Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Zusammenfügung von mindestens zwei Bändern (10, 20) aus Zellstoffwatte mit oder ohne Kennzeichnung der Bänder, umfassend eine erste Prägegruppe mit einem starren Zylinder (5A1), der mit Prägeausstülpungen versehen ist, und einen Zylinder (5C1) mit einer verformbaren Verkleidung, der am starren Zylinder (5A1) zur Anlage gebracht werden kann, um ein erstes Band (10) aus Zellstoffwatte durch Durchführen des ersten Bandes (10) zwischen dem starren Zylinder (5A1) und dem Zylinder mit verformbarer Verkleidung (5C1) zu prägen, sowie einen Verbindungszylinder (5M), der an den starren Zylinder (5A1) angelegt werden kann, um das erste Band (10) mit einem zweiten Band (20) zu verbinden, wobei die zwei Bänder zwischen dem Verbindungszylinder (5M) und dem starren Zylinder (5A1) der ersten Prägegruppe geführt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen zusätzlichen Verbindungszylinder (5M2) umfasst, der am Verbindungszylinder (5M) zur Anlage gelangen kann, um die Zusammenfügung der zwei Bänder aus Zellstoffwatte durch Durchführung zwischen dem Verbindungszylinder (5M) und dem zusätzlichen Verbindungszylinder (5M2) zu ermöglichen, wobei die Zusammenfügung ohne Kennzeichnung stattfindet, wenn das erste Band um den ersten starren Zylinder (5A1) ohne Auflage des Zylinders (5C1) mit verformbarer Verkleidung am starren Zylinder (5A1) erfolgt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der der Verbindungszylinder (5M) zwischen dem starren Zylinder (5A1) der ersten Prägegruppe und dem zusätzlichen Verbindungszylinder (5M2) angeordnet ist und zwischen einer ersten Verbindungsposition zwischen dem starren Zylinder (5A1) und dem Verbindungszylinder (5M) und einer zweiten Verbindungsposition zwischen dem Verbindungszylinder (5M) und dem zusätzlichen Verbindungszylinder (5M2) beweglich ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, umfassend eine Klebeeinheit (BTA), um Kleber auf das erste Band (10) aus Zellstoffwatte aufzutragen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, bei der die Klebeeinheit einen Zylinder (A) zum Auftragen von Kleber umfasst, um den Kleber auf die Oberfläche des ersten Bandes (10) aufzutragen, wenn dieses auf dem starren Zylinder (5A1) angeordnet ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, bei der die Klebeeinheit ein Mittel zum Zerstäuben des Klebers auf die Oberfläche mindestens eines der Bänder (10, 20) umfasst.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend eine zweite Prägegruppe zum Prägen des zweiten Bandes aus Zellstoffwatte.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, umfassend eine dritte Prägegruppe und einen Verbindungszylinder, der der dritten Prägegruppe zugeordnet ist, bei der der zusätzliche Verbindungszylinder (5M2) der Verbindungszylinder ist, der der dritten Prägegruppe zugeordnet ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, bei der die Zusammenfügung der Bänder (10, 20) durch Druck zwischen den Zylindern 5A1-5M oder 5M-5M2 erfolgt.
  9. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer gebundenen und nicht gekennzeichneten Folie aus mindestens zwei Bändern aus Zellstoffwatte, umfassend die Durchführung eines ersten Bandes aus Zellstoffwatte durch eine erste Prägegruppe der Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ohne dass dieses geprägt wird, dann die Zusammenfügung dieses ersten Bandes mit einem zweiten Band aus Zellstoffwatte durch Durchführung zwischen dem Verbindungszylinder und dem zusätzlichen Verbindungszylinder.
  10. Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, bei dem das zweite Band aus Zellstoffwatte durch die zweite Prägegruppe durchgeführt wird, wobei sich diese in offener Position ohne Prägen befindet.
