  • the using of multiple armature discs 13 forming the armature 12 has the advantage that a resulting magnetic force acting on the armature 12 due to the electrical actuation of the coil 36 is increased compared to armatures made in one piece.
  • the magnetic force increases while a constant current is flowing in the coil 36, resulting in a constant magnetic field acting on the multiple armature discs 13. This results in a decreased actuation response time of the armature 12 and the valve needle 10 after actuating the coil 36.
  • the response time is predetermined, thus resulting in a desired magnetic force, the armature 12 with multiple armature discs 13 can be manufactured with less material compared to armatures made in one piece.
  • the injection needle 10 and the armature 12 with its multiple armature discs 13 and the separation layers 15 and the coil assembly 40 can be identified as an actuator.
  • the injection needle 10 relates to an actuator-element of the actuator, being mechanically coupled to the armature 12.
  • the coil 36 of the coil assembly 40 relates to a coil of the actuator to magnetically actuate the armature with the actuator-element axially along the longitudinal axis L.
  • Such an actuator may also be used in different applications than injection valves.

Claims (11)

  1. Aktuator, umfassend
    • ein Aktuatorelement (10), das entlang einer vorbestimmten Achse (L) des Aktuators bewegbar ist,
    • eine Armatur (12), die entlang der vorbestimmten Achse (L) axial bewegbar ist und mit dem Aktuatorelement (10) mechanisch gekoppelt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass
    • die Armatur (12) eine alternierende Folge einer Vielzahl von magnetisierbaren Armaturscheiben (13) und einer Vielzahl von nicht magnetisierbaren Trennschichten (15) umfasst,
    und der Aktuator umfasst
    • mindestens eine Spule (36), die angeordnet ist, die Armaturscheiben (13) magnetisch zu veranlassen, sich axial zu bewegen.
  2. Aktuator gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die Armaturscheiben (13) und/oder die Trennschichten (15) zylinderförmig sind.
  3. Aktuator gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Armaturscheiben (13) quer zu der axialen Bewegung der Armatur (12) angeordnet sind.
  4. Aktuator gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei jede Trennschicht (15) Kautschuk und/oder Chrom und/oder Kunststoff und/oder ein keramisches Material umfasst.
  5. Aktuator gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Armaturscheiben (13) mit den zwischen ihnen angeordneten Trennschichten (15) verklebt sind, um die Armatur (12) zu bilden.
  6. Aktuator gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Armaturscheiben (13) mit den zwischen ihnen angeordneten Trennschichten (15) vernietet sind, um die Armatur (12) zu bilden.
  7. Aktuator gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Trennschichten (15) Schichten aus Kleber mit diamagnetischen Eigenschaften sind.
  8. Aktuator gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei jede Armaturscheibe (13) aus rostfreiem Stahl mit ferromagnetischen Eigenschaften hergestellt ist und eine axiale Dicke zwischen 0,9 und 2,0 mm aufweist.
  9. Aktuator gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei jede Trennschicht (15) eine axiale Dicke zwischen 30 und 100 µm hat.
  10. Aktuator gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Armatur (12) mindestens vier Armaturscheiben (13) umfasst.
  11. Einspritzventil (62), umfassend
    • einen Injektorkörper (38) mit einer mittigen Lämgsachse (L),
    • eine Ventilnadel (10), welche mindestens teilweise in dem Injektorkörper (38) axial beweglich ist und eine Fluid-Einspritzung in einer Schließstellung verhindert und die Fluid-Einspritzung in weiteren Stellungen verhindert,
    • einen Aktuator gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei die vorbestimmte Achse die mittige Längsachse (L) des Injektorkörpers (38) ist, das Aktuatorelement die Ventilnadel (10) ist und die Armaturscheiben (13) mindestens teilweise innerhalb des Injektorkörpers (38) axial beweglich sind.
