Claims (5)

  1. Aushebesicherungsvorrichtung (100) für Schiebetüren oder -fenster, wobei die Schiebetüren oder -fenster (1) vom Typ sind, umfassend mindestens:
    - einen feststehenden Rahmen (2);
    - mindestens einen beweglichen Rahmen (3) oder Gehflügel, der waagerecht verschoben wird und sich relativ zum feststehenden Rahmen (2) öffnet und schließt, aufweisend einen Umfangskanal (C) für die verschiebbare Unterbringung von Betriebsmitteln;
    - eine Schiebeeinheit (4, 5), umfassend ein Paar Waagen, die mit der unteren Schiene (6) des Flügels (3) verbunden sind und auf einer waagerechten Basisführung (7) aufliegen, was dem Flügel (3) ermöglicht, in beide Richtungen (F1, F2) zum Öffnen und Schließen verschoben zu werden;
    - ein Steuerelement (8), das sich am Flügel (3) befindet, verbunden mit den Betriebsmitteln und mit Verschließmitteln, die vom Steuerelement (8) angetrieben werden, um jeweils eine offene Konfiguration des Flügels (3) zu bilden, um anschließend dessen Öffnungsverschiebung zu erlauben, und eine geschlossene Konfiguration des Flügels (3), wobei der Pfosten (9) des Flügels (3) und der Pfosten (10) des feststehenden Rahmens (2) gegenständig angeordnet und in Kontakt miteinander sind; wobei die Aushebesicherungsvorrichtung (100) mindestens ein erstes Kontaktelement oder einen Anschluss (11) umfasst, verbunden mit der oberen Schiene (12) des Flügels (3) und aus dieser hervorstehend, nah an der ersten oberen Ecke des Flügels (3), gebildet durch die obere Schiene (12) und den Pfosten (9), angeordnet gegenständig zur oberen Schiene (10t) des feststehenden Rahmens (2) und in der Praxis ausgestaltet, um zu verhindern, dass der Flügel (3) relativ zum feststehenden Rahmen (2) ausgehoben wird, wobei die Vorrichtung (100) zudem mindestens ein Positionierungs-/Abstandselement (13) umfasst, das verschiebbar im Abschnitt des Kanals (C) der oberen Schiene (12) vor dem ersten Kontaktelement (11) positioniert ist, wobei das Positionierungs-/Abstandselement (13) entlang seiner Länge mindestens ein zweites Kontaktelement oder einen Anschluss (14) umfasst, das/der über dem Positionierungs-/Abstandselement (13) hervorsteht, wobei das erste Ende (13a) des Positionierungs-/Abstandselements (13) steif mit dem ersten Kontaktelement (11) verbunden ist, um eine einzelne steife Aushebesicherungseinheit zu bilden, gebildet aus dem ersten und dem zweiten Kontaktelement (11, 14), befindlich entlang der oberen Schiene (12), wobei die Vorrichtung (100) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie mindestens zwei Positionierungs-/Abstandselemente (13, 13') umfasst, umfassend jeweilige Stabsegmente, die ausgestaltet sind, um das erste Kontaktelement (11) und das zweite Kontaktelement (14) zu verbinden, wobei mindestens ein drittes Kontaktelement oder ein Anschluss (16) in Reihe und abwechselnd mit den Positionierungs-/Abstandselementen (13, 13') im Kanal (C) in der oberen Schiene (12) verbunden wird, und wobei jeweils das erste und das zweite Kontaktelement oder der Anschluss (11, 14) untere Abschnitte (11a, 14a) mit zwei entgegengesetzten Unterschneidungen und einem unteren Vorsprung (15) umfassen, bildend Verbindungsmittel, um mit jeweiligen Hohlräumen (13s) an den jeweiligen Enden (13a, 13b) der Positionierungs-/Abstandselemente (13) verbunden zu werden, und wobei ein jedes Kontaktelement (11, 14) den unteren Abschnitt (11a, 14a) umfasst, um verschiebbar mit dem Kanal (C) und einem oberen Abschnitt, umfassend einen mittigen Körper (11b, 14b) und einem geformten oder gekrümmten oberen Vorsprung (11c, 14c) verbunden zu werden, ausgestaltet, um bei Anheben des Flügels (3) Kontakt mit dem inneren Profil (P) der Schiene (10t) des feststehenden Rahmens (2) Kontakt herzustellen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Kontaktelement oder der Anschluss (14) unabhängig vom Positionierungs-/Abstandselement (13) ist, das verschiebbar mit der oberen Schiene (12) verbunden ist und aus dieser hervorsteht, und zwar mittels seines unteren Abschnitts (14a), der im Kanal (C) und vor dem ersten Kontaktelement (11) verbunden werden kann, wobei das zweite Element (14) in der Lage ist, stabil mit dem freien zweiten Ende (13b) des Positionierungs-/Abstandselements (13) verbunden zu werden, entgegengesetzt zum Ende (13a), das in der Lage ist, mit dem ersten Kontaktelement (11) verbunden zu werden.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge des Positionierungs-/Abstandselements (13) das Positionieren mindestens des zweiten Kontaktelements (14) nahe an der zweiten oberen Ecke des Flügels (3) entgegengesetzt zur ersten oberen Ecke erlaubt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Positionierungs-/Abstandselement und das Verbindungselement ein Stabsegment (13) umfassen, das verschiebbar im Kanal (C) verbunden ist und Hakenhohlräume (13s) für Verbindungsmittel (15) aufweist, befindlich auf den jeweiligen unteren Abschnitten (11a, 14a) der zwei Kontaktelemente (11, 14).
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Kontaktelement (11) eine rechtwinklig geformte untere Verlängerung (11p) aufweist, wobei die vertikale Verlängerung (11p) stabil mit dem Eckabschnitt des Pfostens (9) der ersten oberen Ecke verbunden werden kann.
