Claims (7)

  1. Riegel für Türen und Fenster (1), die mindestens einen fixierten Rahmen (2) und einen beweglichen Rahmen (3) umfassen, der wiederum mindestens einen halbfixierten Flügel (3a) umfassen kann, der mit einer umlaufenden Nut (4) ausgestattet ist, in der Wirk - und/oder Schließmittel gleitend aufgenommen sind; wobei der Riegel (5) mindestens Folgendes umfasst:
    - ein wirkendes Gleitstück (6), das in der Nut (4) eines Pfostens (7) des halbfixierten Flügels (3a) aufgenommen sein kann und das verbunden sein kann mit
    - einem Endarretierstab (8), der dazu konzipiert ist, den Flügel (3a) durch die gleitbare Steuerung des Gleitstücks (6) in eine stabile offene Position und eine stabile geschlossene Position zu versetzen, um den Arretierstab (8) zum fixierten Rahmen (2) hin oder davon weg zu bewegen;
    - einen Positionierungs-/Begrenzungsanschlagblock (9) für das Gleitstück (6), der während des Gebrauchs stabil in der Nut (4) aufgenommen ist und einen Kopf (9a) aufweist, der in eine hohle Aufnahme (10) passt, die aus einem erhobenen Abschnitt im zentralen Teil des Gleitstücks (6) erhalten und dazu konzipiert ist, eine Gleitbahn zwischen dem Kopf (9a) und dem Gleitstück (6) zu bilden, sodass er an das Gleitstück (6) anstößt und dabei zwei Endbegrenzungspositionen für das Gleitstück (6) bestimmt; Vormontagemittel (11), die so zwischen dem Gleitstück (6) und dem Block (9) positioniert sind und wirken, dass das wirkende Gleitstück (6) und der Positionierungs-/Begrenzungsanschlagblock (9) lösbar verbunden werden, sodass sowohl das Gleitstück (6) als auch der Block (9) gemeinsam in der erforderlichen Position zumindest dann eingespannt sind, wenn sie in der Nut (4) aufgenommen und positioniert sind.
  2. Riegel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vormontagemittel (11) mindestens ein Paar Laschen (12a, 12b) umfassen, die aus den hinteren Rändern des zentralen Teils des Gleitstücks (6) hervorragen; wobei die hervorragenden Laschen (12a, 12b) in der vormontierten Konfiguration in entsprechenden Durchgangsschlitzen (13a, 13b) aufgenommen sind, die in Flanschen (9b) an beiden Seiten des Kopfes (9a) des Blocks (9) ausgebildet sind, und die Laschen (12a, 12b) dazu konzipiert sind, abgeschert zu werden, sobald das Gleitstück (6) zum ersten Mal in die Nut eingepasst wird und der Block (9) mithilfe von entsprechenden Arretiermitteln (14) in der Nut (4) an Ort und Stelle gehalten wird.
  3. Riegel nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Block (9) mit Mitteln (14) zum Arretieren des Blocks (9) in der Nut (4) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vormontagemittel (11) durch die Arretiermittel ausgeführt sind, umfassend einen Gewindestift (14), der in der vormontierten Konfiguration sowohl in die Durchgangsbohrung (15), die im zentralen Teil des Gleitstücks (6) ausgebildet ist, als auch in eine entsprechende Durchgangsbohrung (16) mit Gewinde, die im Kopf (9a) des Blocks (9) ausgebildet ist, eingreift, sodass das Gleitstück (6) und der Block (9) aneinander befestigt bleiben; wobei es dann möglich ist, den Gewindestift (14) in den Boden der Nut (4) einzuschrauben, wenn das Gleitstück (6) und der Block (9) positioniert wurden, wodurch der Gewindestift (14) aus der Bohrung (15) im Gleitstück (6) gelöst wird.
  4. Riegel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchmesser (D15) der Bohrung (15) im Gleitstück (6) kleiner als der Durchmesser (D14) des Gewindestifts (14) ist.
  5. Riegel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vormontagemittel (11) das Gleitstück (6) und den Block (9) aneinander an einem Ende der Aufnahme (10) im zentralen Teil des Gleitstücks (6) befestigen, was während des Gebrauchs einer stabilen offenen Position des Riegels (5) entspricht.
  6. Riegel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vormontagemittel (11) das Gleitstück (6) und den Block (9) aneinander an einem Ende der Aufnahme (10) im zentralen Teil des Gleitstücks (6) befestigen, was während des Gebrauchs einer stabilen geschlossenen Position des Riegels (5) entspricht.
  7. Riegel nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gleitstück (6) mit einer in seinem zentralen Teil ausgebildeten Durchgangsbohrung (15) an einem Ende der Aufnahme (10) ausgestattet ist, in der der Block (9) positioniert ist.
