Abstract

Erfindungsgemäss ist eine Signalisierungseinheit (ein Lichtsignal) vorgesehen, umfassend:
a) eine Lichtquelle mit Glühwendel und Ansteuerkreis;
b) eine Schaltungseinrichtung, vorzugsweise mittels Stromrelais in dem Ansteuerkreis der Lichtquelle oder alternativ mit einer elektronischen Schaltung, zur Erkennung des Ausfalls eines Glühlampenstromes im Ansteuerkreis; und
c) eine quasi punktförmige LED-Einheit als Ersatzlichtquelle mit einer an die Lichtquelle angepassten Abstrahlcharakteristik. an die jeweilige Signalfarbe angepasst.
Auf diese Weise übernimmt die Ersatzlichtquelle die Aufgabe der Lichtquelle, wobei aufgrund der hohen Zuverlässigkeit der LED-Einheit ein Austausch der Lichtquelle mit Glühwendel nicht mit hoher Dringlichkeit vorgenommen werden muss.
