Definitions
- the invention relates to a manual hazard detector with the features specified in the preamble of claim 1.
- the triggering device consists of a resiliently biased tongue integral with a push button and the locking device of a latch, which engages with pressed-push button in an opening at the free end of the tongue, so that the triggered by pressing the push button alarm state of the detector stored remains.
- the push button is covered as usual with a transparent pressable plate. If the plate is a pane of glass, it will be destroyed when pressed. If it is an elastic plastic plate, it remains in a concave state after being pressed in.
- the unlocking member is rotated by means of a key inserted into a keyhole of the unlocking key in a predetermined direction of rotation about a likewise constructive predetermined angle in a first rotational position.
- the peripheral surface of the unlocking member designed as a cam path brings the latching pawl out of engagement with the tongue, as a result of which it returns to its rest position under its spring bias.
- the glass pane must be replaced or the plastic disk must be returned to its original shape.
- the housing of the detector must be opened.
- the unlocking member is brought by means of the key in opposite directions to the aforementioned rotational position in a second rotational position in the trained on the unlocking noses latching pawls, after which an upper part of the housing can be lifted from the lower part.
- the unlocking member has a second cam track, which brings the release device in the actuated position upon further rotation of the unlocking in the first-mentioned direction of rotation.
- the first cam ensures that the latching device is not effective, so that the triggering device returns after turning back the Entsperrgliedes back to its original or rest position.
- the depressible plate If the depressible plate is pressed inadvertently or willfully by this danger detector, then the glass pane must be replaced, alternatively the plastic pane must be pressed back into its original shape, regardless of whether the push button was also actuated at the same time or not. In both cases, the housing must be opened as described by turning the key in the second rotational position. If the pushbutton has also been pressed and the detector has thus gone into alarm, the detector must also be reset by turning the key to the first rotary position. As has been shown, the on-site staff is sometimes not sufficiently familiar with the function of the key and therefore sometimes accidentally turns the key in the function test setting.
- an inadvertently triggered function test in the alarm center as a handled real alarm message, so triggers the entire, provided for the case of danger catalog of countermeasures.
- the invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a hazard detector of the type mentioned, which provides increased operator safety, especially security against triggering an alarm by an unwanted functional test.
- a second key as a test key has a deviating from the beard of the first key beard, which actuates the triggering device upon rotation of the inserted test key in the direction of the first rotational position of the unlocking.
- the essence of the invention therefore consists in changing the Entsprerrglied the known detector so that a functional test is no longer executable by means of the "normal", first key but only by means of a special key.
- This special or test key which allows as the first key and the opening of the housing, has only knowledgeable staff, e.g. the employees of the installer of the signaling system, of which the present danger detector is a part.
- the invention has the great advantage to solve the task with a relatively minimal change of the known detector.
- the beard of the test key projects beyond its shaft end, in contrast to the first key, the beard of which, as usual, is slightly set back from the end of the key shaft or terminates with the key shaft.
- the unlocking member has, subsequent to the keyhole and in the extension of the cam track, a pocket which receives the beard of the test key after rotation of the test key in the direction of the first rotational position.
- the unlocking of the danger detector according to the invention differs from the unlocking of the bekann danger detector by shortening the cam of the unlocking substantially the width of the beard of the test key.
- the lateral beard surface continues with the test key inserted the cam track.
- secure fit of the inserted and turned to the stop of the beard to the end of the cam track test key is achieved in particular that, as in the case of the known detector, the locking device is ineffective in the functional test position.
- test key actuates the triggering device in the region of the first rotational position of the unlocking member with the axial end face of his beard.
- the axial end face of the beard of the inserted test key can extend a helical sector of the unlocking member in the axial direction.
- the unlocking member has the same functionality as the unlocking member of the known detector.
- Fig. 1 to 4 show a detector according to the prior art. They serve only for a better understanding of the invention.
- manually triggerable hazard detector comprises a wall-mounted housing lower part 1, a circuit board 2, a tongue 3, a cover plate 4, a depressible disc 5 and an upper housing part. 6
- the lower housing part 1 comprises a bottom and circumferential side walls 1.1, which are overlapped by the side walls 6.1 of the upper part 6.
- the lower part 1 has a web 1.2, which limits a shallow trough 1.3, which is intended to receive the circuit board 2.
- In the lower section are several with the lower part 1 integral detent pawls and a latch 1.6, whose functions will be explained later, and a bearing bush 1.4. This serves to receive a pivot 7.1 of a rotatable unlocking member 7, which will also be explained in more detail.
- the circuit board 2 is equipped with electronic components, a microswitch 2.1 with switching flag 2.11 and 2.2 wire bridges for a terminal 2.3.
- the circuit board 2 further has positioning holes 2.4, with which positioning pins (not visible) in the trough 1.3 of the housing base 1 correspond.
- the tongue 3 is an injection molded part made of an elastic plastic. Approximately in the middle of the tongue 3 has an increase in the form of a push button 3.1. Laterally formed are spring arms 3.2, which are supported in the assembled state against bearing surfaces 1.5 of the housing base. At the upper widened end of the tongue 3 U-shaped latching hooks 3.3 are formed on both sides. At its lower end, the tongue 3 has an opening 3.4.
- the latching hooks 3.3 are intended for engagement in corresponding slots on the back of the cover plate 4 near its upper edge.
- the cover 4 has a central opening 4.1 for the passage of the push button 3.1 of the tongue 3 and the rear a circumferential profiled web 4.2, which is intended to engage in the double-walled web 1.2 of the lower part 1.
- At the edges of the cover plate 4 are elastic tabs 4.3, which engage in the assembled state of the detector in corresponding locking pads in the lower housing part 1.
- the cover plate 4 further has guide webs 4.4 and 4.5 mating pin for a not shown, with "press here" or similar. labeled carton blank.
- the cover plate has 4 support surfaces 4.6 for the depressible plate 5, which is depending on local regulations to an easily destructible glass plate or is a sufficiently flexible plastic plate over which the push button 3.1 can be actuated indirectly.
- the detector top 6 has a lower window section 6.2, which is covered in the assembled state of the detector of the plate 5, and an upper fixed opening 6.3, in which a strip-shaped plastic window 6.4 is snapped from the back of the upper part 6 ago.
- the upper part 6 has a normally hidden by a slide 6.5 opening 6.6 for the introduction of a key, which then engages positively in a keyhole of the unlocking 7.
- Fig. 2 shows on a larger scale the detector base 1 with inserted board 2 and snapped, partially cut cover plate 4, with the tongue 3 is locked.
- the tongue 3 is in its rest position.
- pressing the push button 3.1 pivots the tongue 3 in particular under elastic deformation of their U-shaped hooks 3.3 and against the force of the spring arms 3.2 (s. Fig. 1 ) and presses down the flag 2.11 of the microswitch 2.1, so that the latter changes its switching state.
- the signal thus generated is further processed by the circuit on the board 2 to an alarm message.
- Fig. 3 shows the lower portion of the lower part, with the free end of the tongue 3 in the rest position.
- the cover plate 4 and the unlocking 7 are omitted for the sake of clarity.
- the opening 3.4 at the lower free end of the tongue 3 is penetrated by the latch 1.6, the head has a step which is the lower edge of the opening 3.4 engages over, so that the tongue 3 is held elastically biased.
- Fig. 4 illustrated in comparison to Fig. 3 the alarm position, ie the working position of the tongue 3, in which this one hand, the switching flag 2.11 of the microswitch 2 (see. Fig. 1 and 2 ) and on the other hand locked in their working position, uzw. in that a second step formed on the head of the latching pawl 1.6 engages over the (lower) edge of the opening 3.4 at the free end of the tongue 3.
- Fig. 5 shows the same state as Fig. 4 from another perspective and in conjunction with the rotatable unlocking member 7.
- the head of the latching pawl 1.6 rests with a lateral surface on a circumference surface of the unlocking member 7 designed as a cam surface or cam track 7.2.
- the unlocking member 7 has a keyhole 7.3 for inserting either one in Fig. 15 shown first or user key 70 or one in Fig. 16 shown second or test key 71.
- the head of the latch 1.6 is therefore pushed back so far that the edge of the opening 3.4 of the tongue 3 is released from the second stage of the latch 1.6. Due to their elastic bias, the tongue 3 therefore returns to the in Fig. 4 shown rest position back.
- Fig. 7 shows in a similar perspective as FIGS. 5 and 6 , but slightly enlarged and without the tongue, the unlocking member 7 in its normal or initial position, the latch 1.6 with its first stage 1.61 and its second stage 1.62 and the plant of the head of the latch 1.6 against the cam track 7.2 on the circumference of the unlocking member 7.
- test key 71 and rotation of it until the start of entrainment of the unlocking member until the start of entrainment of the unlocking member 7 counterclockwise takes the key bit 71.1 (see. Fig. 16 ) the dashed line position in which it abuts against the end face of the cam track 7.2.
- the unlocking member 7 is further formed to open the housing by removing the upper part 6 of the lower part 1.
- the Fig. 9 to Fig. 11 explain this.
- protrusions 6.7 formed on the upper edge of the upper part 6 into corresponding inlets 1.7 at the upper edge of the lower part 1 (see. Fig. 2 ) and two in the lower region of the upper part 6 formed locking claws 6.8, 6.9 (see. Fig. 11 ) engage behind two corresponding with the lower part 1 integral detent claws like 1.8 in Fig. 9
- the latching claw 1.8 has a lifting surface 1.81, against which a trained on the periphery of the unlocking 7 unlocking nose 7.5 is applied.
- a corresponding Entsperrnase is on the circumference of the unlocking member 7 for cooperation with the latching claw 1.9 (s. Fig. 3 ) on the other, in Fig. 9 invisible side of the unlocking member 7 is formed.
- rotation of the unlocking member 7 either by means of the key 70 (FIG. Fig. 15 ) or by means of the test key 71 ( Fig. 16 ) in a clockwise direction (counter to the direction of rotation in the Fig. 6 and 8th )
- the locking claws of the lower part therefore come out of engagement with the locking claws of the upper part, see. Fig. 10 , so that the upper housing part 6 can be pivoted from the lower part 1 and dug.
- Fig. 12 shows the unlocking 7 in a side view, but compared to the position in Fig. 1 turned by about 90 ° counterclockwise.
- the previously mentioned reference numbers apply.
- a central key guide pin 7.31 is arranged in the keyhole 7.3 in the keyhole 7.3 in the keyhole 7.3 in the keyhole 7.3 .
- Fig. 13 shows the unlocking 7 in a side view, but compared to the position in Fig. 1 rotated by about 45 ° counterclockwise and additionally with the shaft of the test key 71 and its beard 71.1.
- the beard 71.1 continues with its lateral surface 71.1a the cam track 7.2 and with its axial end face 71.1b a helical sector 7.4 of the unlocking member 7 continues.
- Fig. 13 shows further that the pivot 7.1 of the unlocking member 7 comprises a resilient nose 7.11, the unlocking 7 after insertion into the bearing bush 1.4 (see. Fig. 1 ) locked with the lower part 1.
- Fig. 14 shows the unlocking 7 in a perspective view.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a manual hazard detector with the features specified in the preamble of
For this, the housing of the detector must be opened. For this purpose, the unlocking member is brought by means of the key in opposite directions to the aforementioned rotational position in a second rotational position in the trained on the unlocking noses latching pawls, after which an upper part of the housing can be lifted from the lower part. In order to test the function of the danger detector, without having to destroy the glass or to push the plastic disc, the unlocking member has a second cam track, which brings the release device in the actuated position upon further rotation of the unlocking in the first-mentioned direction of rotation. In this case, the first cam ensures that the latching device is not effective, so that the triggering device returns after turning back the Entsperrgliedes back to its original or rest position.
If the depressible plate is pressed inadvertently or willfully by this danger detector, then the glass pane must be replaced, alternatively the plastic pane must be pressed back into its original shape, regardless of whether the push button was also actuated at the same time or not. Unlike in the case of a planned functional test, in which the alarm panel is switched to a test state in which the external alarm, in particular the alarm of the fire department, etc., is disabled, an inadvertently triggered function test in the alarm center as a handled real alarm message, so triggers the entire, provided for the case of danger catalog of countermeasures.
The invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a hazard detector of the type mentioned, which provides increased operator safety, especially security against triggering an alarm by an unwanted functional test.
This object is inventively achieved in that a second key as a test key has a deviating from the beard of the first key beard, which actuates the triggering device upon rotation of the inserted test key in the direction of the first rotational position of the unlocking.
The essence of the invention therefore consists in changing the Entsprerrglied the known detector so that a functional test is no longer executable by means of the "normal", first key but only by means of a special key. About this special or test key, which allows as the first key and the opening of the housing, has only knowledgeable staff, e.g. the employees of the installer of the signaling system, of which the present danger detector is a part. The invention has the great advantage to solve the task with a relatively minimal change of the known detector.
In a preferred embodiment, the beard of the test key projects beyond its shaft end, in contrast to the first key, the beard of which, as usual, is slightly set back from the end of the key shaft or terminates with the key shaft.
Preferably, the unlocking member has, subsequent to the keyhole and in the extension of the cam track, a pocket which receives the beard of the test key after rotation of the test key in the direction of the first rotational position. In this embodiment, the unlocking of the danger detector according to the invention differs from the unlocking of the bekann danger detector by shortening the cam of the unlocking substantially the width of the beard of the test key. The lateral beard surface continues with the test key inserted the cam track. In addition to a defined, secure fit of the inserted and turned to the stop of the beard to the end of the cam track test key is achieved in particular that, as in the case of the known detector, the locking device is ineffective in the functional test position.
Preferably, the test key actuates the triggering device in the region of the first rotational position of the unlocking member with the axial end face of his beard.
In particular, the axial end face of the beard of the inserted test key can extend a helical sector of the unlocking member in the axial direction. As a result, when the test key is inserted and rotated, the unlocking member has the same functionality as the unlocking member of the known detector.
