Claims (10)

  1. Metallpfosten, umfassend einen Schaft und einen Verschluss des Pfostenkopfes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaft und der Verschluss aus demselben Material integral geformt sind, wobei der Verschluss von umgebogenen Zinnen eines Zinnenkranzes gebildet wird, der im Pfostenkopf ausgebildet ist.
  2. Metallpfosten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sein Querschnitt vieleckig ist.
  3. Metallpfosten nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Zinne pro Seite umfasst.
  4. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Pfostens aus einer Metallplatte, die eine Basis, einen Kopf und zwei Längsränder umfasst, wobei das Verfahren folgende Schritte umfasst:
    - Zuschneiden des Kopfes, um einen Zinnenkranz mit einer Abfolge von Zinnen und Scharten auszubilden,
    - Biegen der Platte, um die Längsränder zusammenzuführen, sodass ein Schaft gebildet wird,
    - Umbiegen der Zinnen in das Innere des Schaftes, um den Pfostenkopf zu verschließen.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Längsränder durch Schweißen miteinander verbunden werden.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, wobei die Form und die Anzahl der Zinnen und der Scharten so gewählt werden, dass der Pfostenkopf nach dem Umbiegen keine Öffnung aufweist, deren kleinste Abmessung größer als 8 mm ist.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, wobei durch Zuschneiden zwei verschiedene Zinnenreihen gebildet werden.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Zinnen beider Reihen verschiedene Längsabmessungen aufweisen.
  9. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, wobei das Biegen so ausgeführt wird, dass ein Schaft mit vieleckigem Querschnitt erzeugt wird.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, wobei eine Zinne pro Seite des vieleckigen Schaftes gebildet wird.
