  • containers 1A, 1B and 1C are not needed, after removing them from the refrigerating cell the user will remove removable part 31 only, while supporting part 32 can be used as a support for foodstuffs without running the risk of soiling or damaging tracks 4, 41, 42, 5.
  • removable part 31 is preferably made of plastic materials and can be stored outside the apparatus without any particular problem (unlike glass shelves), apart from the room taken up.

  • front 9A and rear 9B centering brackets When front 9A and rear 9B centering brackets are inserted, they ensure that removable part 31 is correctly positioned on supporting part 32: when the rear centering brackets abut against projections 37 and 38, the removable part 31 will be positioned correctly, and a downward movement thereof in the direction of supporting part 32 will cause curved terminal 81 of side hooks 8 to snap onto the frame 33 of supporting part 32 at concave profiles 35 or 36, as shown in Fig. 8 .
  • side hook 8 comprises a curved terminal 81 and a grip handle 82, which is used for disengaging curved terminal 81 from supporting part 32: in fact, side hook 8 is made of plastic material and is therefore elastically deformable; since grip handle 82 is provided in one piece with curved terminal 81, being both made of plastic material, it follows that, when removable part 31 is coupled to supporting part 32, by applying a force onto the handle away from the supporting part, curved terminal 81 will follow and disengage from supporting part 32, thus decoupling the removable part, which can then be removed.
  • hook 8 is made in one piece with removable part 31, also made of plastic material, and with tracks 4, 41, 42, 5, so that whole removable part 31 can be manufactured with a single moulding step.
  • removable part 32 in the above-described embodiment it has one supporting surface 39A, 39B and 39C for each container 1A, 1B and 1C, which surface extends as a flat portion between a shoulder and a track or between two adjacent tracks: in this manner, containers 1A, 1B and 1C rest directly on the removable part.
  • removable part 31' consists of tracks 4, 41, 42 and 5 only, lacking the above-described container supporting surface: in this case, the containers are guided in position by the tracks as described but, instead of resting on the removable part, they rest directly on underlying supporting surface 32;
  • this solution offers the advantage that less material is required for manufacturing removable part 31, and that the latter can be stored more easily when not in use, especially if it is disassemblable; in this latter case, for example, it is conceivable that tracks 4 and shoulders 41 and 42 snap onto rear track 5, so that part 31 can be disassembled into several elongated, rod-like parts which can be easily stored.
  • FIG. 10 and 11 A further variant is shown in Figs. 10 and 11 : in this case removable part 31" is pivoted to supporting part 32 through pivot arm 8": as can be easily understood from the annexed drawings, not only removable part 31 " can be removed, but it can also be turned and arranged perpendicularly to supporting part 32, thus resting against a wall of the cell of the refrigerating apparatus.
  • the removable part does not need to be stored somewhere outside the apparatus when not in use, i.e. when no containers are used or when it is necessary to use the flat supporting surface of supporting part 32.
  • Figs. 11 and 12 show two bottom views of first removable part 31 and of entire shelf 3, respectively: in these drawings, it can be observed that removable part 31 has reinforcement ribs 70 and 71 on its underside: in this case, ribs 70 and 71 extend in two perpendicular directions for the purpose of reinforcing the entire removable part 31; Fig. 12 clearly shows that reinforcement ribs 72 are also provided on the underside of frame 33. Said ribs 70, 71 and 72 are especially useful when frame 33 and the removable part are made of plastic material, since they allow to eliminate or reduce any deformation which may occur over time, thus always ensuring that the containers are positioned correctly.
  • a particularly advantageous type of plastic material which may be suitable for manufacturing the removable part and the frame of the supporting part is polystyrene.

Claims (6)

  1. Appareil réfrigérant (10), en particulier un réfrigérateur, un congélateur, un réfrigérateur-congélateur ou analogue, du type comportant un compartiment refroidi doté d'au moins une étagère (3) adaptée pour supporter des conteneurs de nourriture (1A, 1B, 1C), ladite étagère (3) étant pourvue d'au moins une piste de guidage (4, 41, 42, 5) permettant de positionner lesdits conteneurs (1A, 1B, 1C) sur ladite étagère (3),
    dans lequel
    ladite au moins une piste de guidage (4, 41, 42, 5) peut être fixée de façon amovible sur ladite étagère (3) et dans lequel l'étagère (3) comporte une partie amovible (31, 31', 31") et une partie de soutien (32), dans lequel ladite au moins une piste de guidage (4, 41, 42, 5) est solidaire de la partie amovible (31),
    caractérisé en ce que sont prévus au niveau de chacun d'au moins deux côtés opposés de la partie amovible (31, 31', 31") un crochet latéral (8) et des pattes de centrage avant (9A) et arrière (9B), lesdites pattes faisant saillie latéralement à partir du corps de la partie amovible (31, 31', 31") et présentant une configuration en "L" essentiellement tournée vers le bas, de façon à venir en butée contre le bord d'un profilé concave correspondant (35, 36) de la partie de soutien (32) afin de suivre l'insertion et le mouvement de centrage de la partie amovible (31, 31', 31") sur la partie de soutien (32), et en ce que la partie amovible (31, 31', 31") peut être fixée sur la partie de soutien (32) au moyen desdits crochets latéraux (8), lesquels sont solidaires de la partie amovible (31, 31', 31") et adaptés pour s'engager avec la partie de soutien (32) de façon que ladite au moins une piste de guidage (4, 41, 42, 5), lorsque la partie amovible (31, 31', 31") est montée sur la partie de soutien (32), se trouve dans une position fixe par rapport à cette dernière.
  2. Appareil réfrigérant selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la partie de soutien (32) est couplée aux parois du compartiment et dans lequel la partie amovible (31, 31', 31") est supportée par la partie de soutien (32).
  3. Appareil réfrigérant selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel la partie amovible (31, 31', 31") et la partie de soutien (32) s'étendent parallèlement l'une à l'autre lorsque la première est montée sur la dernière, la partie amovible (31, 31', 31") étant montée sur le dessus de la partie de soutien (32).
  4. Appareil réfrigérant selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la partie de soutien (32) comporte un bâti (33) autour d'un plan de support central (34), ledit bâti formant lesdits profilés concaves (35, 36) faisant face à la partie centrale de support (34) et étant adaptés pour être engagés par encliquetage avec au moins une extrémité recourbée (81) formée dans lesdits crochets latéraux (8), et dans lequel ladite partie amovible (31, 31', 31") comporte également ladite patte de centrage avant (9A) et ladite patte de centrage arrière (9B) sur les deux côtés desdits crochets latéraux (8), lesquelles pattes avant et arrière (9A, 9B) s'avancent latéralement à partir du corps de la partie amovible (31, 31', 31").
  5. Appareil réfrigérant selon la revendication 4, dans lequel lesdits crochets latéraux (8) sont constitués de matériau plastique et comprennent une poignée de prise (82) prévue en une pièce avec l'extrémité recourbée.
  6. Appareil réfrigérant selon la revendication 4 ou 5, dans lequel la partie amovible (31, 31', 31") est constituée de matériau plastique et est prévue en une seule pièce dotée du crochet (8) et dotée de ladite au moins une piste de guidage (4, 41, 42, 5).
