Abstract

Description

The invention relates to a special closure for a beverage bottle with an outer peripheral part for closing the top of the beverage bottle at the bottleneck and an inner cavity in the peripheral part of the closure for receiving additive for the content of the beverage bottle, according to the preamble of claim 1.

In a known special closure of the generic type ( DE 20 2005 012 919 U1 ), the formation of the closure is provided as a screw cap for beverage bottles. Here, the screw has a lower part with internal thread for screwing onto a beverage bottle. In addition, an upper part is provided, which has a fully closable via a closure part interior space for receiving an addition product. This closable part closable on the inside is on the one hand adjustable to a first position in which it closes the interior, and on the other hand it can be adjusted to a second position in which the added product can be removed from the interior upwards.

The above-mentioned addition product is a dental care product such as sugarless chewing gum, refreshment flakes, refreshing pearls, lozenges, etc., thereby to have the possibility of immediately raising the subject additive product after consuming the contents of the bottle such as a sugary soda to be able to remove it from the special closure in order to clean the teeth - as it were in a "playful" way.

However, such a known special closure is not suitable for mixing the contents of a beverage bottle, for example, still or carbonated mineral water, desired before the consumption of additives.

There are also other special closures known ( DE 10 2005 050 429 B3 or WO 06/048 866 A1 ), however, on the one hand are too expensive to produce and on the other hand are not arbitrarily placed on any desired conventional beverage bottle.

The invention is therefore based on the object, the special closure of the generic type to eliminate the disadvantages described in such a way that on the one hand, any beverage bottle can be equipped with him and that the other hand, the content of the beverage bottle in question just before consumption with any desired additives to simple and at the same time can be moved quickly.

This object is achieved by the invention with the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments thereof are described in the further claims.

The protection of the invention also extends to a beverage bottle, which is provided with such a special closure according to the invention.

The invention special closure is based on the idea to divide the cavity of the closure into at least two chambers, the at least partially filled with additives and before or during the opening of the closure to release the additives in the content of the beverage bottle can be opened down.

It is of course within the scope of the invention that the cavity of the closure is divided into three or more chambers.

It is advantageous if the chambers of the closure contain various additives.

It is also within the scope of the invention that the chambers of the closure contain different large amounts of additives.

Depending on the type of additives contained in the chambers, it is also possible that an opening device provided for the chambers of the closure is designed such that the chambers can be opened either simultaneously or one after the other.

The inventively provided at least two chambers in the cavity of the closure opens up a wide field for the design of einzufüllenden into the chambers additives. These can, according to the invention, be prepared from vitamins, for example vitamin A, B, C, E, or minerals or mixtures thereof, i.a. magnesium, calcium, potassium, sodium, lactobacilli spores, etc.

Instead or in addition, the additives in the chambers according to the invention from flavors, or raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, ginger, fig, beetroot, cucumber, carrot, etc., exist.

The invention further opens up the possibility of selecting the additives in the chambers from those products which react chemically or physically with one another after their addition into the beverage bottle and / or with the bottle contents. This applies, for example, to those additives that are made Lemon juice and sugar or consist of such products which, when they react with each other, are no longer stable.

As already stated, the invention finally extends to a beverage bottle, which is provided with a special closure of the type according to the invention.

It is within the scope of the invention that the content of such a beverage bottle from water, especially mineral water exists.
