  • the mass used does not have to be a load-bearing mass, since the structure of the embodiment of Figure 2 supports the WC bowl and the user of the bowl.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un support flexible pour le couvercle de trappe d'un récipient et un procédé de fabrication du support. Le support (12) comprend plusieurs couches de plaque superposées parallèles (18), qui sont fixées les unes aux autres au moyen de couches de caoutchouc (23). Le support comprend également une plaque de surface en matière plastique (19) fixée sur le dessus desdites couches de plaque (18) au moyen d'une couche de caoutchouc (24); et une plaque inférieure en matière plastique (21) fixée au-dessous desdites couches de plaque (18) au moyen d'une couche de caoutchouc (25). Dans un mode de réalisation, le support comprend également une plaque inférieure (20) positionnée entre la couche de plaque la plus inférieure (18) et ladite plaque inférieure en matière plastique (21) et fixée à ladite couche de plaque la plus inférieure (18) et à ladite plaque la plus inférieure en matière plastique (21) au moyen de couches de caoutchouc (25, 27). Dans un mode de réalisation, la plaque inférieure en matière plastique (21) ou la plaque de surface en matière plastique (19), ou les deux, sont faites d'un polyamide renforcé par des fibres de verre.

Claims (6)

  1. Cuvette de WC comprenant une structure (1) dont la surface inférieure (2) est destinée à être montée sur un support de montage, comme un sol, la cuvette de WC comprenant une ou plusieurs bases de montage (5), la ou les bases de montage étant disposées à l'intérieur de la structure de cuvette de WC et comprenant une plaque d'appui (64) et une surface d'appui (51), la surface d'appui (51) d'une ou plusieurs bases de montage (5) étant réglable en distance par rapport à la surface inférieure (2) de la cuvette de WC de telle manière que la base de montage supporte la cuvette de WC lorsque ladite surface inférieure est située sur le support de montage, caractérisée en ce que, lorsque l'on regarde la cuvette de WC par en dessous, la surface d'appui (51) repose sur la plaque d'appui (64) qui est disposée transversalement par rapport à la surface inférieure de la cuvette de WC et qui repose sur la surface inférieure (2) de la cuvette de WC et en ce que
    la plaque d'appui (64) est supportée à l'intérieur de la surface inférieure de la cuvette de WC de telle manière que les extrémités de la plaque d'appui sont disposées sur les bords intérieurs de la surface inférieure.
  2. Cuvette de WC selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'une ou plusieurs bases de montage (5) présentent des filetages, la distance entre la surface d'appui (51) de la base de montage et la surface inférieure de la cuvette de WC étant réglable par le biais des filetages de la base de montage.
  3. Cuvette de WC selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la plaque d'appui est recourbée à l'intérieur de la partie inférieure de la cuvette de WC pour s'étendre au-dessus d'un plan défini par la surface inférieure (2) de la cuvette de WC lorsque la cuvette de WC est en position d'utilisation, la surface d'appui de la base de montage étant réglable pour s'étendre en dessous dudit plan défini par la surface inférieure afin de supporter la cuvette de WC.
  4. Base de montage destinée au montage d'une cuvette de WC sur un support de montage, la base de montage comprenant une plaque d'appui (64) et des éléments en saillie réglables (53) fixés de manière réglable à la plaque d'appui (64), caractérisée en ce que la plaque d'appui (64) peut s'adapter à l'intérieur d'une structure (1) de la cuvette de WC pour s'étendre d'un bord à l'autre du bord inférieur de la cuvette de WC et pour prendre appui sur la surface inférieure de la cuvette de WC, les éléments en saillie réglables de la base de montage comprenant une surface d'appui (51) apte à prendre appui sur le support de montage lorsque la base de montage est montée dans la cuvette de WC et la distance entre les surfaces d'appui (51) et la plaque d'appui (64) étant réglable, la plaque d'appui (64) de la base de montage étant recourbée de telle manière que, en utilisation, les extrémités de la plaque d'appui sont disposées au bord inférieur de la cuvette de WC et une surface recevant les éléments en saillie réglables (53) de la plaque d'appui est située à l'intérieur de la partie inférieure de la cuvette de WC lorsque la base de montage est montée dans la cuvette de WC.
  5. Base de montage selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les éléments en saillie réglables (53) sont composés d'éléments à visser et en ce que la plaque d'appui comprend des trous taraudés destinés à recevoir lesdits éléments à visser.
  6. Base de montage selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la surface d'appui (51) de l'élément en saillie réglable est constituée par une tête de boulon.
