Abstract
Es werden ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Erfassung des Materials und des Füllzustands von Leergutbehältern in Leergut-Rücknahmeautomaten vorgeschlagen. Das Verfahren zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass festgestellt wird, ob das Gewicht eines Leergutbehälters (4) unterhalb eines vorgegebenen Gewichts-Schwellenwertes liegt, dass der Leergutbehälter mit Licht bestrahlt wird, welches von einer Beleuchtungseinrichtung (5) emittiert wird, und dass das Licht nach der Transmission durch den Leergutbehälter (4) mittels eines Durchlichtsensors (6) auf der der Beleuchtungseinrichtung (5) abgewandten Seite des Leergutbehälters (4) erfasst wird. Die Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens ist ausgestattet mit einem Drucksensor (2) zur Bestimmung, ob der durch das Gewicht eines Leergutbehälters (4) auf den Drucksensor (2) ausgeübte Druck größer gleich oder kleiner als die vorgegebene Druck-Schwelle ist, und mit einem optoelektronischen Durchlichtsensor (6) zur Feststellung des Füllzustands eines Leergutbehälters (4).
