Description

The invention relates to a magnetic closure for closing preferably handbags and similar items. Such closures are known from the prior art for example from US 2002/0000024 A1 or the US 2004/0244419 A1 well-known in which a mechanical lock for a magnetic closure or a magnetically assisted lock for a closure device are described.

However, these closures have an unsatisfactory haptic, because due to the strong non-linear course of the magnetic attraction opening of the closure by hand can usually be done only jerky. It is therefore a continuing need to improve the opening and closing properties of such closures, in addition to the fact that magnetic locks must be designed so that data on credit cards are not deleted.

It is therefore the object of the invention to provide a magnetic closure, which has a reliable function and a pleasant feel and also does not delete the data stored on the credit card.

This object is achieved with a magnetic closure according to claim 1. A magnetic closure with two connection modules for connecting two elements, to each of which one of the connection modules can be fastened, has at least one permanent magnet in each of the connection modules. Furthermore, a tubular guide section is arranged on each connection module. The term tubular is not limited to a circular cross-section. The cross section may have a freely selectable symmetrical or asymmetrical shape. It is only important that the guide sections are plugged into each other. The same conditions apply to channel-shaped guide sections.

The permanent magnets are arranged at the bottom of the guide portions, wherein in the first guide portion of the permanent magnet is fixedly disposed and movable in the second guide portion of the permanent magnet, that the permanent magnet automatically aligns when closing in a tightening position to the other permanent magnet.

The invention has the following advantages:
The plug-in guide sections make it easy to assemble the closure. Since the magnets are disposed within the guide portions, a magnetic field sensitive credit card can not be damaged. When the magnets are pulled together, a desired haptic feeling is created for humans. This feeling gives the impression that the closure closes automatically and safely. When opening also creates a desired haptic feeling. This feeling gives the impression that the shutter seems to open by itself, as the magnetic repulsion forces make the modules pleasantly soft-unlike the jerky opening known from most prior art closures of this type. In order for the magnetic closure according to the invention to function, a technical measure must be provided so that the magnetic transverse forces arising during opening are absorbed. These transverse forces are absorbed by the nested guide sections. In this respect, these guide sections have a double function, ie both as a spacer for the credit card, as well as an abutment against the magnetic transverse forces that arise when opening.

According to claim 5, the guide portions are made of ferromagnetic material, whereby a further shielding of the magnetic field is effected, so that the risk of damage to credit cards is further reduced.

According to claim 6, the guide portions have a circular cross-section. This makes it possible to produce particularly simple constructions.

Starting from Fig. 1 and 2 the invention has a poled magnet system which closes or opens upon rotation by magnetic force. According to the invention, the magnets are arranged on the bottom of tubular guide sections. In the sectional view, the magnets are marked with N and S. In the position c, poles of the same name face each other, so that the closure opens by itself, ie the upper part is repelled in the direction of the arrow. It can be seen from the drawings that in the position a, the magnets at a distance x from the upper edge of the tubular guide portions sunk. This distance is calculated so that credit cards are not damaged. Furthermore, it can be seen that the guide sections are slightly rounded at their upper edges, so that they fit well together. When the magnetic closure is closed, the tubular guide portions lie in corresponding recesses of the respective counterpart, so that the attracting magnets can be close to each other.

Fig. 3 shows the embodiment according to Fig. 1 in the sectional view with a spring return, which is effected by means of a return spring RF, to return the closure to its original position.

Fig. 4 shows the embodiment according to Fig. 1 in the sectional view with a magnet reset, which is effected by means of return magnets to return the shutter to its original position.

Fig. 5 shows the embodiment according to Fig. 1 in the sectional view with a gravimetric reset, which is effected by means of a weight to return the closure to its original position. This embodiment is applied where a defined spatial installation position is given, such. B. on a cabinet.

The Fig. 6 shows a closure with a rectilinear opening movement. The Fig. 6a shows a perspective view of the essential components. The closure consists of the connection modules 1 and 2, which are attached to the bag. In principle, the attachment can be done in various ways, for. B. by sewing, gluing, riveting or screwing. The nature of the mounting options is not further specified in the following embodiments, since it is clear to the person skilled in the art how such products are fastened. The connection module 1 is designed as a plug with a longitudinally extending wedge-shaped plug-in section 11. In the plug portion 11, a fixed locking piece 5 is formed with a gap 6. The spring locking element 9 is shown separately and is inserted into the spring locking element receiving opening 12 in the arrow direction. The magnets are shown in the next views.

Das entspricht der Funktionsphase in Fig. 1c.The Fig. 6b shows two sectional views AA, showing how the two connection modules lock. In the sectional view AA-1, the spring locking element 9 rests against the locking piece 5. This corresponds to the functional phase in Fig. 1b , In the sectional view AA-2, the spring locking element 9 is already bent back. This corresponds to the functional phase in Fig. 1c ,

From the longitudinal section B - B, the position of the magnets and armature made of ferromagnetic material can be seen. The skilled person will appreciate that the armatures 8 can also be magnets. The position of the magnets and the armature is to be determined by a person skilled in the art such that in the illustrated sectional view B-B, the two connecting modules are pulled together, ie. H. There must be either two attracting magnets or a magnet and an anchor facing each other. If z. B. the magnets 4a and 4b also magnet armature 8a and 8b are attractively opposite, then the magnets 4 and the magnet armature 8 are poled ungleichnamig. If the magnets 4 and the armature 8 are shifted from each other, then there are two magnetic poles of the same name, which cause a repulsion, which is described in the separation of the connection modules.

The Fig. 6c shows the same representation as Fig. 6b However, it can be seen from the sectional view AA that the spring locking element 9 is locked with the locking piece 5. Thus, the connection is closed. It should be mentioned that the spring locking element 9 is fully supported in the support region 13 and is loaded almost exclusively under pressure when the connecting construction is loaded, resulting in a very high stability of the connection construction.

Kreditkarten gegen unerwünschte Magnetfelder ab.The Fig. 6d shows the opening phase in which the connection module 2 is shifted to the left. This is the spring locking element 9 in the gap 6 and is thus no longer engaged. At the same time, the magnet-armature construction 4/8 was moved by the displacement of the module 2. In this Fig. 6d Magnetic plates are shown behind the magnets, these serve in this example, the improved utilization of magnetic force by the short circuit of the rear exiting magnetic fields and shield the pocket contents such as credit cards against unwanted magnetic fields.

It can also be seen from the drawings that the magnets are arranged sunk and the guide sections are formed such that the closure halves can be easily joined together.
