obtained in a large volumed container also use for install / set up the system / device, mean, to take up the piston to top of the cylinder by air hoist again and again, ( namely self acting). In other words piston reciprocating in cylinder regularly and uninterruptible.
The most efficiant way to use this power is transfer it with adaptable drive train to the generator and produce electricity.
Disclosure :
I want to disclosure first. This power station / source no concern any fuel & volatile chemicals, clean, totally pollutant free).
To be seen clearly in drawings ; the piston during standing in the top level of cylinder, for time saving, we let it go / decontrol it suddenly which is kept by air hoist, it drops by effect of gravity through to down direction of cylinder.
Approx. in few second the piston travel through to down 2/3 of the cylinder and than it pose / sound stoped softly, but not, and the same time take a slow moition position. On that moment the piston compressed the air approx.1/3 volume of cylinder and continuance travel to down direction, slowly. Thus, we obtained a compressed air estimate more than 100 psi air pressure in 1/3 volume of cylinder. During the first moment we obtain the compressed air, its goes also same time to air turbines immediately. When compressed air reached to turbine blades mean ; kinetic energy of a moving fluid is converted into mechanical energy by causing a bladed turbine to rotate, mean, air turbine start it to work.
When the turbine starts to work the also the shaft rotates and the same time the drive pinion which was mounted the end of the shaft also rotates. The drive pinion rotates the ring gear because they are both in touch unbroken.
When the ring gear rotates the rotor shaft also rotates. Because they fixed each other with triple metal arm / bridge, to be seen in drawings (page 2, figure 2, item 9). The rotor shaft rotates, mean, rotor of generator also rotates and thus finally we produce electricity.
At this power station, anticipate to get approximate amount of 9 hp from each cylinder. At the bottom of cylinder, the output valves provide to adjust the pressure according to requested rpm of turbines. Each turbine envisioned to get a estimate mechanical power 0.550 W. In this case we have foresee to obtain from 12 pes turbines X 0.550 W = 6,6 kW total = approx. 9 HP to rotate the rotor with assistance of drive train.
We obtain approx. 9 HP from each cylinder-drive train combination therefore we use a generator working with 9 HP.This generator approx. at the 2500 - 3000 rpm is generate 6,6 kW electricity for each cylinder-generator combination.
In the 6 cylinder system minimum 4 cylinder is always in circuit therefore we can calculate to estimating total electric energy we may obtain as ; 4 X 6,6 kW = 26,4 kW. 2 cylinders being always out-of-service while the each cylinder during installing require 1 minute time, approx.
We use the small quantity of compressed air which we have in the cylinders whereat also integrated air pipes for take up the pistons again and again by air hoists. To be seen at drawings (page 4, item S1-S2-S3-S4) the whole cylinders of power-station and air hoists are integrated each other with air pipes.

The best-mode of using this power, transfering it with different kind drive trains to generator and thus produce electricity.
We can benefit this power station, using with different kind drive trains in many other fields as well, out of producing electric. Fore xample ; Take out water from deep hole of the ground, etc. We can use this power stations in plants which are working with pneumatic machines instead of compressor necessity and also their electricity requirement as well, definable as double benefiting.
According to the job / power requirement, we can conceive to change all dimensions, measurements, rates of power station. Because alteration / modification in-no-case affect negatively the main principle of my invention.
We take advantage of pollution free clean energy for public benefit the examples are ; hospitals, hotels, vacation villages, at the harbour, detached house etc. Increasing the quantity of power station groups to tens of - hundreds of - thousands of them also use to power our public housing, industry complxes, villages, towns and metropolis too.
On the other hand this uninterruptible power station is superltive for islands and any where the electric energy cable not lay out. A very good example constract my power station to any pathless tract and to top of the pathless mountains by carrying the components dismantlement position with helicopter. And also in the middle of the desert if you want or north & south pole too. One another profit, in case of constructed my power station especially at the a.m. area, even you do not need consummate any fuel & volatile chemicals any time for this power station, this is also magnificent, irreplaceable.
Using this power station for military purpose is also strategicaly very important. we can take advantage of this power station at such as the big passenger and cargo ships, military ships too, for obtain electric partially.

The most of renewable energy sources are interruptible. non efficient, not cost-effective and some of them need storage the eletric.
From know on, before construct dam hydro-elektric power plant, heat power plant, renewables energy stations and also all others, to make a feasibility studies on my invention maybe logical for rational expectations, ofcourse after getting a good results of prototype production.
If we install my power station replace to thermic power plants especially working with the coal mine which is emit the most wasteful / polluter to atmosphere, in this case we can find a semi solution also global-warming problem to reducing the harmful CO2 emission, as well. Therefore we may call mv invention is realv miraculous. Mode-for-invention :
With the assistance of gravity power of the objects, we pressurize the air in a container. In this case the mechanical power and movement converted to the pneumatic fluid power.
With a small amount of compressed air which we obtain in cylinders, we can sustain / feed the air hoists to take up the piston to top of the cylinder again and again , in other words install / set up the the system itself.
When we transfer the fluid power to air turbines, we convert again the fluid power to mechanical power and movement.
The mechanical power which we obtained again, with various type drive trains, we use it as a best-mode rotating the generator and produce eletricity. But we use also this power many other fields as well with the assistance of best fit drive trains.
Industrial-applicability :
With approximate measurements-dimensions and rate practice to industrie ;
First of all we manufacture a tripod / lifting jack, made by steel with approx. 5 tone lifting capacity and 11 m height. The power station which is consist to (6) sixfold cylinders system, necessitate approx. 90 m square ground.
We fix the air hoists top of the tripod bar and centered them at the middle of pistons.
Pistons may produce from casting iron or maybe from hard pvc, has approx. 2 m diameter and 1 m high.
Piston rings ; produce the compressure ring from stainless steel and oil ring from the chrom material can be proper. Cylinder may calculate 9 m high, 2 m width and 3-4 mm wall thickness can be fit.
The most bottom of cylinder we mount air valves approx.12 pieces for adjusting the compressed air according to requirement pressure of air turbines and we fix the air hose to them.
Same line we mount also one check-valve (page 2, figure 1 , item K) which is let the air goes to only one direction and fit it to entegrated air pipes of cylinders.
Approx.15 cm the upper side of valve line we furnish approx.10 pieces vacuum valve (page 2 figure 1 , item M) for sucking the atmospheric free air (ambient air) from outside of cylinder, during the piston take up by air hoist.
We cover the body of generator with metal conic paddle box. Than, mount the ring gear from center of the triple metal arm / bridge to shaft of the rotor, through to large surface of paddle box. We fix 12 pieces air turbines around the large surface of conic paddle box and drive pinions which are already fixed to the shaft of the turbines and place them side-by-side up on the ring gear properly (page 3).
Important acknowledment : The turbines are planed / calculated / design " 12 pieces at the drive train - generator combination " but unfortunately unprofessional drawing programs at my PC does not allowed to drawing them out of 90 / 180 degre angle (vertically - harizontally). Therefore at drawings, the turbines designated / shown (page 1 , figure 2 - page 2, figure 2) only 3 pieces. But to be seen (page 3) I managed and preparing hand made by cutting each picture of turbine and stick them on the main paper and than copied, barely at-least shown 9 pes air turbines for your better understand.
The air hose which was fit to 12 pieces adjusting valves mounted bottom of cylinders we fit the all other ends of the hose to 12 pieces air turbines. Thus, the production process of the power station almost finish.
When the piston fall down in the cylinder freely in one or two seconds we obtain at once compressed air and the same moment compressed air also attain to air turbines and actuate them. And than the drive pinions which are mounted the end of the turbines shaft move to ring gear, when the ring gear rotates the rotor of the generator also rotates becuse they fixed each other with triple metal arm / bridge. And finally the wind generator start to produce electricity.
P.S : The lubrication subject of the system, programing it maybe more suitable during design and manufacturing of the power station.
Selecting AC or DC generator for power station :
The mechanical power and movement which we obtain finally at drive trains stage carry over to alternative current (AC) generators or can be direct current (DC) generators as well.
In case of prefering AC generetor to convert the mechanical energy and movement to electricenergy, because of obtaining from each cylinders different frequency and also at the different time in and out of circuit thereupon to providing the synchronization is hard and expencive. Thereof each out put AC generators of the alternator current with 6 pieces AC/DC redresor we convert them to direct current DC and than the direct current we obtained from redresor group, add to on a conductive bar and conformable to network frequency (50 Hz - 60 Hz) and voltage (110 V - 220 V) we convert again with DC/AC inverter to AC current and bring in to favorable consumption (Page 5).
If we prefere DC generator ; in this case we don't need (6 pieces) redresor group, the DC current we obtain from the DC generator add it to directly to conductive bar. And this current same as a.m. method convert with an inverter to frequency and voltage which are proper to network.

Claims

C l a i m s
Having thus described my invention and the advantages thereof, I do not wish to be limited to the details herein disclosed, otherwise than as set forth in the claims, but what I claim is :
1- Without utilization any fuel and volatile chemicals, only to take advantage gravity power of the object, pressurize the air in a container and obtain compressed air. Hereafter we converted the mechanical power and movement to pneumatic fluid power.
2- Transfering the gained compressed air to specific design air turbine and so convert the pneumatic fluid power to the mechanical power / movement again. And with the assistance of best fit drive train, accouplement to AC / DC generators, thus obtain electricity.
3- Transfering the compressed air to air turbines and so convert the pneumatic fluid power to the mechanical power and with the assistance of multifarious drive train and / or in any manner whatsoever, we accouplement to devices we want, for our requirement in many other fields.
4- The compressed air which we obtained in a container / cylinders we use it for install the system by air hoist to take up the piston to top level of the cylinder again and again, in other words the system sustain itself, mean, self acting. This process make my system my power stations uninterruptible / endless-loop character. This is very important becuse it is vital point of mv invention.
5- We can use in this system also electrical hoist or hydrolic lifting equipment.
In case of using eletric hoist we increase the electric consumption of the system. In other words, we lose a part of eletric energy which we produced at the system. And also in this case we have to increase the quantity of cylinder-piston, drive train and generator, etc. This idea is possible but non-efficient.
I request to protect my invention / theory / principle substantially as I mentioned above.
