Hierdurch ist es möglich, das Verbindungselement 3 relativ zu dem Oberrohr 12 entweder in der Gebrauchsstellung oder in der Faltstellung zu verriegeln bzw. zu fixieren. Die beiden Bolzen der Verriegelungsvorrichtungen 10 sind über ein gemeinsames Zugseil 11 (siehe beispielsweise Fig. 3), verbunden.
