Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Induktionsspule (10) zur Verwendung in einem Verfahren zur induktiven Erwärmung von metallischen Bauelementen, insbesondere von Bauelementen einer Gasturbine, wobei die Bauelemente (12, 14) jeweils eine oder mehrere den jeweiligen Bauelementquerschnitt umgebende Seitenflächen (20, 22, 24, 26) aufweisen. Erfindungsgemäß ist die Induktionsspule (10) mäanderformig ausgebildet und derart um das oder die Bauelemente (12, 14) geformt ist, dass sich die Induktionsspule (10) über zumindest einen Teilbereich der Seitenfläche oder der Seitenflächen (20, 22, 24) des oder der zu erwärmenden Bauelemente (12, 14) im Bereich einer zu erwärmenden Fläche oder von mehreren zu erwärmenden Flächen (16, 18) erstreckt. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur induktiven Erwärmung von metallischen Bauelementen, insbesondere von Bauelementen einer Gasturbine sowie ein mit dem Verfahren oder der Vorrichtung hergestelltes Bauteil.

The present invention relates to an induction coil (10) for use in a method for inductive heating of metallic components, in particular of components of a gas turbine, wherein the components (12, 14) each have one or more side surfaces (20, 22, 24) surrounding the respective component cross section , 26). According to the invention, the induction coil (10) is of meandering design and is formed around the component or components (12, 14) such that the induction coil (10) extends over at least a portion of the side surface or faces (20, 22, 24) of to be heated components (12, 14) in the region of a surface to be heated or of a plurality of surfaces to be heated (16, 18) extends. The invention further relates to a method and a device for inductive heating of metallic components, in particular of components of a gas turbine, as well as a component produced by the method or the device.
