Description

The invention relates to a container, in particular for flowable goods such as detergent according to the preamble of claim 1.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

From the prior art, a variety of cardboard for the purpose of storage and transport of free-flowing goods are known, including those comprising a closable lid. In most cases, such containers are formed from a single blank, wherein the associated lid parts are arranged on this blank.

Such cardboard packaging , for example, in DE 102005005500 . US5515996A or US5788102A discloses , wherein the US documents each reveal a generic container.

DE 10 2005 005500 describes a resealable cardboard with an inner frame and an outer layer in which a lid member is pivotally mounted on the outer layer.

The inner frame is enclosed by an outer layer, wherein formed by the outer layer of an outer box with six walls. The swing-lid element is formed as part of the outer box. The outer layer has a tearable strip member extending over the first side wall, the front wall and the second side wall and by means of which an edge portion of the lid member is releasable for the purpose of a first opening of the container, a portion of the lid member being in a closed state Location is at least partially covered. The tearable strip member has a first, user grippable end serving as a pull tab and a second end disposed on the side wall opposite the first end.

In order to ensure a simple opening of the lid member for the user opening the lid member, the outer layer between the second end of the tear strip and the pivot point of the lid member is provided with a line of weakness, the second end of the tear strip and the pivot point of the lid member on a direct, straight line connects.

In such trained cardboard packaging, the force required to separate the outer layer between the second end of the tear strip and the pivot point of the lid member for the user is clearly noticeable. This is often perceived by the user as being inconvinient.

Furthermore, an excessive use of force when first opening the cover element can lead to the cover element being damaged as such or the area around the pivot point of the cover element, as a result of which the cardboard packaging can no longer be partially closed.

Aufgabe der ErfindungObject of the invention

It is the object of the invention to provide an initially mentioned container whose cover element can be swung open for the first time in a particularly reliable manner.

This object is achieved with the characterizing features of claim 1.

The line of weakness represents a material weakening in the blank of the folding carton, which can be relatively easily destroyed by pushing in, pulling out, tearing up or tearing off so as to subsequently ensure an effortless, first-time opening of the lid element.

Due to the convex curve of the weakening line can be a particularly uniform Achieve force during the first opening of the lid member, which is perceived by the user as particularly konvinient.

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the tangent (T) of the weakening line at the end point of the strip element with the straight connection forms an angle between 1 ° and 90 °, preferably between 3 ° and 45 °, particularly preferably between 5 ° and 20 °, which further reduces the force necessary to initiate the tear on the line of weakness.

Furthermore, it is advantageous that the angle β formed by the fiber direction of the outer layer and the tangent line of the weakening line at the end point of the tear strip is less than 90 °, preferably less than 45 °, particularly preferably less than 20 °. The fact that the introduction of force into the perforation is not perpendicular to the fiber direction of the outer layer, the defined and controlled tearing of the perforation can be improved and the risk of tearing at a location not intended for it is reduced.

The weakening line can be configured in particular as a perforation, tear thread, tear strip or the like. It is particularly preferable to carry out the perforation as a zipper perforation, since this perforation has particularly stable holding points with at the same time good tearing behavior. In particular, the weakening line can also be designed as a ripper with front and / or Rückseitenritzung.

The perforation can be formed from a slot and / or punched hole.

It is particularly advantageous to design the perforation and the course of the weakening line in such a way that the material bridges of the perforation, starting from the end point of the tear-off strip element towards the pivot point of the cover element, break open sequentially when the cover element is first opened. This will be one over the entire first Opening operation of the lid member causes substantially constant force to open the lid member. In a further embodiment, the perforation of the weakening line audibly breaks sequentially, whereby the user is acoustically signaled the correct initial opening of the lid member. As a result, a tamper-evident closure is also realized, which acoustically displays the first opening of the container to the user.

Due to the rectilinear scribe line, the force is introduced into the line of weakness when opening the cover element. It is advantageous to design the scribe line as an extension of the tear-off edge of the strip element, whereby a secure first, defined tearing of the outer layer between the cover element and side wall is achieved when opening the lid.

The in Fig. 1 shown container 1 comprises a folded from an outer layer 2 outer box into which a folded from an inner layer 3 inner frame is inserted. The outer box comprises a cover element 4, which is pivotally connected to the remainder of the outer box via a bending edge 4a and which has an edge region 4b which is obtained by previously tearing off a tear-off strip element 5 (see FIG Fig. 2 ) was formed and represents the separation between the cover element 4 and the remaining outer container.

In the closed state, the cover element 4 covers a region of the inner layer 3 protruding beyond the edge 4b of the outer box 3. A counterpart 6 consisting of the material of the inner layer 3 is glued to the inside of a front section of the cover element 4. This counterpart 6 corresponds to a closing tab 7, which is arranged at a front upper edge 22 of the inner layer 3 in the form of an extension of the inner layer 3 connected via a bending line.

Upon a first opening of the cover element 4, after the strip element 5 has previously been removed, the cover element 4 can be pivoted along the bending point 4a around the rear wall 13 of the folding box 2. The lid member 4 is connected by a bending point with the hull, wherein the lid 4 and body are united in a blank. The bend is hinged, e.g. formed by folding, scratches, grooves, perforation, upsetting or folding.

The outer box is folded from the outer blank or the outer layer 2 (see also Fig.2 ), this having a front wall 10, to which via score lines 8 right and left side walls 11, 12 connect, to which a side wall 11 in turn connects to a rear wall 13 of the container 1. The rear wall 13 has an adhesive tab 15, by means of which the stepwise by 90 degrees to each other kinked segments 10, 11, 12, 13 of the outer box are glued together to form a closed peripheral wall. The strip element 5, which has a first end 14 and a second end 15, extends over both side walls 11, 12 and the front wall 10. Each of the walls 10, 11, 12, 13 has on each of its end faces in each case via a crease lines 23 divided tab 10a, 10b, 11a, 11b, 12a, 12b, 13a, 13b on. In this case, the lid member from the tabs 10a, 11a, 12a, 13a and separated by the tearable strip 5 areas of the walls 10, 11, 12 is formed. A bottom of the container is formed by the tabs 10b, 11b, 12b, 13b.

From the second end 15 to the pivot point 16, the weakening line 9 extends. A detailed view D of this region of the folding blank is shown in FIG Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 and will be described in more detail below.

The inner layer 3 has a total of five segments 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e (see also Fig. 3 ), which are folded over crease lines or creasing lines 8 in the folded state in each case by 90 degrees with respect to an adjacent segment. The Segment 3b and the segment 3c overlap in the folded state and are glued together, so that these two segments together form a side wall of the inner layer. The closing flap 7 has been fixed to the first segment 3a via a score line 7a or has been left standing when the inner layer 3 has been cut.

Fig. 4 shows a detail top view D on the blank of the side wall 11 of the outer box 2 with the second end 15 of the tearable strip element 5 and the line of weakness 9 to the pivot point 16 of the lid member 4 in the unopened state.

The strip element 5 is shown in a partially opened state. Behind the strip element 5, the side wall 6e of the inner frame 3 can be seen hatched. The strip element 5 is completely separated from the outer layer 2 before the first opening of the cover element 4, so that the only remaining connection between the side wall 11 and the cover element 4 is the line of weakness 9.

The weakening line 9 has a deviating from the direct, straight connection 17 between the end point 15 of the tearable strip element 5 and the pivot point 16 of the lid member 4 course, in the form of a convexly extending arc.

The weakening line 9 is formed as a slot perforation having slot-shaped material bridges M between the lid member 4 and the side wall 11 and slot-shaped perforation openings P.

Rilllinien 8 bildend, verlaufen. The tangent T of the weakening line 9 at the end point 15 forms with the straight connection 17 an angle α. The angle β is formed by the fiber direction F of the outer layer 2 and the tangent T of the weakening line 9 at the end point 15, wherein the fiber direction is substantially horizontal, ie a 90 ° angle to the buckling or creasing lines 8 forming.

As further out Fig. 4 it can be seen, is arranged between the tear point 19 of the weakening line 9 and the end point 15 designed as a straight scribe line 18 and forms an extension to the tear-off edge 20 of the strip element fifth

Fig. 5 shows the off Fig. 4 known arrangement at the beginning of the opening of the lid member 4. As out Fig. 5 As can be seen, first the cover element 4 rises slightly, without the tearing of the perforation 9 initially occurring. If the cover element 4, as indicated by the arrow, further pivoted about the pivot point 16, the perforation line 9 begins starting sequentially at the end point 5.
