Claims (5)
- Sheet punching and embossing machine having a machine frame (1), having two guide rails (2) which are fastened to the machine frame (1), with said guide rails (2) being fastened at the inside to opposite sides of the machine frame (1) and with each of the guide rails (2) being formed from at least one basic body (2a, 2b) and comprising chain and guide tracks (6, 7) which are equipped with sliding strips (11), having two endless chains (3) which are mounted in the chain tracks (6) and having gripper devices (4) which are fastened to the chains (3) and are guided by means of rollers (9) in the guide tracks (7), characterized in that grooves (10) with a rectangular cross section are formed into the guide rails (2) in the region of the chain and guide tracks (6, 7), and in that the sliding strips (11) for the chain and guide tracks (6, 7) are separate and have a T-shaped cross section, with the webs of the sliding strips (11) being inserted into the grooves (10).
- Sheet punching and embossing machine according to Claim 1, characterized in that the webs are releasably fastened in a positively locking fashion in the grooves (10).
- Sheet punching and embossing machine according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the webs are fastened in the grooves (10) by means of clamping sleeves (12).
- Sheet punching and embossing machine according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the guide rails (2) are produced from steel.
- Sheet punching and embossing machine according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the sliding strips (11) are produced from a modified cast polyamide.
