Abstract

Die Stecker- bzw. Buchsenverbindung ist eine Kabelverbindung für Hochspannungskabel von Elektro- und Hybridfahrzeugen. Die Kabellitze ist dabei zweilagig isoliert und zwischen den Isolationsschichten ist eine Abschirmgeflecht (3) vorhanden. Der Stecker bzw. die Buchse (6) weist kabelseitig eine Aufnahmebuchse (15) für das Kabel (1) auf. Die Verbindung ist zur Abdichtung komplett mit einem thermoplastischen Elastomer oder einem reinen Thermoplast oder Silikon (auf 160°C bis ca. 190°C) umspritzt. Eine in Längsachse in zwei Teile geteilte Hülse (10) aus Aluminium-Druckguss mit zunächst rohrförmigem Hülsenabschnitt (11) und daran anschliessendem, sich konisch erweiternden Hülsenabschnitt umschliesst mit ihrem rohrförmigen Hülsenabschnitt (11) am Ende der Kabellitze (5) deren erste Isolationsschicht (2). Die Hülse ist hierzu auf diese Isolationsschicht (2) gepresst und die beiden Teile sind miteinander dichtend verschweisst, oder verlötet oder verklebt. Das Abschirmgeflecht (3) der Kabellitze (5) ist ab dem aufgepressten rohrförmigen Hülsenabschnitt (11) über diese Abschnitt gestülpt ist. Es ist daher nur wenig aufgeweitet und entfaltet eine gute Abschirmung.
