Abstract

The tray for transporting individual bottles and bottles packed in outer cartons has the compartments which are to accommodate both individual bottles and bottle-filled outer cartons arranged in the longitudinal and transverse direction. Ring segments are arranged beneath the bottom of the tray and partially encompass the bottle stoppers which partially project from the outer carton. The division of the compartments in the tray is such that on both sides of three parallel longitudinally arranged compartments there is at least one row in each case of two transversely arranged compartments.

Description

The invention relates to a tray for the transport of cartons in packaged bottles, which consists of a bottom, four low side walls and inside arranged compartment walls or compartment bounding projections which at least partially surround the outer carton, wherein in each compartment along an imaginary center line on the Bottom-mounted columns (quills) are arranged, which engage in the outer cartons through bottom holes.

Are known trays for the transport of bottles equipped with cartons, which are cheaper to buy than crates in their purchase and are used in particular for the transport of disposable bottles, since the return of empty bottles without a carton is not very recommendable, because the single bottles fall over all too easily during transport and then no longer be mechanically unloaded. But even for export beers such trays are used, because these are not guaranteed; that empty trays are returned.

These trays are built and equipped so that all cartons in the same direction in three or four groups next to each other. There is a risk that when driving through curves the boxes of bottles are tilted sideways, causing them to drop a whole stack of trays loaded with cartons.

The invention avoids the disadvantages of the prior art. It is the object of the invention to design the tray so that its falling over when cornering is avoided and that it is also suitable for the transport of individual standing bottles.

The tray according to the invention is characterized in that the compartments for cartons are equipped with bottles in the longitudinal and transverse directions are arranged and that under the bottom of the tray ring segments are arranged, which partially from the carton partially protruding bottle caps partially.

Due to the crosswise arrangement of the cartons on the tray increased stability is achieved both when driving through curves and when braking for the stacks of cardboard boxes equipped with bottles. The ring segments increase the stability even further, so that above a certain height of the side walls of the tray even as Rücklaufgut in the trays Asked individual bottles can be transported.

Suitably, the division and arrangement of the compartments in the tray is made so that there is at least one row of two transverse compartments on both sides of three parallel longitudinally arranged compartments.

This is advantageously done in practice so that a tray is designed for receiving at least seven six-packs, namely three parallel six-packs and on both sides of each a querstehende row of two juxtaposed with their narrow sides six-packs.

For the transport of single bottles, the tray is advantageously designed so that the side walls to a third or half Bottle height extend.

Special stability of a stack of empty trays can be achieved in that inside the tray arranged compartment walls extend partially over the height of the side walls and rest against under the floor molded strips or angles of a stacked box above.

For the stacking of empty trays, it may be appropriate that are arranged in the corners of the tray under the side walls back angle-shaped projections that hold in empty stacked trays from above into the stacked tray below.

  • Fig.3 einen Schnitt durch einen Sixpack.
  • Fig.5 einen Schnitt durch einen Tray.
The essence of the invention is explained below with reference to an embodiment schematically illustrated in the drawing. Show it:
  • Fig.1 a top view on an empty tray.
  • Fig.2 a view from the top of the equipped with cartons tray.
  • Figure 3 a cut through a six-pack.
  • Figure 4 a top view of the bottom of another tray.
  • Figure 4 a bottom view of the bottom surface of the tray.
  • Figure 5 a section through a tray.

In the view of Fig. 1 from above onto an empty tray, the walls 1 of the tray comprise seven compartments 3, 4 for receiving a six-pack 4. These compartments 2, 3 each have two pillars (quills) 7 attached to the bottom 6 as spacers between the bottles. The individual compartments 3, 4 are separated from each other by compartment walls 8.

In Fig.2 the tray is equipped with six packs 5. In this view from above it can be seen that the bottle caps 9 from the outer carton 10 of the six-pack 5 protrude to about half of them to get in the carton 10 a secure state.

The arrangement of the compartments 3.4 for the six-packs is such that a series of three six-packs 5 is provided in the middle of the longitudinal extent of the tray, which are parallel to the longitudinal side walls 1 of the tray and stand with their long sides together, while the other Sixpacks 5 stand with their long side parallel to the end faces 2 of the tray. This cross-shaped placement of the trays ensures that they remain firm when cornering and a stack of these trays can tilt less easily.

Slipping of trays when cornering is prevented by the fact that under the bottom of a tray approximated semi-circular projections 11 (FIGS. Figure 4 ) are integrally formed, which partially from the carton 10 of the six-pack 5 protruding bottle caps 9 (usually in half). These projections 11 and the Flaschenuerschlüsse 9 of the tray stacked below act together so that the stacked tray is fixed in the stack.

Are in subjects 3 and 4 few individual bottles, for example, on the return transport to transport, so they can be safely transported standing when the in Figure 5 shown holders in the form of strip-shaped bottom elevations 12 come into application, which comprises the bottom of the carton protruding bottle bottom part 13, the circular segment-like recesses 14 support the bottom of the bottle.
