Abstract

La présente invention concerne une presse à imprimer à bobines (10) qui permet d'imprimer des bobines (12) qui ont un premier côté et un second côté comprenant un premier cylindre porte-plaque (22) avec un premier diamètre (Rp1i) pour imprimer une première image sur le premier côté de la bobine et un deuxième cylindre porte-plaque (28) ayant un deuxième diamètre (Rp2) différent du premier diamètre Rp1i)et destiné à imprimer une deuxième image sur le deuxième côté de la bobine (12). L'invention concerne également un procédé d'impression de la bobine.

Claims (15)

  1. Presse à imprimer une bande imprimant une bande (12) ayant un premier côté et un second côté, comprenant :
    un premier cylindre porte plaque (22, 32, 42, 52, 62, 72 ; 122, 132, 142, 152) ayant un premier diamètre pour imprimer une première image sur le premier côté de la bande ; et
    un deuxième cylindre porte plaque (28, 38, 48, 58, 68, 78 ; 128, 138, 148, 158) ayant un second diamètre pour imprimer une seconde image sur le second côté de la bande,
    caractérisé en ce que le premier diamètre est différent du second diamètre.
  2. Presse à imprimer une bande selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le second diamètre est soit un multiple entier soit un multiple non entier du premier diamètre.
  3. Presse à imprimer une bande selon la revendication 1, comprenant de plus un premier cylindre de blanchet (24, 34, 44, 54, 64, 74 ; 124, 134, 144, 154) en contact avec le premier cylindre porte plaque et un second cylindre de blanchet (26, 36, 46, 56, 66, 76; 126, 136, 146, 156) en contact avec le second cylindre porte plaque.
  4. Presse à imprimer une bande selon la revendication 3, comprenant de plus au moins un moteur (80, 84; 180, 184) pour entraîner au moins un des premier et deuxième cylindres porte plaque.
  5. Presse à imprimer une bande selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle le au moins un moteur comprend un premier moteur (80; 180) entraînant le premier cylindre porte plaque, un deuxième moteur (82; 182) entraînant les premier et second cylindres de blanchet et un troisième moteur (84., 184) entraînant le deuxième cylindre porte plaque.
  6. Presse à imprimer une bande selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle un blanchet (224 ; 226) est monté sur une circonférence extérieure du premier ou du second cylindre de blanchet.
  7. Presse à imprimer une bande selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle au moins une plaque d'impression (222, 228, 238, 239) est montée sur une circonférence extérieure du premier ou du deuxième cylindre porte plaque.
  8. Presse à imprimer une bande selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle soit la première image sur le premier côté de la bande est imprimée en même temps que la seconde image sur le second côté de la bande, soit la première image sur le premier côté de la bande est imprimée à un moment différent de la seconde image sur le second côté de la bande.
  9. Presse à imprimer une bande selon la revendication 1, comprenant de plus un troisième cylindre porte plaque (132) ayant le premier diamètre et un quatrième cylindre porte plaque (138) ayant le second diamètre, le troisième cylindre porte plaque pour imprimer le premier côté de la bande en aval du premier cylindre porte plaque, et le quatrième cylindre porte plaque pour imprimer le second côté de la bande en aval du deuxième cylindre porte plaque.
  10. Presse à imprimer une bande selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle le premier cylindre porte plaque (122) imprime une première couleur et le troisième cylindre porte plaque (132) imprime une seconde couleur, en particulier dans laquelle le deuxième cylindre porte plaque (128) imprime la première couleur et le quatrième cylindre porte plaque (138) imprime la seconde couleur.
  11. Procédé d'impression d'une bande (12) utilisant l'unité d'ïmpression de bande selon la revendication 1, le procédé comportant les étapes consistant à :
    imprimer le premier côté de la bande en utilisant le premier cylindre porte plaque (22, 32, 42, 52, 62, 72 ; 122, 132, 142, 152) ayant le premier diamètre ; et
    imprimer le second côté de la bande en utilisant le deuxième cylindre porte plaque (28, 38, 48, 58, 68, 78; 128, 138, 148, 158) ayant le second diamètre ;
    caractérisé en ce que le premier diamètre est différent du second diamètre.
  12. Procédé d'impression d'une bande selon la revendication 11, dans lequel le second diamètre est soit un multiple entier soit un multiple non entier du premier diamètre.
  13. Procédé d'impression d'une bande selon la revendication 11, dans lequel le premier côté de la bande et le second côté de la bande sont imprimés en même temps, ou dans lequel le premier côté de la bande est imprimé à un moment différent du second côté de la bande.
  14. Procédé d'impression d'une bande selon la revendication 11, comprenant de plus les étapes consistant à imprimer le premier côté de la bande en utilisant un troisième cylindre porte plaque (132) ayant un premier diamètre en aval du premier cylindre porte plaque et imprimer un second côté de la bande en utilisant un quatrième cylindre porte plaque (138) ayant un second diamètre en aval du deuxième cylindre porte plaque.
  15. Procédé d'impression d'une bande selon la revendication 14, dans lequel le premier cylindre porte plaque imprime une première couleur sur le premier côté de la bande et le troisième cylindre porte plaque imprime une seconde couleur sur le premier côté de la bande, en particulier dans lequel le deuxième cylindre porte plaque imprime la première couleur sur le second côté de la bande et le quatrième cylindre porte plaque imprime la seconde couleur sur le second côté de la bande.
