Further linear movement is precluded. However a further insertion can be obtained by a small tilt of the panel 1a, as is depicted in figure 3 . A single person, even if the panels have a substantial length, can easily achieve such a small tilt.

Claims (10)

  1. Bodenplatte (1a, 1b) für den Bau eines Bodens, umfassend:
    - eine Feder (6), die sich von einer ersten Seitenwand (5) erstreckt und eine obere Fläche (13) und eine untere Fläche (12) umfasst;
    - eine Nut (8), vorhanden in einer zweiten Seitenwand (7) gegenüber der ersten Seitenwand (5) und umfassend eine obere Fläche (9) und untere Fläche (8a, 8b);
    - wobei die Feder (6) einen Überstand (14) an ihrer oberen Fläche (9) umfasst,
    - wobei die Nut (8) einen Hohlraum (11) in ihrer oberen Fläche (9) umfasst,
    - wobei die Nut (8) einer ersten Platte (1b) so angepasst ist, dass sie die Feder (6) einer zweiten Platte (1a) aufnimmt,
    - wobei der Überstand (14) der Feder (6) der zweiten Platte (1a) und der Hohlraum (11) der Nut (8) in der ersten Platte (1b) gegenwirken und eine horizontale Trennung in einer transversalen Richtung auf einer parallelen Ebene zur ersten Seitenwand (5) der zweiten Platte und zur zweiten Seitenwand (7) der ersten Platte (1b) verhindern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Fläche (9) und die untere Fläche (8b) der Nut sich zumindest teilweise in einer Abwärtsrichtung von der zweiten Seitenwand (7) zu ihrem distalen Ende erstrecken und die Flächen der ersten und zweiten Seitenwandteilen ober- und unterhalb der Nut (8) und die Feder (6) sich in grundsätzlich derselben vertikalen Ebene erstrecken und die Bodenplatte aus einem Verbund aus Holzfasern und Polyvinylchlorid gefertigt ist und der Verbund ein Elastizitätsmodul von über 4 GPa hat.
  2. Bodenplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Teil der unteren Fläche (8a) der Nut (8) neben der zweiten Seitenwand (7) sich zumindest teilweise in der horizontalen Richtung erstreckt.
  3. Bodenplatte nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die untere Fläche (12) der Feder (6) grundsätzlich horizontal erstreckt.
  4. Bodenplatte nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Fläche (12) der Feder (6) an ihrem distalen Ende eine abgerundete Fläche hat.
  5. Bodenplatte nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis zwischen der Tiefe der Nut und der größten Höhe der Nut größer als zwei ist.
  6. Bodenplatte nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Flächen des Plattenteils oberhalb der Feder und oberhalb der Nut sich grundsätzlich nach außen von der Feder in Aufwärtsrichtung erstreckt.
  7. Verfahren zur Montage von Bodenplatten nach einem der Ansprüche 1-6, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
    A) Anbringen einer ersten Bodenplatte (1b) auf einem tragenden Boden (2),
    B) Anbringen einer zweiten Bodenplatte (1a) auf einem tragenden Boden (2), wobei seine Feder (6) zur Nut (8) der ersten Bodenplatte gerichtet ist,
    C) Bewegen der zweiten Bodenplatte (1a) zur ersten Bodenplatte (1b), um die Feder (6) der zweiten Platte (1a) in die Nut (8) der ersten Platte (1b) einzuführen, bis der Überstand (14) die obere Fläche (9) der Nut (8) berührt,
    D) und gleichzeitiges Schwenken nach oben und Bewegen der ersten Bodenplatte (1b) zur zweiten Bodenplatte (1b), wobei die obere Fläche (13) der Feder (6) der zweiten Bodenplatte (1a) die obere Fläche (9) der Nut (8) der ersten Bodenplatte (1b) stützt, oder gleichzeitiges Schwenken nach oben und Bewegen der zweiten Bodenplatte (1a), wobei die untere Fläche (8a, 8b) der Nut (8) der ersten Platte (1b) die untere Fläche (12) der Feder stützt.
  8. Verfahren zur Montage von Bodenplatten nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während des Schritts D) der Schwenkwinkel zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Bodenplatte kleiner als 3% ist.
  9. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Bodenplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1-6, das Verfahren umfassend die Schritte:
    - Mischen von Holzfasern oder Sägemehl und PVC,
    - Fließpressen des somit erhaltenen Gemischs zur Herstellung der Bodenplatte, und
    - Schneiden des fließgepressten Produkts in Längen.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenplatte nachfolgend gebürstet wird.
