Abstract

Un paquet (B; B1) est proposé pour un produit de tabac. Claims (19)

  1. Paquet pour contenir un produit de tabac, le paquet comprenant :
    une partie de récipient (1) ayant une surface supérieure (10) avec une ouverture (11) fournissant l'accès à l'intérieur de la partie de récipient ; un couvercle, fixé de manière articulée à la partie de récipient (1) ;

  3. Paquet selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel la bande de panneaux (21-33) comprend un premier panneau fixé sur une surface du couvercle (12) qui définit l'intérieur du couvercle (12) et un deuxième panneau qui est fixé à la surface supérieure (10).
  4. Paquet selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la bande de panneaux (21-33) comprend une pluralité de panneaux sensiblement triangulaires et une pluralité de panneaux sensiblement quadrilatères, dont chacun est assemblé à un panneau adjacent par une ligne de faiblesse (a'-s').
  5. Paquet selon la revendication 4, dans lequel les panneaux (21-33) se plient dans des directions opposées autour des lignes de faiblesse (a'-s') lorsque l'on ferme le paquet.
  6. Paquet selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la bande de panneaux (21-33) est fixée sur un couvercle interne (35) qui est fixé de manière articulée au récipient.
  7. Paquet selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le couvercle interne (35) a une ouverture (16).
  8. Paquet selon la revendication 7, dans lequel l'ouverture (11) sur la surface supérieure (10) et l'ouverture sur le couvercle interne (35) s'alignent lorsque le couvercle interne (35) et la surface supérieure (10) viennent en butée l'un contre l'autre.
  9. Paquet selon la revendication 7 ou 8, dans lequel l'ouverture (16) sur le couvercle interne (35) est plus petite que l'ouverture (11) sur la surface supérieure (10).
  10. Paquet selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, comprenant en outre un couvercle (40) fixé de manière articulée sur la partie de récipient (1).
  11. Paquet selon la revendication 10, dans lequel le couvercle (40) comprend une partie évidée (46) opposée à l'articulation.
  12. Paquet selon la revendication 10, dans lequel le couvercle comprend un trou (48).
  13. Paquet selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12, dans lequel le couvercle (40) est fixé de manière articulée à la partie de récipient (1) au niveau de l'extrémité opposée du paquet par rapport à la bande de panneaux (21-33).
  14. Paquet selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12, dans lequel le couvercle (40) est fixé de manière articulée à la partie de récipient (1) le long d'un bord (44) de l'ouverture (48) dans la surface supérieure (10) du paquet.
  15. Paquet selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la bande de panneaux (21-33) est sensiblement circulaire.
  16. Paquet selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel la bande de panneaux (21-33) est sensiblement semi-circulaire.
  17. Paquet selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le couvercle (12) et la partie de récipient (1) comprennent des moyens de mise en prise complémentaires.
  18. Paquet selon la revendication 17, dans lequel les moyens de mise en prise comprennent une languette (14) qui fait saillie d'un bord d'attaque du couvercle (12) et une fente (15) sur la partie de récipient (1) dans laquelle la languette (14) peut s'insérer.
  19. Paquet selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le paquet contient du tabac contenu dans un sachet.
