Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zu Grunde, einen Spülkasten der genannten Art zu schaffen, bei dem die Montagearbeit zum Verbinden der Wasserleitung mit dem Absperrventil noch einfacher ist.
Die Aufgabe ist bei einem gattungsgemässen Spülkasten gemäss Anspruch 1 gelöst. Bei dem erfindungsgemässen Spülkasten ist das Anschlussstück somit innerhalb des Spülkastens in einer Aufnahmevorrichtung auszugsicher gelagert. Das Absperrventil, das insbesondere ein Eckventil ist, ist dann somit über das Anschlussstück an dieser Aufnahmevorrichtung gelagert. Da das Anschlussstück im Innern des Kastenkörpers gelagert ist, kann dieses durch die Revisionsöffnung des Spülkastens eingeführt werden, was die Montage wesentlich vereinfacht. Die Anschlussvorrichtung ermöglicht auch einen einfacheren und sicheren Anschluss eines Schutzrohres. Dieses ist gemäss einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung mit einem Ende in den Durchgang der Aufnahmevorrichtung einsetzbar. Insbesondere ist vorgesehen, dass das Schutzrohr mit Rastmitteln an der Aufnahmevorrichtung fixiert werden kann.
Die Montage ist dann besonders einfach, wenn gemäss einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung das Anschlussstück in der Aufnahmevorrichtung lösbar befestigt ist und im gelösten Zustand zum Spülkasteninnem hin verschiebbar ist. Zum Verbinden des Wasserrohrs mit dem Anschlussstück wird das anzuschliessende Ende des Wasserrohrs durch die Aufnahmevorrichtung hindurch geschoben, bis sich dieses vordere Ende innerhalb des Kastenkörpers verbindet. Dieses Ende kann beispielsweise durch Verpressen mit dem Anschlussstück verbunden werden. Das Wasserrohr wird dann zurückgezogen, bis sich das Anschlussstück wieder innerhalb der Aufnahmevorrichtung befindet. Hierbei ist gemäss einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung vorgesehen, dass das Anschlussstück drehsicher in der Aufnahmevorrichtung gelagert ist. Dies ermöglicht eine besonders stabile Lagerung des Absperrventils bzw. Eckventils am Kastenkörper.
Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass die Aufnahmevorrichtung eine Aufnahmehülse aufweist, welche in die genannte Öffnung eingesetzt ist und in welcher das Anschlussstück gelagert ist. Eine solche Aufnahmehülse kann beispielsweise sehr kostengünstig aus Kunststoff hergestellt werden. Sie kann insbesondere von der Spülkasteninnenseite in die genannte Öffnung eingesetzt und gemäss einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung mittels einer Mutter mit dem Kastenkörper verbunden werden. Dies ermöglicht eine besonders einfache und kostengünstige Realisierung der Aufnahmevorrichtung.
Ein wesentlicher Vorteil der Erfindung wird auch darin gesehen, dass sowohl eine rechtwinklige als auch eine schräge Einführung der Wasserleitung in den Kastenkörper einfach und sicher realisierbar sind. Bei einer schrägen Einführung ist die Aufnahmevorrichtung entsprechend schräg an der Wandung montiert. Der Durchgang verläuft somit schräg zur Ebene der Wandung und vorzugsweise auch schräg zur Vertikalen. Bei bestimmten Anschlusssituationen kann dadurch ein unerwünschtes starkes Biegen des Leitungsrohres vermieden werden. Die Öffnung, in welcher die Aufnahmevorrichtung befestigt ist, befindet sicher hierbei in einer Ebene, die schräg zur Ebene der Wandung verläuft. Die Öffnung wird hierbei durch Wandungsbereiche gebildet, die von der Wandung weg nach innen bzw. nach aussen verlaufen. Gemäss der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass die Aufnahmevorrichtung einen Schieber aufweist, der in einer Stellung das Anschlussstück mit der Aufnahmevorrichtung verriegelt und in einer zweiten Stellung das Anschlussstück freigibt. Durch Bewegen des Schiebers kann nach dem Einführen des Anschlussstückes dieses mit der Anschlussvorrichtung auszugssicher verriegelt werden. Im Falle einer Revision kann entsprechend sehr einfach durch Bewegen des Schiebers das Anschlussstück wieder frei gegeben und aus der Aufnahmevorrichtung herausgezogen werden.

Nach oben hin ist der Auszug durch einen Schieber 22 gesichert, der an der Aufnahmehülse 16 gelagert ist und der gemäss Figur 3 eine Ausnehmung 23 besitzt, die so ausgebildet ist, dass der Schieber 22 quer zur Achse A zwischen zwei Positionen verschiebbar ist. Bei der in den Figuren 1 bis 3 gezeigten Position verriegelt der Schieber 22 das Anschlussstück 28 mit der Aufnahmehülse 16. Wird der Schieber 22 der Ansicht gemäss Figur 3 nach rechts oben verschoben, so wird die Verriegelung aufgehoben und das Anschlussstück 28 kann zusammen mit dem Ventil 11 und dem Leitungsrohr 7 aus der Aufnahmehülse 16 herausgezogen werden. Dies ermöglicht in gewissen Fällen ein Einführen des Leitungsrohres 7 ohne nicht gewünschte starke Biegungen. An Stelle der gezeigten schrägen Einführung ist jedoch auch eine Ausführung denkbar, bei welcher sich die Öffnung 10 in der Ebene der Wandung 3 befindet. Zur Fixierung des Schutzrohres 8 im Durchgang 30 der Aufnahmevorrichtung 4 besitzt die Aufnahmehülse 16 an einem vom Anschlussstück 28 wegragenden Ende Rastzungen 18, welche in eine der Rillen 9 eingerastet sind. Beim Einschieben des Schutzrohres 8 in den Durchgang 30 wird das Schutzrohr 8 somit selbsttätig in der Endposition verrastet. Nun wird der Schieber 22 in die gezeigte Position geschoben, so dass nun das Ventil 11 resp. das Anschlussstück 28 auszugsicher und drehsicher in der Aufnahmehülse 16 fixiert ist. Das bisher teilweise zurückgezogene Schutzrohr 8 wird nun durch die Dichtungsmanschette 20 hindurch in den Durchgang 30 eingeschoben. Durch die Rastzungen 18 wird das Schutzrohr 18 in Durchgang 30 fixiert. Schliesslich wird die Mutter 19 angezogen, so dass nun das Ventil 11 fest mit dem Leitungsrohr 7 und dem Kastenkörper 2 verbunden ist. Der Montagevorgang ist der gleiche bei der Ausführungsvariante, bei welcher die Wasserleitung rechtwinklig zur Ebene der Wandung 3 eingeführt wird. Claims (14)

  1.
