The invention is based on the object of providing a drainage mat which is suitable for absorbing high forces and at the same time enabling safe drainage.
Die Lösung der Aufgabe erfolgt erfindungsgemäß mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1.The object is achieved according to the invention with the features of claim 1.
Accordingly, a drainage mat according to the invention comprises a carrier web, a cover web and at least one hose-like shaped, dimensionally stable drainage element arranged between the carrier web and the cover web. The drainage member has a cavity for draining liquids and openings for introducing liquids into the cavity. By using a dimensionally stable tube made of entangled, intertwined or interwoven yarns, it can be ensured that even in the case of large loads, the cross-section of the drainage element is only insignificantly reduced. Dimensionally stable in this context means that the drainage element retains its tubular shape without additional support body.
Preferably, the drainage element is dimensioned so that it has a predetermined radial compressive stiffness. The compressive stiffness can be determined, for example, depending on the intended location. In particular, the loading expected during use of the mat, e.g. the surface load of earth layers, determined and included in the sizing.
The tube provided as a drainage element can be produced particularly favorably if the yarns of the tube are already fixed in position by weaving or braiding. The tube can then be produced by textile processing in one step. However, the invention is not limited to this simple embodiment. It also comprises tubes whose yarns have been impregnated after interweaving or after interweaving or coated with other protective layers and are thus fixed in their position.
An equally cost-effective way to produce a drainage element is the weaving of yarns into a plain weave tube. Such Tubusse can not only be completely machined in a short time, but also have a high load capacity.
The fixation of the yarns of the tube to each other can be done alternatively or in addition to the aforementioned possibilities by the application of a coating, for example, when the tube is formed of opportunities.
In a further preferred embodiment, a pourable filling material is arranged between the carrier web and the cover web outside the outflow element. As pourable filling material are in In this context, in particular expanded clay, fine gravel, fine stone and plastic granules understood. This filling material has the advantage that it is inexpensive and can absorb high forces. In addition to the aforementioned filling materials, it is also possible to use any filling materials which are suitable for absorbing bearing forces and thus for protecting the drainage element.
It has proved to be particularly advantageous if the carrier web and the cover web are connected to one another such that receiving sections for the drainage element and filling material are formed between the carrier web and cover web, wherein a drainage element without filling material is arranged in at least one receiving section and in another receiving section Filling material is arranged. By such a separation of functions, on the one hand, it can be ensured that high load-bearing forces are absorbed, in particular, by the filling material, and that liquid can be transported away by a large cross-section provided by the tube.
Basically, the receiving sections can be designed in any shape. Thus, the receiving sections can be made wider, for example, in the expected flow direction of the fluid to be removed in order to provide a larger cross-section with long drainage paths with increasing length of the drainage element.
Manufacturing technology favorable to manufacture and sufficient in practice for most drainage applications is a drainage mat, in which the receiving portions are mutually parallel receiving strips.
Preferably, the receiving portions are formed by the carrier web and the cover sheet are sewn together. However, it is also possible to connect the carrier and cover sheet by other techniques, for example by gluing, welding, needling, etc.
A particularly favorable load distribution on a drainage mat according to the invention can be achieved if filling material is arranged in adjacent receiving sections of a drainage element. This is especially true when filled with filling material receiving portions have a slightly greater height than filled with the drainage element receiving portions.
The carrying capacity of a drainage mat according to the invention can be further increased if the receiving sections filled with filling material are wider than receiving sections filled with one or more drainage elements.
In drainage mats according to the invention having a plurality of receiving sections, preferably receiving strips with one or more outflow elements and receiving sections with filling material are arranged alternately next to one another.
The drainage elements are preferably arranged parallel to one another between the carrier web and the cover web in order to achieve as uniform a drainage as possible.
Preferably, the drainage elements are arranged at a distance of 5 cm to 100 cm, in particular at a distance of 15 cm to 25 cm. These distances are preferably for Tubusse whose Inner diameter in the unloaded state is at least 10 mm.
Preferred materials for the carrier web and the cover web are woven, knitted or nonwoven fabrics or films. When the carrier web or the cover sheet is impermeable to water, the waterproof sheet can be aligned during installation of a drainage mat according to the invention so that no liquid penetrates through the drainage mat. As a result, all liquids which strike the drainage mat according to the invention, in particular all seepage water in the ground, can not penetrate the mat and penetrate into the cavity of the drainage element through the openings provided in the drainage element. The fluids are then substantially discharged through the drainage element (s) disposed in the drainage dewatering mat as the flow resistance in the drainage element is significantly less than the flow resistance through the filler material.
In order to be able to introduce a drainage mat according to the invention just below the earth's surface, without the soil located above the drainage mat accepting and tracing the contour of the drainage mat, it is advantageous if the drainage mat according to the invention has a substantially constant height.
The invention also relates to the use of a dimensionally stable tube of closely interwoven or interwoven yarns as an insert of a drainage mat. In a particularly preferred embodiment, the cross-section of the tube is reduced by less than 10% at a surface load of 10,000 N / m 2 .
