Definitions
- the present invention relates to a composite profile according to the preamble of claim 1, and to a method for producing a composite profile according to the preamble of claim 9.
- a generic composite profile essentially comprises a first profile, a second profile and at least one insulating strip connecting the profiles.
- two insulating strips are arranged between the first profile and the second profile, so that the overall result is a composite profile with good static and heat insulating properties.
- Such composite profiles are used for example in sash and / or frame of doors and windows.
- the insulating strips provide a thermal separation plane between the profiles, whereby the heat flow from the warmer to the colder side of the composite profile is significantly reduced.
- the insulating strips are held in undercut grooves of the profiles, which is usually made a shear-resistant connection between the profiles and the insulating strips. Now occur higher temperature differences between the two sides of the composite profile, so as in intense sunlight in summer from the outside or in winter at low outdoor temperature, learn about the insulating strips interconnected profiles a different thermal expansion with the result of bending of the composite profile in the nature of the so-called bimetallic effect.
- the composite profiles are provided for example for window or door frames, these effects lead to lack of tightness and limited closing function.
- Such composite profiles are for example from the DE 25 52 700 known.
- Such composite profiles are for example from the DE 25 52 700 known.
- Parts of the Nutsteges be introduced via gears in recesses.
- the composite profiles would simply fall apart during production or at least not be able to meet the predetermined dimensions. Accordingly, the shear-soft connection must at least be designed such that the composite profile can not be accidentally separated, on the other hand, the non-stick connection may not be designed so shear resistant that the profiles relative to each other no compensation movement is made possible. This would mean that the composite profile warps in total, which would have the negative consequences outlined above.
- the insulating strip should have two or more relatively movable Isolierangnmaschine, wherein the central region between the Isolierangn practically should have an increased elasticity. Essentially, the increased elasticity is realized by punching in the middle area. By this measure is to be achieved that the different change in length of the profiles is absorbed by the insulating strip, so that shear forces that could lead to a bending of the composite profile, do not occur.
- the insulating strip should have at least two or more relatively movable Isolierangnwel, which are interconnected by webs, wherein the webs are configured such that the two Isolierangnwel the insulating strip limited relative to each other are movable, the adjacent webs and the Isolierangnmaschine are pivotable in the movement in a parallelogram.
- thermal length changes of the profiles are compensated by parallelogram-like pivoting of the webs or not hindered, so that stresses are avoided, which could lead to an undesirable bending of the composite profile.
- the first two solutions according to DE 198 53 235 A1 and DE 20 2007 004 804 U1 put the insulating strips as such shear-resistant to the profiles, realize the non-slip connection, however, by the elastic middle part of the moldings. In this respect, these solutions make an additional processing step of the insulating strips necessary because the infills of the insulating strips must be punched out after extrusion. It is obvious that the additional processing steps to be carried out here incur additional costs.
- the present invention is based and proposes a composite profile which allows a compensating movement of the profiles to prevent the bimetallic effect, but is easy to manufacture and easy to handle during subsequent processing, in particular the production of doors, Windows or similar Components, allows.
- a reduction in the shear strength should be achieved, however, a sliding of the profile half shells during transport, the surface application and the shoring should be avoided when metal workers.
- this object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1.
- This proposed embodiment of a push-soft connection a production technology extremely easy to produce composite profile is proposed with a push-soft connection. As a bulge, a hemispherical bulge has been found.
- Such bulges can be introduced in a simple manner by a hemispherical punch in the profile, in particular in the Isolierangnam or the Ranprofi.
- the thrust required to overcome the push-soft connection can be adjusted in a simple and precise manner.
- the case-specific adaptation of the push-soft connection over the cross section of the Isolierelfnam or the connection portion of the insulating strip and the post-processing with lubricant are not necessary.
- the introduction of bulges and indentations is very easy on a suitable hemispherical punch possible.
- the bulges and indentations can also be made in one operation by a suitable hemispherical punch is pressed into the profile in such a way that forms both the bulge in the Isolierprofiling and the indentation in the connection section of the already located in the Isolierprofiling insulating strip. It is also obvious that no elaborate reworking of the insulating strip, such as punched, must be made.
- the composite profile according to the invention can be provided that two insulating strips are arranged between the profiles, with both shear-resistant and shear-soft connections between the profiles and the insulating strips are provided.
- the first profile has at least two Isolierancen
- the second profile has at least two Isolierelfnamn
- two insulating strips are provided, which are arranged between the first profile and the second profile, wherein between the Isolierelfnamn of the first Profiles and the connecting portions of the insulating strips a shear-resistant connection is provided, wherein between the Isolierolinn of the second profile and the terminal portions of the insulating a shear-soft connection is provided.
- a shear-resistant connection comes here a knurled in question.
- the at least one insulating strip receptacle is a dovetail-shaped groove in cross-section.
- a connection section with corresponding dovetail shape can already enter into a positive connection, such that the insulating strip is already fixed in the transverse direction, relative to the longitudinal direction of the profile.
- the insulating strip has a spacing section arranged between the connection sections.
- connection sections have a dovetail-shaped cross-section.
- Another object of the present invention is to propose a method for producing a composite profile according to one of claims 1 to 8, which can be used extremely easily and reliably in terms of production engineering.

Description
The present invention relates to a composite profile according to the preamble of
A generic composite profile essentially comprises a first profile, a second profile and at least one insulating strip connecting the profiles. Preferably, two insulating strips are arranged between the first profile and the second profile, so that the overall result is a composite profile with good static and heat insulating properties.
Such composite profiles are used for example in sash and / or frame of doors and windows. The insulating strips provide a thermal separation plane between the profiles, whereby the heat flow from the warmer to the colder side of the composite profile is significantly reduced. Usually, the insulating strips are held in undercut grooves of the profiles, which is usually made a shear-resistant connection between the profiles and the insulating strips. As far as the composite profiles are provided for example for window or door frames, these effects lead to lack of tightness and limited closing function.

This is where the present invention is based and proposes a composite profile which allows a compensating movement of the profiles to prevent the bimetallic effect, but is easy to manufacture and easy to handle during subsequent processing, in particular the production of doors, Windows or similar Components, allows. In particular, a reduction in the shear strength should be achieved, however, a sliding of the profile half shells during transport, the surface application and the shoring should be avoided when metal workers.
According to the invention this object is achieved by the characterizing features of
Further advantageous embodiments and further developments of the composite profile according to the invention will become apparent from the features of the dependent claims.

As an advantageous shear-resistant connection comes here a knurled in question.
It may also be advantageously provided that it is the Isolierleistenaufnahme a running in the longitudinal direction of the profile groove.
It can also be advantageously provided that the at least one insulating strip receptacle is a dovetail-shaped groove in cross-section. A connection section with corresponding dovetail shape can already enter into a positive connection, such that the insulating strip is already fixed in the transverse direction, relative to the longitudinal direction of the profile.
It may also be advantageously provided that the insulating strip has a spacing section arranged between the connection sections.
It can also be advantageously provided that the connection sections have a dovetail-shaped cross-section.
It has also proved to be advantageous that a number of bulges are provided along the insulating strip receptacle and a number of indentations are provided along the connecting section, wherein it is preferably provided that the debits or the indentations are arranged at a distance of approximately 50 mm.

The
The insulating
Further details of the composite profile according to the invention will become apparent from a more detailed description of the manufacturing method according to the invention.
However, it is provided within this manufacturing process, that the processing of
The processing of
For the processing of
It is preferably provided that the

The inventively proposed type of connection of the insulating strips with the

The composite profile according to the invention defined by the appended claims can, of course, be modified in many ways. Although a preferred embodiment is shown with two insulating strips, of course, more or less insulating strips between the profiles may be appropriate. It is also conceivable that the push-soft connections are provided "crosswise", i. E. that one of the
