Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Trocknung von Gegenständen, insbesondere eine Flaschentrocknungsanlage (12), mit einem geschlossenen Gehäuse (14) mit wenigstens einer Kammer mit Luftdüsen (40, 42, 74, 76, 78) und mit Ein- und Ausgangöffnungen (18, 20) für die zu trocknenden Gegenstände, mit mindestens einer Luftzuführöffnung (26) zur Zuführung von Trocknungsluft (80) und mit mindestens einer Abluftöffnung (28) zur Abführung von feuchter Abluft (82) aus dem Gehäuse (14). Es herrscht eine innere Luftführung im Gehäuse (14) zur Erzeugung einer definierten Luftabfuhr zur mindestens einen Abluftöffnung (28). Dabei verläuft die innere Luftführung im Wesentlichen an der Ein- und/oder Ausgangsöffnung (18, 20) für die zu trocknenden Gegenstände gerichtet vorbei.The invention relates to a device for drying objects, in particular a bottle drying system (12), with a closed housing (14) having at least one chamber with air nozzles (40, 42, 74, 76, 78) and with inlet and outlet openings (18, 20) for the objects to be dried, with at least one air supply opening (26) for supplying drying air (80) and at least one exhaust air opening (28) for removing moist exhaust air (82) from the housing (14). Die Erfindung betrifft zudem ein Verfahren zur Trocknung von Gegenständen, bei dem innerhalb eines Gehäuses (14) mittels Luftdüsen (40, 42, 74, 76, 78) die zu trocknenden Gegenstände angeblasen werden. Mittels einer Luftführung im Gehäuse (14) wird eine definierte Luftabfuhr zur mindestens einen Abluftöffnung (28) erzeugt, wobei die Abluft (82) im Wesentlichen an einer Ein- und/oder Ausgangsöffnung (18, 20) für die zu trocknenden Gegenstände vorbei geführt wird.
