Abstract

On présente un dispositif de freinage, dans un moteur à turbine à gaz, d'une turbine comprenant un rotor entraînant un arbre mobile en rotation par rapport à un stator, en cas de rupture dudit arbre. Le dispositif est caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un premier organe de freinage (110) pourvu d'au moins un élément abrasif (110A) et un second organe de freinage (120) comprenant un élément en forme d'anneau (120A) réalisé en un matériau susceptible d'être érodé par l'élément abrasif (110A), les deux organes de freinage étant solidaires l'un du rotor, l'autre du stator et venant en contact par déplacement axial du rotor après rupture de l'arbre, l'élément abrasif (110A) du premier organe de freinage (110) érodant l'élément en forme d'anneau (120) du second organe de freinage (120).
