Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Regelung von drucktechnischen Prozessen, insbesondere zur Schnittregister- oder Farbregister- oder Farbdichteregelung, wobei zur Ermittlung mindestes eines Istwerts unmittelbar ein auf einem Bedruckstoff gedrucktes Druckbild mit Hilfe mindestens eines Sensors in mindestens einem Druckbildbereich vermessen wird, wobei der oder jeder gemessene Istwert mit jeweils einem druckvorstufebasierten Sollwert verglichen wird, und wobei auf Basis einer aus dem oder jedem Istwert und dem jeweiligen Sollwert ermittelten Regelabweichung ein Stellsignal für den zu regelnden drucktechnischen Prozess ermittelt wird. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren umfasst folgende Schritte: a) für jedes auf die Bedruckstoffbahn zu druckende Druckbild werden aus der Druckvorstufe Farbseparationsdaten bereitgestellt, wobei die Farbseparationsdaten jedes Druckbilds unter Berücksichtigung von Daten über die Charakteristik des Sensors, mit Hilfe dessen das Druckbild vermessen werden kann, zu einem Farbseparationsdaten-Composit kombiniert werden; b) anschließend werden im Farbseparationsdaten-Composit jedes Druckbilds solche Druckbildbereiche rechnerisch ermittelt, die zur Regelung des drucktechnischen Prozesses geeignete Information enthalten, wobei die für jedes Druckbild ermittelten Druckbildbereiche bewertet werden; c) darauffolgend werden die für jedes Druckbild ermittelten, druckplattenbezogenen Druckbildbereiche zusammen mit dem Farbseparationsdaten-Composit in eine Sollwertdatei geschrieben; d) weiterhin werden die ermittelten, druckplattenbezogenen Druckbildbereiche abhängig von einer Druckplattenzylinderbelegung von Formzylindern in zylinderbezogene bzw. bedruckstoffbahnbezogene Druckbildbereiche umgerechnet werden, wobei aus denselben zur Regelung ein Druckbildbereich ausgewählt wird, der von einem Sensor vermessen werden kann; e) abhängig von dem zur Regelung ausgewählten Druckbildbereich wird einerseits der Sensor quer zur Bedruckstoffbahn ausgerichtet und anderseits der Sensor so angesteuert, dass der Sensor zur Regelung Istwerte des ausgewählten Druckbildbereichs bereitstellt, wobei ein entsprechender Sollwert des ausgewählten Druckbildbereichs aus der Sollwertdatei ausgelesen werden. The method according to the invention comprises the following steps: a) for each print image to be printed on the printing substrate, color separation data are provided from the prepress stage, the color separation data of each print image being taken into account, taking into account data on the characteristic of the sensor by means of which the print image can be measured Color separation data composite can be combined; b) subsequently, in the color separation data composite of each printed image, such printed image regions are computationally determined which contain suitable information for the regulation of the printing technology process, the printed image regions determined for each printed image being evaluated; c) subsequently, the printing plate-related printed image areas determined for each printed image are written together with the color separation data composite into a setpoint file; d) furthermore, the ascertained, printing-plate-related printed image areas are converted into cylinder-related or printed-web-related printed image areas as a function of a printing plate cylinder assignment, a print image area being selected from the same for regulation, which can be measured by a sensor; e) depending on the print image area selected for the control, the sensor is aligned transversely to the printing material web and the sensor is controlled such that the sensor provides actual values of the selected print image area for control purposes, with a corresponding desired value of the selected print image area being read from the setpoint file.
